We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.

1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.

2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh

3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and then, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you want to change the News Sticker text you should check the Translations section from Theme panel and make this change from there.

The modification will have to be made in the mentioned file, in the theme folder. Usually this requires FTP access to the WordPress install on the server

The file has to be edited and the lines of code added as shown in order for this to work.

Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme (8.5.1) if not please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then please disable and delete the multi-purpose plugin and then install it again from the new theme package you download from envato.
Also please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

If the problem is still there, please try to re-download the latest version of the theme from Theme Forest account and install it again to another subdomain from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

This most likely is caused either by plugins or by blocked files from your host.
please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Also please contact your host and ask for any blocked files on your install. A common file getting blacklisted is admin-ajax.php as there are many requests to this file.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, this error might appear happens due happens due to an inadequate version of your browser. Ensure that you are using the latest version of it without any extensions which cause some unknown issues. Purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare.

The demos have custom design, default theme elements may not look the same in a demo. If you installed the Lifestyle demo everything should look exactly as the live demo in terms of design.

It seems to be a conflict between two or more plugins and that’s why you bring this errors, sorry! Try to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. That may happen if both composers are active. Please check the plugins section and deactivate the tagDiv composer. If you are using Visual composer, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
At the moment it will be activated by default when the theme is installed or updated.

The sidebars themselves should not be removed, only widgets from them may be placed in the inactive widgets section, from where they can be re-inserted in the existing sidebars

Please reinstall the theme again by FTP, check if this solves the issue. Remove the old theme folder and place the new theme, in the themes folder. Let us know the results.
