Hi, I have this problem again.
I set the wp memory limit to 1512MB, but that doesn’t solve the problem.
The wp memory limit is correctly recognized by your theme.

I have resolved the wp memory limit and it is still showing the same error.

Hello,
Usually, this problem is when you use plugins that in turn require wp memory limit (WPML, revolution slider) each, in turn, requires 256 MB wp memory, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
The easiest way to solve it is to double the wp memory limit.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Done. max_execution_time and WP Memory Limit are now green. I tried increasing max_input_vars but it still remains yellow after following the steps to increase it in your article (I use Bluehost).
I did a search on the forum and found this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cloud-templates-dont-allow-jetpack-comments/ . Is this bug resolved? It does seem to me that the cloud post template is causing the issue, and I was hoping you could have a look at it and see what the issue in it might be.
Thanks.
Everything is green in system status with the exception of max_execution_time (currently 30), max_input_vars (currently 1000) and WP Memory Limit (currently 40 MB/request).
I reinstalled the Cloud library plugin but that didn’t work unfortunately.
Sorry about the super late reply btw.

Hello,
Usually, this error appears when the requirements aren’t set like in our guide, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
please increase all lower requirements and follow all steps; make sure that the theme is activated and use an SSL plugin for HTTPS.
Also, please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!

how i can solve this
First attempt site loaded and did not lose anything but server memory utilization went from 5 percent at no-load/idle to 88 percent. If your site is not fully loading I wonder if you hit something similar and are running out of memory.
Restored, disabled all plugins other than tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Newsletter, tagDiv Standard Pack, an MFA plugin, and those I have running as mu-plugins. Ran the upgrade again. Upgraded the disabled tagDiv plugins individually. Re-enabled all prior running plugins. No-load/idle memory utilization is 8 percent, all components seem fine.
Prior to v10.4 my WP Memory Limit was set to 192 and I don’t recall getting a warning. After the upgrade Newspaper wanted 256, so fine, 256.
The site is being rebuilt with this theme so I am being cautious/limiting installed plugins to begin with, and outside of those for Newspaper and mu-plugins, I rarely have more than 8 running at a time. No site should keep plugins active all the time that are only used for special tasks from the console.
If you are having problems and decide to disable plugins, just be aware that on rare occasions you will run into plugins that don’t save configuration settings when disabled. I have only seen this on API plugins and in those cases the information has been stored with the API account, but still something to keep in mind.
I had a little bit of bugs after the 10.4 updates, like the amp button not showing in dash console.
I deactivated and reinstalled amp plugin and mobile page amp of tag div.
The amp settings are Available under the mobile theme panel, but missing from dash console which is okay all controls still there.
I was having a hard time getting my speed up on Gt metrics for the site,
Here is what worked….PHP memory limit increase and the following,
Reducing the length of the Home page,
I have it hosted n a litespeed server.
It did not work well with the litespeed cache word press plugin, But speed improved on using a cdn.
There is no cache installed on site other than from server side which is Memcached and redis enabled.
Now the site has a Gt metrics score of 92 and Grade A.
Hope this helps others

Hello, I updated the theme to the latest version 10.4.
After updating site shows only a white screen.
Upon investigation, I find the following error message in the error log:
it was displaying as the issue was with the plugin ([01-Apr-2021 15:31:29 UTC] Use of undefined constant TDC_PATH_LEGACY – assumed ‘TDC_PATH_LEGACY’ (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /home3/urdutube/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-composer.php on line 209)
I checked in detail, I updated all plugins, compulsory for the theme.
I also update the system as per requirements as:
System Status
PHP Version
7.2.34
PHP Memory Limit
1 GB
PHP Execution Time
300000
PHP Max Input Vars
100000
But all in vain, and my site shows only a white blank page.
I downgraded to the older version.
Please recheck the plugin error, because when I disable the Tag Div Composer Plugin it works to show my site pages. But the coding and designing of the site go too rough and dull.
Plz find what is issue in the Tag Div Composer Plugin for theme version 10.4.
Thanks
I can’t activate the theme automatically or manually. Also, I can’t install any prebuilt website.

After installing the updated theme (version 10.4), I just observed that there was some system status problem. Below is the values for your reference what it was showing.
WP Memory Limit 40 MB
⤏ We recommend memory to at least 256 MB. Read more
PHP Execution Time 30
⤏ We recommend to increase this value to 60 or more. Read more
PHP Max Input Vars 1000
⤏ We recommend to increase this value to 2000 or more.
Can you please try to fix these for me?
same here
i reinstalled tagdiv downgraded newspaper disabled optimisation increased memory limit
nothing works
Hello,
I’ve disabled all plugins and issue persists. I looked at system status and I do not have caching on the staging site, and there seems to be a warning with memory limit:
40 MB/request – We recommend setting memory to at least 128MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP. You can also check our guide here.
I increased it by adding to wp-config 256M and still issue persists. I have no idea what to do…
Just ran the update. Not checked much aside from page load speeds, minuscule improvement. The TagDivComposer no longer loads, so as expected, have to uninstall.
We’re running London News Pro, Standard plugin disabled. The server is set up as follows.
PHP Version 7.4.15
WP Memory Limit 512 MB
PHP Execution Time 1500
PHP Max Input Vars 2000
Each day, over the course of the last few weeks, more and more pages from our site fail the Search Console test, we now have over 400 listed with ridiculously slow load times. This is entirely the fault of the theme, we’ve tried everything else to resolve this with no joy. The theme is just too code-heavy and isn’t elegant. Advertising it as fast is clearly misleading. It is anything but.

Hello
Can you help me.
On my website I use the plugin WP-Otimize (for cache).
How can I ban cache, for plugin Thank You Counter Button.
I’d like the page loaded to show the real state of how many times Thank You Counter Button has been clicked. I now see the number that is in Cache memory.
You can watch it on my website http://www.umrli.info and open a post.

Hello,
Error code :

It just gave an error like this on my website. But wp-config 512MB is selected, 256MB is not. Despite this, we experienced a loss of hits on the site. I talked to the hosting company for the source of the error. Below is what they say.
Hosting Company ;
Error indication activated. an error appears to have occurred due to the td-cloud-library plugin, and we ask theme makers to check this plugin. Currently, the memory-limit is at a maximum of 512MB.
I believe that I am also experiencing similar issues.
When I de-activate Cloud library, Pingdom shows that the Page size is reduced by 500KB and a reduction of 17 load requests.
When I activate Cloud Library plugin, WordPress admin functions slow down to unusable levels and cPanel statistics report the following for over 2 minutes:
– I/O usage = 100%
– Physical Memory 512MB = 100%
– CPU = 98%
I have re-installed the Newspaper Pro Theme and all the plugins, the problem occurs again every time Cloud Library is activated.
