You should have access to all of the Blocks from TD Composer, as you can see in our tutorial. Make sure that you are using the latest theme version on your side and then, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot have access to all theme’s settings. Try to do this, clear all the caches and check the results.

I suppose that your Blocks pagination does not work, right? First of all, ensure that your theme is updated and also, check your plugin’s list to be enabled only tested plugins. Otherwise, if you are using some untested plugins, each of them can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all of them with the memory caches and check the results.

And so you also updated wp-config.php to tell WP that it can use that much memory ? You *have* to do that to increase default from 40MB.
e.g.,
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '64M' );

Well – something is wrong because if you look at https://www.infomeddnews.com/phpinfo.php and look at my memory limit, it shows that I have 256MB
So what gives?
You need to increase the memory to 64MB or more in both your hosting setup and in your wp-config.php file. Common solution when using complex page builders. Google it. 🙂
My status panel shows that my memory is at 40 MB/request – and that you recommend setting memory to at least 64MB. The theme is well tested with a 40MB/request limit, but if you are using multiple plugins that may not be enough. See: Increasing memory allocated to PHP. You can also check our guide here.
Your guide is very confusing and my host company says that your message to me is all wrong. What gives?

Usually, it used a caching plugin for this and if you want to clear the memory cache you should do it from plugin’s settings. Also, it’s possible to have some caches on your server and to remove these you should request to the hosting provider to purge all of them.

Please provide more details so we can understand better what exactly is happening with the theme panel. Try to think what you did before the issue appeared. Maybe installed a plugin, entered some code somewhere that could have caused this.
Try deactivating all plugins and check if the issue is fixed.

The composer is tested and works fully with the theme, but other factors can cause problems.

Admin level users have the possibility to install plugins. The theme does not interfere with the default user capabilities set by WordPress. There are multiple ways a plugin can be installed

I checked again and php.ini is saved as follow:
memory_limit = 268435456;
post_max_size = 50M;
safe_mode = off;
upload_max_filesize = 50M;
max_input_vars = 5000;max_execution_time = 300;php.ini is present in root site and in wp-content directory: both of them are saved as I told before.
I also tried to modify wp-config.php and I set
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '3000M' )

Hi,
This is unusual. If you made the changes to the php.ini file this should be reflected in the theme panel as well. Check the file again, maybe you did not save it after making the modifications. Or maybe it is not the right php.ini file.
That is why this is done by the hosting provider as it is basic server and WordPress maintenance, they have to set these properly. It may also require a server restart.
Try adding the values in the htacess file as well. Then check the status again.
I found more possible ways of doing it (through the wp-config file)

I am sorry for this inconvenience, but most likely this is caused by these parameters. In almost all cases the hosting takes care of this, without any issues.
