Same problem here. After switching to X I can’t change the mobile theme logo anymore. I don’t have the “Logo for mobilemenu. Even when I select “no template”.

Nevermind. I had to activate the Standard Package.

Hi, DecentralBox.

Let me help you out.

I understand what you mean. Had the same problem and figured it out somehow.

You first have to create a template for the footer (import a footer template from the cloud library). Customize it according to your taste. You’ll notice that the footer template that you created will be moved into the pages section unlike other template that remain in the Cloud Template section.
Now go to the theme panel and in the footer section select the footer template(page) you created from the footer page dropdown. Save changes. You done. I faced some issues while saving changes don’t know why but I solved it by selecting an actual page (about/contact/etc), clicking on the edit footer page button and coming back and selecting the footer page template. It just worked.

Now if you’re using the mobile theme also (with or without amp), the footer template wouldn’t work on the mobile theme. For this, you have to activate the standard pack. After activating choose the a footer option or subfooter option (if you need one) from the theme panel. Save the changes. then go to mobile theme section select the footer menu and save changes again. Finally disable the standard pack. That’s it.

Hope you understand. You can DM on insta (@prtksng) if you have any doubt.

I can’t help you much with the telegram thing. In cloud library templates some icons are missing (stumble upon in my case). So what I did was used the icons module instead of social media and the copy pasted the icons for all the social media profiles and then changed the links and icons.

When I enable the main menu sticky option, it does not create a zone for me to add any content/blocks to it. I am also not able to remove the row/column from the header menu that comes by default on the blank header template to make room for the header menu sticky zone. If I try to remove it, it gets recreated automatically. I have tried setting the sticky type to both Smart snap and Always, but nothing happens. I have also tried setting the header in the theme panel to – No Template – and set the sticky menu option to both Always sticky and Smart snap, but that does not work. Same goes with the mobile menu sticky.

Hi, I have installed the theme and everything seems to work pretty well.

I have a problem with the mobile nav. When I click the hamburger icon the page starts its animation but the overlay menu appears only after 4-5 sec, it is really slow.

I checked the console for some errors and I found out this error:The page at ‘https://www.monopattinoelettrico.info/’ was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure image ‘http://192.168.0.120/wp_011_gadgets/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/52.jpg’. This content should also be served over HTTPS.

How can I fix the error?

The website url is https://www.monopattinoelettrico.info/ and the password to login is MPE2019.info

Thanks in advanced for your help.

Hello, I’m developing a site and doing user testing during the menu phase to ensure ease of use. It seems about half of my mobile testers don’t get the fact that you have to press the arrows to get the drop down menu. Instead they just hit the category topic which takes them to that single page. Is there a way to deactivate a category page, so then you have to hit the arrows to generate the drop down menu? Or what would you suggest as best practices for people that don’t understand you have to hit the little drop arrows to get the drop down menu?

Site is http://www.new.razorclamming.com

At present I’m using mega menus so photos show up when you hit the menu title. But I would prefer to use pages on some topics.

Hello,
I would like to show my top header menu in responsive mobile view.
How can I do that?

Calin

Hi,

You can have a different menu only if you are using the mobile theme plugin also using only the amp plugin with the option “AMP” you’ll use the responsive version on mobile and the mobile theme template only for amp, so in order to have a different menu you’ll need to yous the option “mobile + amp”.

Thank you!

Dear support,

I would like to use a different mobile menu than the main menu, but I would not like to use the AMP-plugin, since it messes up the design. When “AMP” only is chosen, the mobile menu reverts to the main menu, not the mobile menu. How do I proceed? Also, how do I get the action buttons to display (some how) in mobile view. The action buttons in the header are visible in desktop mode.

Kind regards,

Peter

-After I enable mobile menu to be sticky and hit save. When I check it again, the sticky option is turn off. Do it multiple times and the setting still can’t be saved.

I enable it: https://ibb.co/kgvVwdj
The setting is not saved: https://ibb.co/0h677Qp

-There isn’t any option to copy the normal menu but I can still copy/paste the mobile menu just fine.

-When I tap the mobile menu, there seem to be a ‘lag’ when the menu is showing up.

-Can I change the font size of the mobile menu?

-Can I set the mobile menu to have the option ‘Drop menu items in More’ like normal menu?

Hi,

Making a cloud header sticky is possible. The elements you use in the default header can be the same or different than the sticky version.
To edit the sticky version of a cloud header, activate the sticky mode in the composer
https://prnt.sc/pqiquf
Then add the elements you want in the sticky header. If there are no elements, the header will not be sticky.
Same for mobilehttps://prnt.sc/pqirba

Note that in the composer you can copy paste elements, through the right-click menu
https://prnt.sc/pqis0y
This would be useful if you want to use the same elements from the normal header, in the sticky header.

Thanks

Hi,

The background color and image settings for the menu modal are in the theme panel. When the mobile theme is not active you can use these settings
https://prnt.sc/pqidu8https://prnt.sc/pqied9
When the mobile theme is active these settings can be used – https://prnt.sc/pqif47
Please let us know if you have more questions.

Thanks

Hi,

You could import and inspect a ready made cloud header template
https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
The columns by default will stack one above the others on mobile, but they can be made to display inline.
A mobile menu with 3 inline columns (usually menu + logo + search) can be made like this:

First column – https://prnt.sc/pqi5k3
Second – https://prnt.sc/pqi5or
Third – https://prnt.sc/pqi5tm

All the 3 columns have to be set to display inline block – https://prnt.sc/pqi6xj
Maybe I missed something, if you need help or you have more questions let me know.

Thanks

I don’t think I’m explaining this very well.

I am referring to the drop-down menu that begins with the category item called LATEST.

The drop down menu doesn’t show up on the desktop version of my site (for some reason). But it shows up when viewed on a mobile. Please see this image:

http://animalsvoice.com/drop-down.png

I want to remove it from showing up a mobile device.

Thank you.

Hello Maggo,

I tried to solve this problem with the support, but the support just didn’t understand what I mean by email. After a long time back and forth, I got a useful code where the logo is made smaller, so that it looks at least approximately similar.

Here is the code:

.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-width: 180px
}

But I have now solved the problem by not using the Mobile Theme.

Maggo
tagDiv Member

Is there a solution to this problem? Because I have the same issue. The mobile theme header pushes the menu button and the search button to close to the logo. On the responsive design header, everything looks good. Exactly the same problem as you can see here: https://imgur.com/0eKnaO2
