Sorry but please notice that behavior does not come from our theme. Most likely, this problem is caused by untested plugins used by you which interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new install to another sub-domain for testing via FTP and check the results. This is not the good behaviour of the theme, sorry!

It seems to be a strange theme behavior, sorry! I recommend you to make new clean install to another subdomain for testing via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

1. Yes, we do plan in the future to change the way our templates work and provide the ability to set full width across the whole site, not just pages.
2. This will affect just the dummy data. IF you did not use the dummy data, then it will not affect your site. If you kept the homepage when installing a demo and deleted the other content, then it will get removed. Uninstalling a demo will uninstall all of the content that came with it. Even if you edited it and kept it as your own content. If you want to keep the homepage from demos, you will have to make a copy of it and then uninstall the dummy data so when switching demos in the future, your content will not get affected

You can install directly as when installing a new demo, the previous one is automatically uninstalled.

1. If you are using Visual composer, please deactivate the tagDiv composer. This page builder will be activated automatically when the theme is installed or updated. Deactivate it if that is the case.

2. I don’t quite know what that plugin does, we have not made any tests with it. Maybe you need to update it or change something in it’s configuration.

3. There were some changes made by Instagram to their code, we provided solutions here

Facebook is also making changes to their code, this seems to cause issue for some users. Depending on what they will do, we will try to provide solutions as well, for users who have issues.

It seems to be very strange behavior. Try to remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new fresh install to another sub-domain for testing and check the results. The main menu should works as expected. Most likely, the problem is only on your side, sorry!

That would signal that there is an issue with the theme. Either it was not installed/updated properly, or there have been modifications to it’s files or code added in it’s files.

You could temporarily remove any theme modifications or additions and see if it works as intended. If there were no modifications made, you should re-install the theme. Preferably by FTP if possible

Hi,

First of all, if you have pages built with Visual composer and the layout is not displaying as it should, deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Then there would be no problem.
When both page builders are active at the same time, there will be issues with row layouts and other elements.
The tagDiv composer will be automatically activated when the theme is installed or updated.

The demo you have installed uses an overlay menu page template. On mobile a background color is set so it will not be transparent. If it would be transparent when sticky it will look like this

It requires the social counter plugin to be installed, the plugin is provided in the theme package. If you do not want to use it, simply remove it from the page.

The ticker at the top uses a shortcode from this plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/cryptocurrency-price-ticker-widget/ and you can place it in a column text element for tag div composer.

1)I guess that you are referring to the Top Bar section of the theme, right? Notice that section can be enabled/disabled from Theme panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/F4fLSrksiM and from here you can change more Top Bar layouts. So, according to your Header Style used by you, the Top Bar section differ. Also, the menu items for this section can be set up from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bgOf2xM27
