When I activate the Jetpack plugin, it changes the layout settings for performance. The same way when I installed hummingbird instead of jetpack. Any css optimization plugin is breaking the site and the sidebar on the right side is not visible on the single post screen. I disabled the Jetpack performance feature but it has not improved. I don’t know a way to undo this process. I want Sidebar to appear again. How can I do it? Can you help me?
Also; thinking that this problem is caused by hosting, I changed the hosting 4 times before. I currently host in Godaddy. Please help me to view the sidebar again.

I have followed the instructions. All extra plugins are deactivated except tagdiv. I have installed wp super cache. The system report values are green but I still cant save the page.
I have even deleted the theme and plugins and re-installed but problem is still there. Please let me know how to fix this saving problem with the page editor. I do not really want to install WordPress. Any other options? Can I give you access to the site to see the issue?

There are no footer templates available in the version of the theme I have installed.
I have tried to add/paste a screenshot but can’t see the option.
Can you advise? I have used the theme multiple times and normally there are footer templates available.
I used this automatic feature but found that it didn’t work with me.

We have purchased both the Newspaper and the Newsmag themes for use in a WordPress multisite installation.
Upon activating the theme Newspaper in a sub-site, we are prompted with updates, and activations, of its required plugins. This works as expected, without issue.
However, when moving on to another sub-site in which we want to use Newsmag, the theme reports that the tagDiv Composer plugin is Outdated and any attempt to activate it results in a fatal error because it requires critical Newsmag files. Restoring those files from the purchase bundle leads to a warning that the tagDiv Composer plugin was disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newsmag.
If we update tagDiv Composer from the Newsmag interface, it breaks Newspaper for the same “missing files and outdated version” reasons, and the cycle begins all over again.
These seem to be two themes that depend on different versions of the same plugin.
It there any way to have Newspaper and Newsmag co-existing on WordPress multisite with single version of tagDiv Composer?

If covid elements display 0 data:
To fix the covid counter you need to deactivate and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and install it again from Newspaper > Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3nvXhlS.png, after that clear all cache and the covid counter will work again after we’ll get data from the covid
api (it can take 1-2 hours).
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate them and make a test.
There is possible to be more cache plugins that can work, but we do not know the right settings for them.

VPS Hosting Server 4 CPU, 8GB Ram, SSD drives:
We are setting up a new version of a site called beta site, we have everything looking good and when I went launch and change the DNS records we started to get a load on server with about 30-40 people on site, the server CPU skyrockets maxed out and nothing can be served, just server timeout. I disabled all plugins and found that tagDivComposer and/or tagDivStandard Pack installed site just doesn’t function, and well without no themed site. I have tried to see what might be going on and looked through this forum on many of the recommendations, and tested but so far to no avail. I am not sure where I go to find out what is causes the high CPU? Built site using IP and subdomain, but have run replace URL through WordPress to point to actually domain. It shows high MySQL action in the Process Manager. I love this theme but worried now that it won’t work, but the load isn’t heavy enough it makes me think something is misconfigured.
Thoughts:
Setup using IP maybe something in the plugin is not resolving properly?
Need to reinstall theme and plugins? How to do and not loose everything, perhaps something messed up in upgrades?
Where would I look or enable logging that might help specify what the theme is doing that is causing issue?
I have set PHP settings with mem limit 256 and configured things I found in this forum but not sure what else to check, looked at MySQL database, not sure there is anything off as it shows no errors, per se. I have a managed host site so I can have tech check stuff but not sure what, behind 2-week launch as this happens every time we switch the DNS over, the load, which 30-40 people shouldn’t be that heavy, pulls to a crawl if I disable the TagDiv the site looks awful but runs.
I feel like this is an error, not just a need to increase performance.

I installed Gossip Demo with Content for my website https://www.techtarik.tv/
Now, I created some of my own posts and have deleted the Gossip Demo’s sample Posts and all of its Categories. I noticed a lot of the elements have become inactive after that since there are no more sample content.
I wanted to edit the demo’s elements on the Homepage but can’t seem to do so using TD Composer. When I click on the element, they retain their position but I can’t seem to find a way to link it to my very own new posts.
I tried with Post ID Filter and Category Filter but the element remains empty….
Basically, I want to retain the demo’s look and feel. I hope somebody can help me on this.

When, i activate mobile theme theme is giving problem because in wordpress cache plugin is installed by namecheap and i can’t disable that.
When, i activate mobile theme, most of the time i see mobile theme in desktop version also. And sometime desktop theme in mobile also.
Please give me the possible solution.

In order to make the YouTube counter to work you need to set the api key in theme panel, also to make sure that there is no theme problems, you can disable and delete tagDiv Composer and install and activate it from here -> https://i.imgur.com/dPE3Azl.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
2. If you set ads in theme panel and these are not displaying, most probably you are using a pro demo and you have single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library set on posts, if is so you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/lv0RUPC.png click on content and select the ads tab -> https://i.imgur.com/yID1fNz.png

Dear, when install newspaper theme and installing tagdiv standard pack plugin site got crashed and not able to access the site.
I just recently installed Newspaper theme and I am loving it, however, I am having a couple of issues.
1. The social media counter is not working for Facebook or YouTube. It just shows 0.
2. Google ads are not showing in the post content sections, and no ads are showing on mobile devices. I have all ad spaces in the Theme panel filled in with my adsense code and I am using a custom template that has the ad blocks set and defined, for mobile, i am also using AMP and TagDiv mobile plugin with all adsense filled in in the mobile ads sposts.

system requirements are accomplished.
i did the other steps as suggested.. It appears to be fixed..I reactivated the plugins again (because I need them) then I also deleted my old cache plugin and used the one suggested by the newspaper.
my work is still saved but the icon continues to load and never stops!! that’s the issue which wasn’t solved!
can I give you my admin panel to check the issue, because I already sent an email to contact@newspaper.com and it appears nothing happened yet
