Hi,
The theme mobile have a special editor https://www.screencast.com/t/wvTdtL26Iihv , ( you can not use td Composer yo build mobile page for mobile theme, this plugin is special made to increase the mobile load speed, that’s way the page need to be build just with editor ( simple ), not composers ).
You can read more about theme mobile here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you for your understanding.
Hey guys,
Need some help modifying the Mobile Menu (Sandwich). Want to:
-Take away the Login
-Take away the Social Buttons
-Change opacity of the orange background
Where can i do this?
I will give it a go, but seriously not saying your fault but what developer releases a mobile plugin that causes issues like this, it’s ridiculous.
It’s not like these guys are small time, issues like this should NOT exist, is there anyone that know how I can exclude these pages?
If not I shall do as you suggested mrsky28 and then see what I can do with TagDiv as this is very silly and quite embarrassing releasing a plugin that stops other pages from displaying content.
Thanks for your input mate! Much appreciated.

Hi, I purchase Newspaper 9 for my site https://www.pipeify.com
How can I remove (via CSS on desktop and mobile themes) the print bellow that is currently displaying a number “0” for messages n the categories blocks i.e. I have already removed comments for all articles page but don’t know how to remove the comments count on blocks. Is there any way I can insert a CSS code on dash for desktop and mobile so it doesn’t display anymore the counter on blocks?

I have the same issue. Mobile Plugin is great since its fast and simple, but I wish there was a filter to only make it work on certain pages.
A temporary workaround you can do is add the info/article on the “Mobile Editor” just below the usual page editor.
Is it possible to have a filter so that mobile theme won’t convert certain pages to their mobile version and instead show the responsive version?
Hi, I purchase Newspaper 9 and implemented the mobile theme for https://www.pipeify.com/
However, once I click via mobile device up on any of the image on Photo Gallery, it wrongly redirects me to he image media file instead of opening up the fulLscreen of the photo gallery on the mobile theme (i.e. this error only happens via mobile since on desktop once user clicks above any of the photo gallery image it correctly redirects user to the fullscreen of the photo gallery so user can navigate on photo gallery in fullscreen).
Could you please help me with the CSS code to insert on Mobile theme dashboard field so ONCE USER CLICKS ABOVE EACH IMAGE ON PHOTO GALLERY VIA MOBILE, THE MOBILE THEME WILL REDIRECT USERS TO THE FULLSCREEN OF THE PHOTO GALLERY NAVIGATION I.E. USER CAN NAVIGATE ON PHOTO GALLERY VIA MOBILE THEME AS WELL INSTEAD OF THE CURRENT ERROR THAT IS REDIRECTING USER, ONLY ON MOBILE THEME, TO THE MEDIA FILE.

I have a page that I’ve updated to use the TagDiv Composer. I also have the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin enabled.
How come everytime I input text on the mobile editor, it overrides the changes I make in TagDiv Composer? Is this a bug?
Hi, i’m having a little problem with single post template 39 from Cloud Templates.
Here’s the issue: in mobile/tablet view the post content is aligned on left and half of the page is blank.
Screenshot from your Live Preview: https://i.imgur.com/GtGxCsm.jpg
How can i fix it and show the content on full width page?
Regards
Check in mobile version ofc, normal version (PC) dont have problem
Hi Guys,
Hope all is well, I come with a strange issue, that I cannot seem to find a fix anywhere, I did have a look around but with no luck.
Issue:
My issues is very simple, and I have worked it out to be down to the “tagDiv Mobile Theme”. When enabled any pages such as “Terms and Coniditions” “Privacy Policy” and most recently I created a page called “Write for us”. All the pages work perfectly find on Desktop and also work perfectly fine when you disable “tagDiv Mobile Theme” however if you view the pages on a mobile device the content within is not shown you can only see the header and footer, but not the content on the page. If you disable the Mobile theme plugin and view again it works fine.
Possible Fix:
I think I need to make it so the Mobile Plugin only works on Homepages and posts, as it’s doesnt work on pages that I create, is anyone else experiencing this issue? OR do you know what may be causing this.
I would love to keep the mobile theme enabled as it speeds my site up however it would be great if i can view other pages on mobile other than Posts and the homepage.
Hope to hear from you soon,
Curtis
Hi,
If the website resources are loading slow sometimes, or are blocked for some reason (by a robots file for example), there will be warnings or the page in question will be declared not mobile friendly
– https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6352293?utm_source=search_console&utm_campaign=sc-mft-test
That may happen when testing with the mobile friendly tool, when the stylesheet loads slower, Google sees the page with the CSS not loaded. So most of the links will be detected as too close together, which does not happen if you check with an actual mobile phone.
Usually repeating the test the results will be different, for example when I test your website (@Aboda Magdy) the page is mobile friendly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RfufPRQne3r
So the results from this tool would be somewhat inconclusive at times.
Having the mobile theme plugin active is a plus, this plugin was designed specifically for mobile so it is mobile friendly

