Hi – I have used contact@tagdiv.com as suggested in the back end, but have had no response since emailing a couple of days ago… (from luke@slicestudio.co.uk – where I’ve also given you login details)
So, despite https://brockinitiative.org/ being registered for years, seemingly after recent update the site isn’t accepting the license properly AND experiencing issues after update…
– An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-website-not-working/
Have edited wp-config.php file and entered below values

@ini_set( ‘max_input_vars’ , 2500 );
@ini_set( ‘max_execution_time’ , 300 );
@ini_set( ‘post_max_size’ , ’50M’ );
@ini_set( ‘upload_max_filesize’ , ’50M’ );
But still the system status shows max_input_vars is set as 1000
System Status
PHP Version 8.2.4
WP Memory Limit 256 MB
PHP Execution Time 300
PHP Max Input Vars 1000
⤏ We recommend to increase this value to 2000 or more.
‘Execution time’ has got updated but not the ‘Max Input Vars’

Hi,
Yes, you can use the same license on two websites.
Please set the wp-memory and the requirements like our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also, make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good bandwidth; the one from our server is 1GB/s, and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have low bandwidth, then you can access parts of the cloud, this can be done from the frontend, for example, if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png or from backend -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wekHmc7kJ8J
Also, you can check the console if you receive a message error.
Thank you!

I am lost here. The server host (BlueHost) has claimed they have done everything on their end to optimize and make it work, pretty well pointing to the theme as the issue, and everything needing optimized. They sent me this to do:
”
to optimize the website contents (Both files and databases). The following articles will help the customer to work through many of these issues:
This article deals with a very simple repair/optimization on your databases: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/mysql-repair-and-optimize-tables-in-phpmyadmin
These articles deal specifically with WordPress optimization: https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/wordpress-optimization

Image optimization:

Also, I am getting a yellow warning on WP Memory Limit stating “40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 256MB” in the system, however, when giving this information to them, they say they have upped it, even though the error is still there.
Can I get a direction here of what to do?
Hi,
I think the problem is caused that you don’t set the wp memory in wp-config.php -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also, did you check the console?
You can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin and cPanel access.
Thank you!
I got the answer as follows.
Hello,
I verified, and for me, the cloud libra is loading https://i.imgur.com/Owf5Ovv.png -> https://i.imgur.com/WBI81g0.jpg
Can you check again? And please set the wp-memory in wp-config.php -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you,
Anamaria
As you said, capacity seems to be an issue.
I’ve been guided but I’m not very good at handling this.
I hope you can help me with this.
Hi,
I can’t edit anything on TAGDIV COMPOSER
When I open anything on TAGDIV Composer it shows:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
I create an EMPTY NEW PAGE – click edit with TAGDIV COMPOSER and the error above shows.
1. Fresh WP install
2. Plugin activated is only Tagdiv Composer and Tagdiv Cloud
3. Theme is latest version Newspaper 12.3
PHP Version
8.1.2-1ubuntu2.11
WP Memory Limit
256 MB
PHP Execution Time
86400
PHP Max Input Vars
2000
This is on local server as this is a staging site.
Can you help me to resolve this issue? There are no errors in the error.log. No PHP error. No error in console.
Only this error:
Error at zones: 6(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
The console log when adding New cloud template is
Cannot read properties of undefined (reading \’length\’)
My System Status is
PHP Version
8.1.2-1ubuntu2.11
WP Memory Limit
256 MB
PHP Execution Time
86400
PHP Max Input Vars
2000
THEME VERSION is 12.3
Everything is set correctly as per below. I also tried multiple demo data pages but nothing works. when I click ‘edit with tagDev’ the error comes up.
System Status
PHP Version

WP Memory Limit

Hello,
Please make sure the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) => https://www.screencast.com/t/88pK5QXpC
Also, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
