My site is messed up after the update. Footer is changed, logo and header doesn’t show properly. What are the steps instead of just providing you the credentials?
I’m trying to go through your support forum to look for answers but you guys just ask for the credentials and you don’t provide the solution publicly and defeats the purpose of a forum.
1. How to remove wordpress toolbar
2. Child theme is not working even uploaded file at the theme directory
3. I want to have different login and logout menu shown when user is logged in and logged out

In place now (2nd image) is temp text logo.
Please answer me why my website homepage and articles, photos, etc get messed up automatically when you update? My website looks like junk now. I went to restore it to save the last settings, and even still the photos are missing. My logo is gone, entire website is jacked up.

If you are using a cloud header, using tagDiv Composer you can upload a bigger image change the image width -> https://i.imgur.com/az0pQLH.png or if is a text you can increase the font from style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/OmOU0ry.png

Error: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

When I switch to portrait viewport, the position of my logo automatically changes to an unwanted new line (also with the magnifying glass). All other viewports work fine, what can I do?

Hello, I have a problem with my logo, it is inserted in the correct size in the Newspaper theme x but the text is displayed much too small that is contained in the logo. Can I simply insert it larger than the specified size? Regards micha

When I share a post of my website https://biharconnection.com on facebook, it only shows my site logo instead of featured image of that particular post. It is using your newspaper theme.
When I share any post of my other website https://thelogically.in on Facebook, it shows full featured image. It is using Astra theme.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

The index page responding fine on Desktop now.
It is only the mobile view that I can’t figure out how to change the default demo logo. I have changed it for Desktop view, but the mobile is still showing the default logo.
I would be glad if someone can help me with this.

I just checked your website and for the the header is look the same on entire website, please provide some more details about the problem you are referring.
Maybe you want to set some more space for menu, you can do this using tagdiv Composer and use this layout for row -> https://i.imgur.com/M2yQOKk.jpg in the first column set the logon and in the second the menu and the search that will be alight right -> https://i.imgur.com/xIQy8eL.png

Tagdiv have updated the Newspaper Theme five (5) times between May 6, 2020 and August 10, 2020. On two of the five occasions, (May 20th and Aug 10th) several of my site’s settings have been deleted, disabled, or reverted to default. The time taken to reset the site to its original state on the first occasion it was broken (May 20th update) was very tedious and time consuming. Moreover, the thought of a similar breakdown occurring with my site being live is very scary. Thank God the site is in construction mode.
The specific problems are:
HEADER
All Top Bar settings wiped out
Header Ad settings wiped out
Logo and favicon entries wiped out
Logo for mobile wiped out
iOS bookmarklets wiped out
FOOTER
Style 5 setting reverted to Style 1
Instagram and wiped out
Footer Info Content wiped out
MISC
Theme Colors reverted to default
Social Network entries wiped out
Image thumbnails disabled
This is a major problem and concern to me, and I would love to have the problem identified and fixed so the site can meet its scheduled published date in late September. Please note that I know how to update the Newspaper Theme and am unaware of any plugin(s) that could be the cause of the problem.

Hi, I changed my logo in the theme panel but its not refreshing in the website, also some other changes in the ad sections I have to refresh several times to see it.
The logo in the mobile view its aligned to the left but I can’t find in the tagdiv composer how to view the mobile view so I can center the logo (and also change it if needed)
Hi, I know that there is an option to place a default thumbnail when a featured image doesn’t exist in a post. But there’s any option to use different placeholder images for some categories?
I have a cinema and series blog that I have migrated from Blogger. Some first images are broken (I have used a plugin to make the first image of posts as the featured one) so some posts doesn’t have a “choosen featured”. I would like to use my logo with some text like CINEMA REVIEWS when the post belongs to cinema reviews category, my logo with SERIES REVIEWS when belongs to series review category and NEWS when belongs to news category.
Is there any way for doing it? Some option in theme panel I haven’t seen or some code to use. Just for a better view of not existent thumbs as we go post to post solving the issue (we have to waste some time hahahahaha)
Hey all, I have updated to the most recent version, but my header logo resized and I’m having trouble getting my logo back at the top of my page. I’m using TD Composer and the default template for Newspaper. Any suggestions would be awesome. Seems like I’m missing something simple.

Is look that for you the mobile icon is misaligned -> https://i.imgur.com/HhvaggQ.png usually these cases appears when you are using zoom on browser.
Please try to select that icon and you’ll be able to select the logo on mobile, also you can access the mobile version using the website manager and use the option to enable/disable the sticky menu on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/ZCR7MjW.png

Hi fabioweb90, unfortunately Newsmag theme do not have an option to set a different logo for sticky menu, it will use the same logo. This can be achieve only with custom work on this theme.