Thanks
I enable amp for pages as well as the post but not showing the amp pages or post.
If I manually write the URL in form of amp post it works but not automatically.
Also is it is necessary to have separate amp pages for the website?
Wheater I not using any amp pages (or create manually).
Please give me an appropriate solution for it.
Hi,
1. I see the website like this at the moment – http://prntscr.com/lk6gqd on both Chrome and Firefox browsers.
Usually caching is to blame if the latest articles are not displayed. A caching plugin, server provided cache etc. Website visitor will be served a cached version of the website.
If the new articles are visible after 24 hours as you say, that must be the cache expiration date before automatically clearing it self. You could check what caching is active in the website, maybe set a lower expiration time.
2. Maybe it runs slow when there are many visitors at the same time. These would be the theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Check with your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed.
3. When the optional mobile theme plugin is not active, the same content from desktop is displayed on mobile. What exactly disappears when viewing the website on mobile?
If caching is to blame then the problem would be visible on all browsers. Unless maybe it is also related to the browser cache. Try to force refresh the page in the browsers (Ctrl+Shift+R).
Thanks
Hi,
That may happen when testing with the mobile friendly tool, when the stylesheet loads slower, Google sees the page with the CSS not loaded
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JTLpiXRLz9T
So most of the links will be detected as too close together, which does not happen if you check with an actual mobile phone

Repeating the test or testing another post in most cases provides different results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TG7KEGpwg5X
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kywsHJQFL
I checked the gallery in the post you mention, for me it does not work on desktop as well, clicking on the navigation arrows or thumbnail images at the bottom doesn’t do anything. It should work same as here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/
Could be a plugin conflict, a plugin could be breaking the gallery functionality. Does the same happen if you test with a gallery in a new post? If it does try to deactivate all non-theme plugins as a quick test, check if that solves the problem.
Hi Simion,
Thank you so much for your reply.
I’ve added the custom CSS for the top menu – it works now but it adds the admin bar in mobile (it appears on every 5-6 refresh) – please see below. (
Thanks a mil
Angela
thank you so much. insalled successfully wp super cache plugin and speed has increased.

this will help alot actually.
Hello,
I’ve got a pretty weird problem, it’s never really happened to me before. I am using the one-page editor (mobile edition) and the changes are not reflected.
I’ve even tried to put <br><br> between lines, but when updating, it disappears.

Hi,
Our AMP plugin does not have a menu at the moment. Most of the design for AMP has been inspired from the Yoast SEO website, example
– https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/
Maybe a menu will be included in the future, can’t say for sure what will happen.
The logo that will be displayed in AMP pages is the one set for mobile, in the theme panel

Thanks
Hi,
If you refer to the latest articles on mobile, then you can make some changes in theme file to show just the category you insert in the theme.
Please read this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/latest-article-mobil-theme/
Hope this will help you.
Thank you.
Hi,
In most cases working with percentages instead of fixed values means the result will be responsive. Like in the case from above, while it does look good on desktop or larger devices, on mobile there is a problem.
Also media queries are very helpful for creating responsive designs

Thanks
Hi,
If you have mobile theme activate you need to create a special content for the mobile deice ( https://www.screencast.com/t/eyqyjVNW ) ).
Please read our documentation about the mobile theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you for your understanding.
Be sure to regenerate first as mentioned in the guide, so the necessary thumbnails are created properly.
Once activated the mobile theme will take over. Each page, post etc will be served by it. So if you link to a page from your website, the mobile version will be served.
To achieve something like this would be like deactivating the mobile theme for specific pages, which is not possible with our plugin unfortunately.
A caching plugin would increase the loading speed significantly. We recommend the WP Super cache, this plugin works properly with the mobile theme as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The guide is older, some of the settings were renamed in the plugin, most are the same however
– https://www.screencast.com/t/O4bGofxq
Hi,
You could install the mobile theme plugin and check again
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
This plugin is created for mobiles specifically, there should be a noticeable improvement in terms of loading speed. When active the website will not be the same as on desktop, you could make some tests. Read the guide and activate the plugin.
Using a mobile theme would be a solution to speed up the website. If not, the same content will be used across all devices.
