Hi I installed this template on my site a few days ago and everything works fine except in the page builder the ” text column ” doesnt seem to want to work. It just shows a pop up box with the spinning waiting image. Can you help with this.. i have the same template different lic installed on the same server with no issue.

I just got Newspaper installed on my wordpress site and there’s an unsightly advertisement banner on the front page I can’t seem to get rid of.

Neither the header manager nor the page editor seems to let me delete this image.

Please tell me how to delete this image. If it can’t be deleted then the template is unusable and I want a refund. Thanks.

Hello, I installed empty wordpress (in Docker) and installed the newspaper theme that I bought.
But I can not see “Theme Activate” tab.

In “Updated” tab there is “Activate theme” button , and in “System status” tab there is “Activate now” button.
But when I clicked the activate button, I see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” message (URL path: admin.php?page=td_cake_panel&_wpnonce=75ddf6e83c).

So I can not activate my theme, how can I solve this ?

I’ve installed and enabled classic editor plugins as I’m comfortable with older editor.
Now, all Cloud templates were assigned with classic editor.
“Footer – Default PRO — classic editor”
I’ve disabled plugin and tried – still getting classic editor only.
is there any way to revert this?

I just purchased this theme. Installed it and then activated it. When I was in Welcome section of “Newspaper” I clicked on the plugins tabs and since then my website is down.

I´m not using theme and have them deactivated. Can I uninstall them without any problem? Just for worpress not to show the message in Site Health hahahaha.

Since I bought this theme I am facing different problems.

First I installed this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_business/

Then I noticed that there are no layout options on every block, so I can not play with the category, dates, and author tags. Can not decide what to show, whatnot.
Later, when I tried to copy this block https://prnt.sc/uv9vht and move it down to have more categories on the homepage shown like that it moves it but shows featured images above titles.

Then I decided to go with another block and imported the technology block from this demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_london_news_pro/
But problems continue to encounter. There are no dates and authors tags on that block when I imported it. And even though I checked it to be shown, they are no visible.

And one huge problem too is that I can not switch sides of the logo and header ad. I want the logo to be shown on the left side.

I recently use Newspaper theme on my WordPress website, but found it running really slow. I try to switch back to default theme(Twenty Nineteen and Twenty Seventeen) and they had fast responds.

I also use the Apache Bench(ab) to test the response performance, over 80% of requests had error respond(request timeout, etc) when use Newspaper theme, but only 5% with default theme.

I’ve install WP Super Cache plugin and it improve the performance of my site, but I still wondering why it running too slow if I don’t use the cache plugin and how to fix that.

Here are some software version on my server:

CentOS 7.8
Apache 2.2.34
PHP 7.3.20
WordPress 5.4.2
Newspaper 10.3.5

There is a big white (blank) space below the sub footer on home (front) page only. Blank white space is not presented on post page. I tried every setting one by one but this error still presents. How to fix this problem. I am building my site from scratch with the help of tagdiv standard pack, without installing any demo.

Hello, I tried to customize my template such as changing the colors of the theme, or adding a custom code, however it appears saved, but when I see the changes on the web, they do not appear, I have updated, cleared the cache and nothing. am I doing something wrong?

I also changed the server and reinstalled, and both have the same problem

Great theme!
I’ve made all the custimazions and getting to know how it works.
I only have a major problem: the site crashes very often, mostly in the backend, whatever I’m doing.
It slowly tries to load pages but it ends showing a “Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.” page.
I already went through this: https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/how-to-fix-admin-ajax-file and other (very helpful!) guides Calin suggested on the forum.
On the Newspaper’s system status tab, all the lights are green.
I installed Smush and Hummingbird, dramatically improving the site’s performance but the “service unavailable” problems continue to show very often.

I already went through this with the hosting provider. They’re not very firendly and they usually respond “if there’s a problem, it’s your fault. And if it’s our fault, buy an upgrade plan”
The problem I see on the cPanel is on the CPU usage and the Physical Memory Usage, always at peak level. When they reach 100% (and it happens as soon as I click on a tab in the backend) the server gets stuck.

Can you help me with this? There’s surely some variable in Newspaper that overload the system, but I also feel that the server’s performance is too poor. What can I do?

Hi I have installed the magazine pro and I have no option of changing the footer design template.
I have seen in the documentation that you can select a template from the cloud library..I dont have this option for the footer. Do I need to install anything else?
