I have changed my header pic from logo on white bg to simply a blue background pic but with no logo. On desktop and phone the change is visible no problem. But on my ipad air the old image persists in both landscape and portrait. I have tried every which way to implement the change to the header with the new image but I cannot seem to replace the old header, even though in my dashboard it shows as being replaced. This is an ipad a couple of years old so it only has ios 12.5.5 which it shows as up to date.
I clear the cache on the site after each change I make. I have also cleaned the ipad safari cache several times.
Any ideas what I’m doing wrong and how to fix it?

Access the homepage in frontend, edit it with the TagDiv Composer, click on the logo and make sure this setting is set as “HIDE”. Delete the logo text “Ani” and logo text tagline “Globe” from General tab.
Click on any row of the elements, and the background color should be in the CSS tab: https://prnt.sc/JEOXXo-pno1l

I’ve checked your website and yes you have 6 H1 tags. You can disable the H1 from the TagDiv Composer, verify the settings for every logo element from the homepage: https://prnt.sc/K9Pm3QcKVtzi
So, you have H1 for: logo, mobile logo, sticky, block title and also the logo in the footer.

Hi,
I have a problem in the footer of my 4 websites done with Newspaper.
In the footer I have 5 images/logos wich must be displayed instantaneously.
The problem is that they don’t appear and I must refresh the page, whatever the browser I use (firefox, edge or chrome), to see them.
Of course when the site has already been open, the data are in the machine cash and I don’t have the problem (even if we can see that there is a lag) but for the first visit, that’s a hudge problem and my client is not happy about this.

1. If you use cloud templates, then we recommend you to have the logo set in the TagDiv Composer. Actually, there is no difference, but the theme panel is useful for default templates.
2. If you do not set any retina logo, the site will load the normal logo on retina displays. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

5. For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

If you want to use auto ads, then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

On our articles page, we have an infinite scroll where one article leads into another.
The only problem as you can tell from the screenshot (
) is that our header logo is being replicated at the top of every single post page.
This is only happening on the mobile version.

1. A workaround there could be to duplicate the header and delete or hide that flex block and change the border from the CSS tab of the elements. In this mode, you’ll have 2 header templates, modified one and the normal one and you can assign it on every page you’ll like. Similar problems arose when the logo was larger and the internet speed was quite low.
I did several tests with my phone, but for me now everything seems ok.

First of all, great theme you’ve done!
I bought 6 licenses of “Newspaper” theme.
I made one first site and cloned it 2 times as that’s only the logo on each site wich is different. So I have 3 websites now.
My problem is that I can’t assign a unique license key to each site, so I can’t put them online.
How can you solve my problem please?
