If the mobile theme plugin is active, pages built with the composer will not be displayed. Content for mobile pages has to be entered through the mobile editor

Note that the mobile theme is not a required plugin, it is meant for users that want to display a different lighter version of the website on mobile. It is built for improved performance, composers cannot be used on mobile pages.
If you want to show the same content from desktop on mobile, simply deactivate it. There will be no problem, the main theme is fully responsive and it will adapt for each device.

That is how columns are set to display responsively, they will drop one below the other. On mobile they will likely not look properly in such a small space. If absolutely required there could be a way. First set a custom class for the row containing the elements

Then based on that custom class manipulate how the columns display on mobile, with a custom code like

This is the code used in the example, it will work on rows split in 4 like you are using

.myclass .td-pb-span3 {
width: 25%;
float:left;
}

It should be entered in Theme panel->Advanced CSS in the phones section, if you should consider this a solution.

The top grid only shows 3 featured posts. If you wan to change this implementation you can only do so by altering the theme code. Please check this topic:

That is unusual, the mobile version will display exactly the same content as desktop, the filtering will not be changed in any way. Unless you use the mobile theme, then a different version will be displayed on mobile

There will be a top grid showing three posts from the Featured category, and a latest articles section below. Also there will be predefined templates for the post pages, category pages etc.
If you are not using the mobile theme, and there is a filtering problem, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.

@prismss, I have seen that you are using the Mobile Theme and also, your pages on the desktop are created with Visual Composer or TD Composer. Notice that the Mobile Plugin does not recognize the shortcodes of the page builders and that’s why your pages on mobile devices are blank. Mobile theme folder files cannot be modified through the child theme, at the moment. If you want to make modifications to these files you will have to make them directly in the main files.
For custom CSS there is a section in the theme panel specifically for the mobile theme

Hi,

The mobile theme is not supposed to display blocks and other page builder elements. The plugin is optional, either activate it and display a simpler version of the website on mobile, or do not activate it and the same content from desktop will be displayed.
