The post settings will only be available to users that have the capability to publish posts and above

A contributor role cannot publish posts so the settings will not be visible for him. Author roles and above will have access to the settings. If you want to change this condition and give contributors access to the post settings, you will have to modify the condition here, based on a contributor capability

Then all the post settings will be available for contributors, not specific ones. They will still not be able to publish posts but have access to post settings.

Or you could try user role capability plugins, there are such plugins you could install and make tests.

If you mean the sidebar separator here

The purpose of that would be to see exactly how the published post will look when a sidebar is set. It will not be shown if there is no sidebar position selected

According to Envato license specifications the theme can be used on a single end product (website)

– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
So you can only install the theme and activate it on a single website.

Unfortunately, please keep in mind that configuration is not covered by our support, sorry! Try to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing and install only the required theme plugins and check the results.

Please notice that none of our theme updates are not intended to spoil your site but their purpose is to bring more improvements to the theme. Please keep in mind that before each update you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data and to be safe. Ensure that the update has been correctly made via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, please notice that you have some additional customizations to your website, for the next update, if you did not save it to your backup, all of these will be overwritten by the theme code.

Sorry but please notice that we do not have any bad reports in this case until now, regarding on our latest updates. Please make sure that the theme update has been made correctly via FTP way, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Please try to make a new theme install via FTP to another sub-domain for testing, update all the plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
