I don’t know if this was introduced from NP12.6.5 or NP12.6.6, but now my site prints the top logo 2 times; the site display correctly when just viewing (which is why I may have missed the problem).
The top most logo is shrunk (almost looks like the size of the mobile logo), then the properly sized logo is immediately below it (seen when the page is printed)

I updated to 12.6.6 as recommended by the system. A disaster.
Design of the homepage was completely gone. I was using a static page created in Tagdiv Composer. It seems that some of the old modules (I was using a regular blog module 20 – image on the left, text on the right) are no longer supported. The offer of new modules is poor.
Fonts changed. A silly subheadline was added to my logo (Discover the art of publishing – WTF?) I never used nor wanted a subheadline.
Worse still, clicking on an article (after I repaired the static home page) results in an error (some kind of booster error).
This all happened due to a routine update of the software!
Using the time machine and going back to 12.6.4 did not help!
I require that you guys immediately fix this issue. My website is down because of your poorly prepared and poorly communicated “upgrade”.

Do you have a mobile page? If yes, then the logo from the header is sticky and normally has h1 on the logo.

Normally if you are using standard templates, then the theme will automatically set a H1 on logo if there is no element for page title in the page/template, if there is a page title, then the H1 will be on it and not on logo.
Also, if there are using cloud templates then the H1 can be removed using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer.
Now in case that you want to edit the files, then I will recommend using a child theme and the files that should be edited are:
– wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-h1.php (replace the h1 with anther html tag like p/div/span …) – https://i.imgur.com/VTXpfNM.png
– wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/logo-text.php (if you are using text logo) – https://i.imgur.com/9dGOsJI.png
Now for mobile theme if is used then it can be edited from here – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/logo.php unfortunately this will not work in a child theme.

To explain the issue more accurately. On the mobile version, when I scroll up and arrive to the top of the page, there a short laps of time (less than a second) in which the header menu is loading. During that laps of time the header menu color is by default purple. And we see only a purple header banner with no logo and no menu. Then after that seconds, the header menu appears (green customized color + logo + menu). Can you help me ?

We have a lot of news sites running under a multisite enviroment, what happens is that the Theme settings from Site A will sometimes randomly be imported and saved under Site B Without human interference, is has become rather annoying to see another brands logo on a different site and all the other settings you set under Theme settings.
The first fix we tried to do is disable all the import/export backup settings to OFF on all our news sites using the theme, this helpes for the majority of the sites we have (currently 13 sites), yet this issue is still randomly doing it once per week or twice per week. i’ve made custom backups of the theme settings code but this is not the way it should be right?
Version: 12.6.1 (Yes we are a bit behind but this issue persisted even before this version and nothing in the Changelogs/Release notes indicated this being fixed.)
I’ve created an administrator account for you with the specified email address. I also ask you to check the issues with the logo display on mobile. The video I was recommended shows options that aren’t available in my page builder, which I think is a version issue. Now, I wonder if the child theme version needs to match the parent theme version, because I have the parent theme at version 12.6.5, while the child theme is at version 9. The demo video gives instructions for versions after 10. Thanks, I await information

I am encountering two issues related to mobile display on my WordPress site using your theme and page builder:
Logo Display During Scrolling: Initially, the correct logo is displayed when the page loads. However, during scrolling, the logo unexpectedly switches to display the default theme title “UrbanoObserver” instead of the set logo. This issue occurs only while scrolling.
Div Size in a Specific Section: On mobile devices, a particular section is displaying a div at only 40% of its intended size, despite settings configured to extend it to 100% of the column width. This discrepancy in size affects the layout and usability on mobile.

Issue with Logo Title During Page Scroll:
Problem: When scrolling the page on mobile, the logo title of the “UrbanoObserver” theme appears instead of the designated logo.

Issue with Section Displaying Incorrect Dimensions on Mobile:
Problem: A section is displaying only 40% of the intended dimensions of a div on mobile devices, despite being set to occupy 100% of the column.
Details: Despite setting the section to occupy the entire column width, it is only displayed as 40% on mobile devices.
Hi, none of these methods worked. When I right-click the top bar, the delete button is greyed out. There is no drag and drop at the bottom right of the page as there is on yours, so this method is invalid in my case. Additionally, pressing the Delete key on my keyboard does nothing.
The only thing I have found that almost works is hovering over each element on the top bar and selecting the trashcan icon to delete each element individually. HOWEVER, once every item is deleted, the top bar doubles in height to become a big ugly black space. What I want is for there to be NO BLACK BAR AT ALL along the top of the page. The white space, upon which the Odd Trilogies logo and main menu sit, should extend to the top of the webpage. There should be no black bar at all. How do I do this?

How do I get rid of the “circle frame”? When I show company logos they’re still in that circle frame so the edges of the logo are not seen, they are being cropped out.
I just want to show the image/logo. Not a circled frame version of the image/logo.

Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements. Click on that logo too and change it with yours.
There is a possibility to copy-paste an element and add it in the other rows. Right-click on the element, then copy and paste it after another element from another page. Right-click on the element, then paste after or before it.
