We need your help for banner area of “tagdiv – newspaper voice“ theme.
We want to make the same banner like in the original one:

Only difference is that:
– we want to use our own background picture for banner
– we want to use our own logo front of banner
– and we want to keep black layer effect between both of them.

I think I’m missing something fundamental. When I create my own header or use a premade one from the Cloud Templates, none of the values I set in the Theme Panel are being picked up. For example, if I set the color to red in “Theme Panel > Theme Colors > Header > Text Logo Color” and then add a Header Logo element in my header, the color of the logo text is not red. I realize I can set the color in the DivTag Composer, but I had assumed that was for overriding the site wide settings in Theme Panel. Another example is that in “Theme Panel > Header > Text Logo” I have set a value like “My Header”, but when I add a Header Logo element it doesn’t pick that value up. I have tried setting a bunch of different values in Theme Editor and only a few of them seem to make any difference. What is the point of Theme Panel if the elements in DivTag Composer can’t reference them. Are there variables I can use or something like that? Like in DivTag Composer put $TEXT_LOGO as the value? Or for colors put $THEME_ACCENT_COLOR?

As I can see you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, so in order to change the logo on mobile you’ll need to use tagDiv Composer (the settings from theme panel will apply only on standard templates), please check our video tutorial for host to changes/set a logo from here ->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://www.youtube.com/user/tagdiv

Hello Calin, I don’t want to change the background color. I have uploaded a transparent background logo with the words in white so it will look good on the dark background, but there is something wrong in the theme, the logo it is taking is the main logo, I want the other version which I uploaded in theme panel in logo for mobile

I’m unable to update any settings from theme panel. whenever I try to update any setting fromm theme panel (like logo or favicon), there appears a loading gif icon continuously, until I force refresh the tab.

Hi, for quite some time already I get the following error popping up once every few days, sometimes lasting for minutes, some times lasting for days. I’ve no idea how it gets fixed, I usually try several things, but it’s really messed up and unpredictable. So I hope you will help me deal with it once and for all.

Why is this popping up? I am originally using the Gadgets template. In a previous ticket I was told that I should not set a website logo via the theme settings>Header, but rather to manually set the logo image inside the TD composer. I honestly have no idea what causes the problem, I contacted the Hosting provider, and they investigated the issue, said that everything from their side is just fine.
