@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-style-5 .td-top-menu-full {
background-color: red;
}}
delete the cache, but the menu on mobile was not visible anymore.
Where shoul be the mistake?
Maybe: i didin find the LiveCCS editor i changed the code in Additional CSS menu in theme. where is the liveCCS. i can not find it upper in theme.
Hi,
This usually happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support, the mobile version can be delivered instead. Please make sure that you have enabled the mobile cache -> https://imgur.com/Es7nHNh
Also, please enable this option for images https://app.screencast.com/jgmBlF7r2rXYw and disable this from the theme https://app.screencast.com/likCG4HWEVuFv
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for your previous recommendations. I have followed your advice, but I’m still experiencing the same issues:
Recommended Theme Settings
I am still using the theme developer’s suggested configurations.
WP-Super Cache is installed and configured as recommended.
Plugins and Additional Adjustments
I have the Google Kit plugin installed for AdSense application.
“Spinet” is enabled for news registration.
I installed the AMP plugin because it was recommended by the theme. Previously, it was set to “mobile + AMP,” but following your advice, I switched it to “AMP only.”
I installed the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin to optimize images.
I have temporarily disabled Google Auto Ads.
Ongoing Issues
I haven’t seen any significant improvements in overall site speed or metrics such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).
The site loading speed is still slow, especially on mobile, which negatively impacts the user experience.
Occasionally, some devices continue to display the mobile version of the site instead of the desktop version.
Do you have any additional recommendations or further settings I should check? Any guidance on potential conflicts between AMP, WP-Super Cache, and other plugins would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Kind regards
Hello,
I have tried to check your website, and it is not working -> https://i.imgur.com/2R6tBui.png
Maybe you have installed and activated the tagdiv mobile theme plugin, if you have this plugin activated, then please deactivate it, clear the cache and check after.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
I selected to use the News Hub Pro template in Newspaper and no matter what I do, Newspaper never takes over the prior theme and squishes it to some sort of mobile view on desktop. I’m so confused. I’m new to wordpress and I’ve tried watching hours of videos and now I have memory loss. Please advise? Thanks.
Hello,
I am experiencing the following issues with my WordPress theme and would like to request support:
Slow Site Loading and Performance Issues
Website: https://scopefeed.com/
Desk https://prnt.sc/Pm8w1k7V_SwB
Mobile https://prnt.sc/ymktywsdD_sM
I receive “Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)” warnings in speed tests.
My Speed Index is also significantly high.
These negative results in Google PageSpeed and similar tools are affecting user experience.
Recommended Plugins and Settings
I have installed WP Super Cache as recommended by the theme support team.
I followed the setup instructions provided at https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I also configured my Cloudflare settings as detailed in the theme documentation at https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Ongoing Problems
Despite these configurations, I am not seeing a notable improvement in my PageSpeed scores, especially concerning LCP and Speed Index.
The site remains slow to load.
Mobile View Issue
On some devices, and occasionally even on my own computer, the site displays the mobile version instead of the desktop version.
This occurs randomly, suggesting there might be a caching or theme conflict.
I have attached a screenshot of the Google PageSpeed results for reference.
Could you please assist me in troubleshooting these issues? Are there additional cache, Cloudflare, or theme settings I need to check or adjust? I would also appreciate your guidance on resolving the mobile view problem.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best regards.
Hello,
The social icons from the mobile menu are coming from the Theme Panel -> Social/Apis -> Social Networks -> https://i.imgur.com/kKYIECB.png remove/edit them after your needs.
Thank you!
Hello, I am creating a contact page using this guide from you. [myurl.com/contact]. How may I add Google reCAPTCHA to it? I saw a post in the forum to toggle it from the Theme Panel. But the Theme Panel says that Google reCAPTCHA v3 will apply on the following features:
Login/Register Modal
Mobile Theme Login/Register(tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin)
Comments system
Subscription Login/Register(tagDiv Opt-In Bulder plugin)
Leads(tagDiv Opt-In Bulder plugin)
WordPress Register page
How can I ensure it is also on the Contact page?
There is no Post Settings option in Mobile Theme in theme panel as per documentation.
The sidebar contents doesn’t consistent display on mobile view.
Thanks for solution.
I have also issue about mobile version.
Whenever I apply AMP version from theme panel from mobile setting and test the site on mobile it asks me to exit to mobile version then it looks ok.
which mobile setting should be good.
Can you help me on this?
Above is my site.
Hello,
I just tested your website, and I saw that you have a lot of scripts for ads https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-vincimi-it/2ej9cytgc3?form_factor=mobile You need to use a plugin to reduce and optimize requests, such as the WP Rocket plugin. Additionally, consider using the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and the OMGF plugin for font.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you can check some of them

Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activated; please deactivate it and clear the cache.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!

Thanks for the info. I’m assuming this is using a cloud header template? We aren’t using any cloud templates and when I’m in the composer, it says this header isn’t editable. Is there way to do it in CSS? Instead of having it show the main menu, swap it to show the top bar only on mobile devices? We tried enabling the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin and it crashes the site, not sure why so aren’t using it since the theme is working perfectly.
Hi, sorry for my late response. I have deactivated mobile page plugin and solved my issue. The problem here was caused by the mobile theme plugin.
Hi, i can’t find a way to change the background of the mobile menu, I don’t use anything special for mobile, just the default theme, I follow these steps:
https://ibb.co/z2yCgzP
https://ibb.co/n3SDLbS
And that blue background shows a car wheel, that’s not related at all to my site. Please let me know if it can be changed.
Hi,
The AMP plugin is compatible with the theme. If you want to use it we recommend using it together with our mobile theme plugin. Also it should be used with these URL structures https://prnt.sc/TTzdDQb2X_3P I see you’re not using either of those, please set it to the default URL structure and test again.
But as Chris mentioned, AMP is very rarely used these days. I check a lot of websites daily and I never see it. It’s still an option however, if you want to use it there’s no problem. I only suggest using the default URL structure, or the legacy one.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know from where you have changed the logo, from the theme panel, or you have edited the header template -> https://imgur.com/cR7F0v4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
For mobile please edit with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on phone, select the header logo and change it => https://i.imgur.com/cR7F0v4.png
Thank you!
Hello,
You can not customize the tagdiv mobile version with tagdiv Composer. The available options are in the Theme Panel -> Mobile theme.
Thank you!
I can’t see where this image is? I tried in the tagDiv composer but didn’t see it. I also updated it in the Theme Panel > Mobile Settings. But it’s still not updating. Help?

Hello.
We are using the Newspaper theme and are having trouble editing the footer menu that appears in the AMP version.
https://www.dropbox.com/t/NrLf5ozNPBDBFZui
We were able to insert a “test” in the middle of the menu via the FOOTER TEXT field, but we were unable to remove this “ABOUT US” and “FOLLOW US” from the menu.
We just want to include a normal menu, without these texts.
Thanks in advance.
Marcus Abrantes
Ok, thanks.
Actually I made a wrong question.
I need to personalize the “tagDiv Mobile Theme”. Is it possible?
I activated the “mobile theme” in order to use amp pages but I can’t find how to modify the pages.
Can’t I use TagDiv Composer as for the non mobile pages?
Thanks
Hi,
When the mobile theme plugin is used, you need to set for pages the page content in the mobile editor using only the options from that editor – https://i.imgur.com/p8EqE1b.png. also, there is an option to disable the mobile theme from a page/post – https://i.imgur.com/d3kTBRf.png. This option appears in the Gutenberg editor. After you disable the mobile theme on the page, you can assign the mobile page.
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
