Hi,

Usually that happens due to low wp-memory, however there can be other causes. We could take a closer look at it, and try to find why it happens in this case. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website, admin login, also cPanel if you use it, or any server manager. We may need to also deactivate plugins, in order to rule out a plugin conflict. Please also include a link to this topic in the email.

Thank you!

Hello Vlad,

I would like to send you some Screenshots, so you can better evaluate the situation. The only plugins installed are Newspaper and the TagDiv Plugins. The requirements of TagDiv are all fulfilled.

Theme version 10.3.7
WP 5.5.3
PHP 7.3.23
Memory Limit 256M
no SUHOSIN installed
max_input_vars = 5000
max_execution_time = 60
post_max_size = 75M
upload_max_filesize = 50M

When trying to edit in TagDiv Editor I always get a red warning:

“Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). the model does not match the content. Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z/CTRL+SHIFT+Z).

In the frontend I only get a white screen, rendering of the page breaks with following error message in the source code:

<b>Fatal error</b>: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11331576 bytes) in <b>/kunden/459289_76297/webseiten/www.leichttransporter.de/wp-includes/wp-db.php</b> on line <b>1999</b><br />

I hope u can urgently fix this, because my client get’s pretty mad right now.

Best regards

Chris

Hi,
It looks that you mange top solved the problem -> https://i.imgur.com/ktZkQZ0.png normal the memory need to be reflected in theme panel system -> https://i.imgur.com/h0DwTy2.png when you are using some extra plugins is possible to need some more memory, what you can do then is to double the memory.
If there is still a problem, please let me know!

Hey TagDiv Team,

after moving to the live server the page is not showing/rendering properly and I just get a white page.

I imported the sql-dump and changed the URLs accordingly. Also a search&replace in the database was done.
Now when trying to edit any page in the TagDiv Composer I get

Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

All checks in the Newspaper system status are green.

When enabling the WordPress Debug the site ends with

<br/>
<b>Fatal error</b>
: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13028048 bytes) in
<b>/kunden/459289_76297/webseiten/www.leichttransporter.de/wp-includes/wp-db.php</b>
on line
<b>2033</b>
<br/>

Got any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Chris

After I create a new template from my theme’s cloud template library, save it, and close it, I can’t edit it anymore because the button “Edit with Tagdiv Composer” disappears. And that’s strange because at the first two templates I have installed, the button appears. I think it may be a memory limit of some sort.
To make it clearer this is what are the options on my current templates.

https://prnt.sc/va7qzx

Then, I create a new one.

And these are the options.

Hi there,
The TagDiv composer has stopped working on my site http://reallifewellbeing.com/

I have checked the points from the following post: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Based on that article:
1) I do not see that error
2) I added the code to the htaccess file
3) I do not see that error
4) I updated the wp-config with the memory allocation
5) I do not see that error

I also cleared the cache.

I also deactivated and reactivated the TagDiv Composer plugin.

Please could you help?

Many thanks

Hi Gastrodontti,
I just let my teammates via email to know about this problem, they will search for your email and check to see what is the problem.
As I know the memory limit was raising to 1G because you are using some plugins like Slider Revolution that need only for it 256M. After the memory limit was set to 1G the problem was solved!
If there is still a problem, please let us know!
Thank you!

Hi,

I tried raising the memory limit to 512MB but it didn’t fix it. I’ve sent contact@tagdiv.com a message with login credentials a few days ago but as the site was down then the issue was left unresolved. No the site is up with the error persisting. There’s more info about the case in the email as well as the link to this thread.

Hi,

Usually allowed memory size is when the wp memory limit is to low, make sure that you have set the theme requirements as in our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also because you have some many tags is possible to need at list double of wp memory limit.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!

Hi,

My settings are double to the required deleted extra plugins and themes and I’ve purged the database. I even upgraded my webhosting solution to handle more traffic. I got an error message by enabling debug in wp-config.php. Now as I try to enter either Cloud templates or Theme panel I get this error:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15009720 bytes) in /home/gastror/www/wp/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1999 ”

Hi
My memory limit is set to 128M but editing the page took me ages waiting for the backend page to load. It possibly created a high load on my CPU. Please advise why is this happening?

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi alexmmm, usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, if you’ll set it to 256M, and is still not working, please check the rest of settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also make sure that you have the theme activate as in our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
Let me know the results!

Hello
The same happens to me.
I have analyzed the site in several ways and have noticed the following:
– The pages that were had before installing the template do not inherit the icons of the menu that comes in the demo.
– The pages that are created after importing the demo do have the menu and show the icons.
– When this new page is edited with TDC (TagDiv Composer) that does have the menu and icons as in the demo, something happens: They are not visible on the website but they are visible in the editor.
I have checked the logs in PHPMyAdmin and did not detect any inconsistencies but I suspect that the TDC is not saving ALL menu information correctly. This is probably due to a problem with the memory_limit parameter of PHP or WP-Config.
This may help you detect and correct the problem.
Greetings! -CGB
