Help. we did an upgrade last night, and I was trying to resolve an issue with our mobile display, and when I turned off “header display” under Ads for phones, we started to receive an issue where mobile tagDiv code is not being interpreted…you can see if you go to http://www.distressedmullet.com our site is not rendering. BTW, did a restore and it’s still an issue. After spending hours searching cache’s blah, still no idea what’s going on. Please provide your thoughts on this ASAP 🙁

Dear, I have applied the code, but there are two problems.
1) The CSS Code Sheet showing 2 red cross in two line. Please take a look at the pic for further info.
2) The padding in mobile devices still remains the same and I didn’t observe any change.
3) Can you make the Woocommerce Text size as bold and large as used in the Woocommerce product? Plz used the same font pixel as used in woocommerce products and make it bolder.
I have set the CSS Code and wouldn’t remove it as suggested by you.

This has been fixed by changing the mobile menu bar background color in the “theme colors” section. No need to reply.

When I run the Newsmag website on a smart phone there is a black background in the header at the top and it has our logo in the middle which looks terrible because it was designed to have a white background and shows as a white rectangle on the black background. Is there a way to change the mobile header background to white? The header background on the desktop is white.
I did all things Amit advised but they dont work. My score is still so low especialy mobile score. I saterted to hate this theme.
Hate to bump an older thread but support keeps referencing this one. Do yall still have good pagespeed scores? I’m seeing with the new lighthouse tests the theme does terrible on mobile and ok on desktop
I was able to accomplish this by adding the following Custom CSS (insert under “Custom Code” in the theme panel):

and then added “show-only-on-mobile” in the Extra class field of the TagDiv Composer element(s) to appear only on mobile devices (screen width <600px).
This was my solution to displaying nav menus to mobile visitors since they either don’t know or don’t want to click the hamburger menu to get to them. I’m now getting a bunch of clicks to deep pages from the main page. Now to insert these embedded menus to the bottom of posts. 😉
I found a bug. On the site in Custom CSS is this code, it conflicts with the theme itself. This code was written by us to create this order form https://yadi.sk/i/XByXlnjVosKA_Q. If the mobile theme is inactive it will work. I should mention that the mobile theme will be subject to modifications in coming updates, can’t get into details at the moment.
The video you made explains the issue perfectly. With the option that will be added this will be avoided, the next post will load sooner.
So for example when being at the middle or to the end of the currently viewed post, the next one will load. I think it will be a setting and you can choose how soon it will load.

I have made a test on your website and the Registration functionality should works as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/F57Pshue0U0 You will receive the blank page if you will access that email from the mobile devices, because you are using the Mobile Theme plugin and the registration page was made via such a plugin and the Mobile Theme does not recognize that shortcode. You need to cop that shortcode and paste it in the mobile editor when you edit the forum page, a section which can be found at the bottom of the editor page. Another alternative might be to disable the mobile theme.

If you don’t use the mobile theme the login from desktop will be displayed on mobile

Disabling that option will affect both desktop and mobile. However I could give you a code to remove it just for mobile, enter it in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS->phones field

1) Padding in mobile device remains unchanged for me. Plz take a look at the pic:
2) The text of the woocommerce galleries didn’t change with the code. Plz take a look at the pic.
Only the compressed text size of add to cart button is resolved with the given code.
