Hello hugocosta,
Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version, installed via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, it seems to be a Chrome browser error. You should check the following useful manual here -> https://www.deskdecode.com/err_connection_timed_out/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Maybe you have an Adblocker installed, that would cause the ads to not be displayed. I don’t think there are limitations for Thailand concerning Adsense ads. Try checking form a different computer, or browser.
Thanks
Thanks for your reply.
I am using the latest theme version and I’ve installed it via FTP. I can confirm that my system parameters match those which were recommended and the only active plugins are the two that were installed via the theme (tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter).
I really need to get this working ASAP, as I have a deadline I need to hit.
Thanks
Hello Escobar,
Please try to update the theme to the latest version of it from Theme Forest and installed it via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
This is highly unusual. That should not happen since the mobile theme plugin is deactivated. Try clearing all caching installed, and purge CDN files if you use it.
Thanks

Hello ablascob,
1)Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
2)Also, the third important rule is to do not edit a page which was created with Visual Composer with TD Composer.
Also, I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues like this.
For more information about how you should use our page builder incorrect way on our theme, please check the following useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial-2/
Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
That is the Craft ideas demo that you have installed. This demo has some design and styling placed on the Read more button, most demos have unique custom design for theme elements.
This design for the Read more button could be removed directly in the demo stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/m4yOsatBG83W
That would cause the button to look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jGKjA4OR5nP
Or I could give you a code to override the current styling with something like you mention. Something like this for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XX9nP2k833U
This is the code used in the example, if you choose to use it enter in in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-craft-ideas .td-read-more a {
background-image: none;
color: black!important;
border: 1px solid black;
}
Please let me know if you would lie the button to be different, and I will provide you with a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website, and I see the issue. Please check all the theme panel custom code fields and the analytics field as well for suspicious code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fwxIM7oRsi
Use the useful resources and suggestion from these topics
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-good-basic-security-practices/
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Hardening_WordPress
Scan the website and database for malware as shown. Remove all plugins, reinstall only theme plugins provided in the official theme package.
And make sure you use the latest version of WordPress.
Thanks
Hi all,
Make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way and then, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If deactivating it normally causes a white screen, try removing it manually through FTP or Cpanel. Remove also other plugins that might require Buddypress. This is the official uninstall guide for it
– https://codex.buddypress.org/getting-started/deleting-buddypress/
Thanks
Hi,
The regularly tested plugins are these
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QlOvZWLm2
That does not mean that others will surely not work. You can install other plugins normally and try them, for the things you need.
Thanks
Hi,
I’ve purchased and installed NewsMag.
I installed the demo content.
The demo posts work as it should.
While adding new posts, single post view shows 404 error not found. But the demo posts works. All the settings are same. The site is in my localhost. Unable to share any link for now. Please let me know if anyone has faced such an issue.
Hello:
The td_composer does not work for me. I deleted it and reinstalled it and it still does not work.
This is the error that comes up: Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init () -> bindViewsModelsWrappers ()!
Do you know why?
Thank you
Hi,
At the moment the theme does not offer the same settings as default posts, for custom post types. Reviews are not available for custom post types. However you can use review plugins instead. Search for some of these plugins, install them and make some tests. There must be one that works properly and probably has more options besides the theme reviews.
Some suggestions here that you could try

Thanks
Install only the theme, not the all files zip.
Did you do clean theme install?
Hello! I just purchased a Theme Newspaper 8 and had to upload it with FTP because of the simple way it marked error. I was able to upload the Theme with FTP, but it was not installed completely, my WordPress page tells me that I need the index.php template file. And that the subthemes also need a template header in the style.css style sheet. I do not understand much about this. What do I do?
can’t uninstall Buddy Press plugin without it throwing me a white screen (while logged in). I already disabled buddypress dependent plugins and buddypress custom code. Can I delete it through the cpanel & mysql? Any issues with the theme & buddypress as far uninstalling BP? thanks.
I can’t seem to add any elements to the website I have just installed Newspaper on.
I don’t have any extra plugins installed.
When I drag items over I just get a spinning wheel and grey panel.
I have check php settings and these seem to be fine.
When I attempt to use the tagDiv Composer to build out a page, I receive the following error message:
“Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!”
I’ve looked through the support forum, and unfortunately the generic response to the issue does not apply to my situation.
This is a fresh install of the theme to the latest version of WordPress and the only active plugins are the two that were installed by the theme (tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter).
I look forward to your response and hopefully a resolution.
Thank you in advance for your time.
I don’t think that’s the problem. I’ve been reading about it and they say it’s a theme problem. I misinstalled the theme with sample pages and posts and then I deleted everything. It seems the problem is with that. What can I do?!
I’m getting the errors on Redirect Plugin. It says it’s coming from the site.
Very sorry about that, Catalin.
I was in the middle of a Domain name change when I forgot I had made this posting.
I am still encountering the same issue, but now I am at the URL cultureobsess.com
I was getting ready to delete the theme completely, and reinstall it in the hopes that it would resolve the issue.
Currently, the issue with the homepage post element is still occurring; where it only shows half of the featured image.
Also, after going back and tinkering with it, I noticed that regardless of what border color I choose for any element, the change won’t save at all.
I just updated my newspaper theme to 8.1 (Deactivated and deleted the theme, and uploaded and activated the updated version) and now my pages are the same in all devices. I had some blocks hide in mobile devices, and others in deskopt, but now all of them appears in both and I cant change it.
Also, I tried to install the mobile plugin to try other option, but its not working. Its installed and appear the Mobile tab in the theme panel, but doesnt work.
I deactivated all plugins to check if was something wrong, but same.
Hello paologalli,
Sorry for this but it seems to be an issue to your backend. To be sure, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Clear all the caches, switch the theme from the child to the main theme and check the results. Should work because if the theme is correclty installed and used, according to our documentation, sohuld not return these kinds of errors, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your undersitading!
