I have the follwing problem. I will update from version 7 to 8. In the history it was making by a webmaster. Now I must do it by myself an that is a problem. I’m a photografer and I have only a little information about technic. So my question is: if I download and install, is it a full version, or a update version.
By the newsletter I use, I think it was an update, but it was a full version. All my costumers are delete and I must use a lot of time to fill in new.
On the page are in the moment around 150 database with over 30.000 pictures. Also we translate the menu in german. What happend if I will install the: themeforest-5489609-newspaper update.

I can assure you the theme has absolutely no adverts coming with it. Please provide an example of this so we can inspect it. Are you sure you removed all the demo ads after installing the demo? please check the ads section of your theme panel.

hello, when I install version 8.7.1 the system is running very slowly. There is no such problem in version 8.6. I have read many users’ comments about this problem. From what I can see the mobile theme version is displayed for me as well. That could only happen if the mobile plugin is installed. Or if the website is served from cache. Try again, check if the plugin is deactivated, clear all caches and CDN if used.

Please make sure that your old TD Composer has been removed and install the new one which comes bundled with the latest version of the theme (TD COmposer v2.1). Ensure that you are using the right plugin, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files, remove browser caches and check the results. Should work.

Hello,
It all depends if you used the demo content as your own or if you created your own content. We do not recommend editing the theme dummy data as it gets deleted when switching demos. If you did not edit the dummy data and kept it as your own, you can switch demos as you wish. If you kept the dummy data (most people keep the homepage) then it will get replaced by the new demo homepage if installed with data. Your posts and other content will not get changed

@notageek4u From what I can see at first glance, you could try and optimize the website more. For example the homepage has 10mb in size, that would be high. Regenerate the thumbnails because it seems some of the thumbnails are not created properly and the full image size is served

There were some urgent fixes made to the composer and the theme, the composer is now version 2.1. If you are currently experiencing issues you can download the latest theme package and install it. There should not be anymore issues.

Is there some way to use svg.file in the logo. I’ve installed the SVG support-plugin. I can preview the svg in the media library, but the logo won’t show in the header.

That issue happens when both composers are active (tagDiv composer and Visual composer). If you built the website with Visual composer and also used it on posts, please deactivate the tagDiv composer plugin. Then everything should display like before.
The tagDiv composer is automatically activated when the theme is installed or updated.

Ensure that you have correctly update your theme via FTP way and also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. What about Multipurpose plugin. Is multipurpose plugin is a must-install plugin? (mandatory?)
The tag cloud widget is available, it is provided by default WordPress

Those images are default placeholders for multi-purpose elements, they will not cause any problems. Example

Unfortunately, the theme has not been designed to be used with this kind of plugin and also, we cannot recommend using this, sorry! Being an untested plugin, we cannot provide any support for it. If the problem will be correctly installed and used only with the required and tested plugins you will never encounter this kind of issue.

The theme can be installed normally, there is only one theme version that can be installed regardless of the end purpose. Then you can use any element you want. So you can build pages using only text elements if that is required
