Is there a way to see which elements or settings are used on the demos without installing the actual demo?
For example: I like the way the 3 images are displayed in this demo under “What we do”. How can I see whch element and setting is used for it?

I wanted to chime back in on this thread and share that I installed Gutenberg on my Newspaper staging site about a week ago, found no errors, and installed it on my live production site.
I have not experienced any errors thus far with my Newspaper theme and Gutenberg, and I’ve been loving using the new editor to customize the format of my posts. My hope is that further releases will not conflict with Gutenberg, as I am extremely excited about this new iteration of the editor.
I installed this version a couple of months back and am facing a weird problem. I cant change entries in the Newspaper theme / Theme Panel/ ADS box. I am trying to remove the ad currently placed in Article In-line and when I do that and Save, the cursor keeps rotating forever. I never had this problem before. I have disabled all the plugins so that is not the issue. What could be going wrong?
Hi, I’ve just installed the Travel Blog demo and in the online demo you can navigate to the categories in the main navigation bar as well as the sub categories. In my demo site, you can’t navigate to the main categories, only to the sub categories. For example “Place”, “Food”, “Tips”, “More” all have “#” but in the demo site they go to the actual category pages. So in summary, I’d like the demo I’ve installed to be exactly like the demo website. Thanks

I already uninstalled and deleted all the related tagdiv plugins and reinstalled the newest ones.

Try to make a new install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way and check the results. The mobile theme has been fully tested with the latest version of the theme and should works as expected.

Ah okay, thanks! Will it overwrite the Child Theme when I install the demo? I have some CSS code in there.
I notice when I use Post Template 1 and I want a quote centered next to the post picture the box is over the picture. How can I fix that?

No, the wp memory is handled by your WordPress install. You cannot have shared wp installs. Please access your files via ftp or cpanel and edit wp-config.php
The rest of the requirements can be implemented through htaccess if your host allows it.

Most likely, the theme was not correctly installed, sorry! Please try to reinstall the theme via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ clear all the caches and check the results. Before this, you should check the theme’s requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Keep in mind that all of these things must be met to get well theme’s results.

The design you mention is a custom css added to the block 15 of the business demo. Each demo will have such elements that are only available when installing that particular demo. You cannot import just specific parts of a demo unfortunately.

I’m a bit disappointed that a basic tutorial on installing updates is not been created. I’m used to just being able to hit update in the theme panel, but apparently that does not work with this theme. please send detailed instructions and create a video.

Resave your permalinks and try again for checking the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access for more investigations. Before sending us the email, please try to make a new fresh install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way and see the results.

Please notice that our theme does not have any such a problem regarding on CSS file dimensions and if the theme was correctly installed via FTP way, you should not have any problems. Please make a new clean install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
