Hello! I don’t use a plugin for a mobile network, the functionality of the basic template is enough. When I open the site menu on the phone, I have social media buttons placed in the basement and in the menu of the mobile version. How to do to remove these buttons the social network in the main menu, as they are duplicated?
Is it possible to remove your share button and put your own? in the Russian segment of the other social networks popular.
Hello Chris,
Please notice that the mega menu has not been designed to be used on mobile devices, sorry! Also, the theme does not have any such an option in the panel which allows you to add this, sorry!
Thanks for the message!
Hello unholyninja,
I have inspected your website on mobile phone and the menu navigation seems to work badly. Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Clear all the chances and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
i use the category mega menu and i love it.
On the desktop the first entry is “all”. I miss this entry on the mobile view. Is it possible to add?
I do not think anyone clicks on the main category in the menu. Visitors think that this is just for better navigation.
Thanks for your help!
Chris
Hi,
Please access your theme panel and remove the mobile menu image and add it again. If you move to ssl, please remove all images from the theme panel and add them again as the request will not move automatically to https. Images added to your background or logo have to be removed and added again.
Thank you!
If you take a look at my blog (https://futurebangers.com) from a mobile device, in the menu all the icons look really good except for the category ‘Genres’. The icon is completely to the right side, and is messing up the aesthetic of the mobile menu.
Please advise on how this can be fixed.
https://www.edmsauce.com/ has a mega menu that looks perfect on mobile, so I know it can be done. Does anyone know?
Thanks in advance.
Hello,
Not every site has pages instead of posts. A news site uses posts and categories to show content, not pages. Our theme addresses the news segment so normally posts and categories are required for news websites.
Pages will not have sub-menus in a mega menu. The mobvile menu does not show the mega menu.
@4kfilme if you need a separate menu for mobile devices, there is an option for this if you use the mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello Girugten,
I have inspected your setup page and I saw that you are using the mobile theme plugin for mobile mode. So, please make sure that your mobile menu has been set up from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ggS3DdlPq
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
I think thats one of the biggest flaws of the theme. I would recommend a seperate mobile menue, one that the user could assign. So you have your regular main menue (you can use with sites) and your mobile menue (assigned in the theme panel). Also a mega dropdown menue would be the bomb. The team should really look into this. the menue structure is crucial to every page. Im with Stefan on this one!

Yeah but doesn’every site have regular pages instead of all blog categories? In my opnion you need to have the option the use regular pages within a mega menu as well, that would make sure the subemnu items (pages) are shown in the mobile menu as well. The workaround to add a page to a menu is insufficent, either it is not possible to add them to a mega menu or it is not shown at all in the mobile menu.
Is it possible to create a different mobile menu?
At our mobile website http://www.girugten.nl, our menu is behaving strange. When it is clicked a picture slides in, instead of a menu. Is there any way we can change this? The guy who installed it is gone..
Any advice would be highly appreciated!
I recorde 2 videos to show you the problems. When the videos were recorded, there was no custom css and all the caches were cleaned.
Viedo 1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9YIkaJg132c&feature=youtu.be
All the content made with visual composer is loading boxed first, and then it turns to full width.
Video 2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CStlOlzaVNw&feature=youtu.be
It always loads first the default theme font, and then it turns to the one I definded on the theme panel (the font is custom and I uploaded it trought the theme).
Then, if you go to my site on mobile, you will see the effect is the same in both cases, and moreover the menu is loading black first, and then it turns to white.
Everything is very strange… đ
This should be front and center to your dev. Why have 2 menus between top and main?? It’s flipping stupid not to have customization for a mobile menu
The menu bar on mobile devices will disappear when scrolling down and appear again when scrolling up. I cannot see any disappearing menu bar when scrolling up though. It works just fine on our end. Please test from a different device.
Thank you!
Hello brue76,
All the settings about the mobile menu can be found in theme’s core files where this feature has been created. As a hint, you can start to check from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GXjaFp5a Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Weird issue after the theme update. The main header menu (navigation menu) only displays if you are signed into the site. This is on both desktop and mobile. Can you please assist with this?
Hi,
I’m using the regular theme but I’ve found a new bug now.
If you scroll up, the menu bar disappears temporarily on mobile. Screenshot below.
The URL is Flixed.io. Thanks.
Hi I have set up a regular main menu with categories as described here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
In my main menu I also have an item as described here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-menu/
When looking at the mobile version of the website the regular menu items with categories work fine and the submenu’s are shown. The page menu however does not have submenu’s in it.
How do you suggest my visitors navigate to the submenu items in the menu item set up as page?

Hi.
Whenever I don’t use the mobile theme (and I don’t want to use it), I get extra / duplicated menus on mobile. I have checked my plugins, but it doesn’t seem to be a plugin issue. So, for example, I get
++ Health
++ Wellness
++ Diet
++ Health
++ Wellness
++ Diet
2) If I use the mobile theme, I don’t show the layout the way it looks in the default layout. I only show “Recent Posts” listed one after the other… Pretty boring. Any ideas?
wellnessoutpost.com
I ve managed to do it for desktop version.
I would like to ask, for mobile, when we press that mobile menu (default horizontal lines icon), menu pops up from left, with social icons on top and main menu under.
In which file i can access that top line, where social icons are.
The thing is that i just need to place code for plugin in question right in that part (as i did for desktop in top-widget file)
Hi,
Changing the whole menu design would require customization, but it would be based on the same functionality. You could make modifications to it with CSS, and change the appearance. Use the browser inspector in order to do this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
For example such a code will add similar borders
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Utj1xs2C
.td-mobile-main-menu .menu-item {
border-bottom: 1px solid black;
}
.td-mobile-main-menu .td-icon-menu-right {
border-top: 1px solid black;
}
You can further customize the menu as you wish.
Thanks
Hello,
It seems the site is pretty fast but there are 2 images that are missing on your site and that influences your loading speed:
https://www.screencast.com/t/9cPgQBeepxGS
As far as i can tell, these 2 images come from the mobile menu background and a sidebar ad i assume. Please check your ad section and check your theme panel for the mobile menu and search background.
Thank you!
