I tested other browsers aswell, both desktop and mobile. it fails at this point

Also i dont know if it is related but it also doesnt display logo image of the site. It instead displays the alt text.

You could use the page with title page template, the h1 will be the name of the page. If there is no h1 in teh page then the logo will be it. Some more details in these topics

You can set your logo in mobile too by accessing a post from your website, edit it with TagDiv Composer, access Website Manager, click on Mobile Menu, select the Header logo and you can upload your logo picture right there in the setting section: https://www.screencast.com/t/xKsmz1333

Question 1: I made a footer with the cloud but when I go to the cloud library it’s not giving me the option to work on the footer anymore with the tagdiv composer… please help I don’t want to recreate it!
question 2: I created a header with the cloud and added a top menu row. However, I have 2 things that contain a sebmenu (contact and the search button). When I go over the word contact the submenu appears but when i got to the submenu to click it disappears. When i enter something into search the articles appear in a sebmenu but when i try to click the first one it clicks the header logo.. The articles that appear from the search under the logo (so article 2, 3, …) are clickable.. so every sebmenu option that comes over the header is unclickable how do I fix this?
Question 3: How do I make the size of the column fit the content in the column? I inserted a column text for example but the column width is wider than the element width and the column hight is wider than the element hight which causes to much space between the rows and between the columns.
I have searched and most answers were for TD composer, but I am using WPbakery still.
I am using header 9 and wondering what code I need to change to remove the H1 from the logo header? I use the child theme but not 100% sure what file to edit.

I have a problem, I set up a global header with my own logo. Everything is fine on the home page, when I go to the post page, the newspaper logo is loaded not my.
I just bought a Theme, but the Logo and Social Icon’s editing is not working. I emailed the Support Team days ago and still can get any answer.

Wat part from header do you want to make clickable ? please provide some details, normal the logo has the link to homepage and also if is a cloud header, then you can set the link you want using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/4jNHUIu.jpg

Using the Tagdiv editor and although the left most menu (under “IMAGE”) has the updated logo image it is not reflective in on the page… what am I doing wrong?

When I try to make any edits, nothing happens. I was getting an error before that the resource could not load but now when I enter TagDiv composer, nothing happens at all. We recently changed our logo and social media handles and I can’t change them on the Cloud Header template and make any other changes.

I wonder if someone who is a graphic designer can help me? We have changed our logo recently – http://www.hqb.news – and now our header sort of looks empty (AdSense is still verifying the new domain, there will be an ad banner to the right), however I was hoping we can put a picture behind the logo that would fill up the whole header space. Sorts of like the Facebook cover photo?
I was looking at the theme documentation, but there is only instruction for the whole page background, nothing for the header specifically.

There is no option in the theme panel Footer options to change the logo
I have been in the tagdiv composer about 20 times and changed the logo in the footer and it works great, until you close it check on the live site and it reverts back to the old logo.
I have cleared cache as well. It makes no difference. The change of logo just won’t stick.
Any idea?

2. Yes, you can translate/change the ads without extra plugin, when you translate the templates you can change the ads.

How to use the global settings on my website for my mobile theme. I’ve already uninstalled the mobile theme plugin and the amp plugin. I want to use the same settings and widgets and layout and logo for my mobile theme, but it displays different.

It still no help. I deleted all the styling of the logo (just insert the SVG code). I also tried delete it and re-add it again but the problem still exists.
The logo sometimes display only black and white on Safari. On Chrome, it always only show black and white.

I also have issues with the responsiveness of our website logo that associated within the header navigation menu bar when it viewed in tablet mode it overlaps with the main navigation menu and it has white space under it as is shown here
I’ve followed Simion tricks from one of the topics here https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unresponsive-website-logo/ using his custom CSS section of the options panel through this code https://pastebin.com/kQasSgQP but it seems it doesn’t work at my end.
If you can kill this culprit much highly appreciated, coz I was stuck on this issue since 2 days.
