Both task involve many customizations in theme’s core files and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution at the moment. Mobile theme does not have any options to filter posts and to implement them is required a specif approach.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you. Also you can deactivate the mobile theme plugin and all content displayed on desktop will also be displayed on mobile devices.

The author will need a bit of a css fix as the css got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }

How can i set mobile theme to have unique articles?

I have few questions about the possibility to move up the header´s post on the homepage Big Slide, because they appear below and I would like change the position much higher.

Also if is possible to change the high size of the Big Slide to make it more narrow.
Another issue I have is on mobile because almost all the posts headers doesn’t shrink proportionally as the images.The photos on slide show wonderful but are almost hide from the big size of the post´s heads.

The big slide on my homepage at http://themedium.ca is currently not working. In all major browsers, including mobile, you can see a little of the next panel of 4 images appears below the first panel, and the arrows / sliding between panels do not work or respond. I’m also seeing a console error with tagdiv_theme.js. I’ve already tried turning off a few likely plugins, including caching and my plugin that uses the TD API (yes, this occurs with the regular Big Grid Slide block as well). Please help!
I like the mobile theme but was wondering if the following modifications could be easily made with some coding on the mobile editor. My desktop has four landing pages.
1) I would like to filter the content that is shown on the front page of the mobile theme by category.
2) I would like to replicate the mobile front page on my three other landing pages with the ability to filter the content that is shown by category.
As the title describe, using iphone5s & iphone6s, the author name is lost behind the post image. I try to copy/paste the code that i saw on another post (td-post-author-name inline etc) but it didnt change anything.
Is there any another way to fix this css issue because im getting bad feedbacks from visitors.

I updated Visual composer and the latest version of the Newspaper theme. I noticed that the author’s name i snot showing properly.
The author’s name inside the news post does not appear properly on mobile only.

Click on ANY news post and you will see that the author’s name above the social media icons is not being displayed properly.

The loop ad is only available on the mobile theme for the moment. The desktop theme has no such functionality for the moment. This issue is a known one caused by caching plugin. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please also check for any hosting cache or cdn server (do not use rocket loader)

This depends on whether you use thew child theme or not. The child theme has it’s own css and you should add the code in the mobile theme tab under custom code. Also if the code is not specific enough, the child theme code could still be overwritten by the default code. Css sometimes does that as it’s a very specific language.

Also just to add – I’ve been using the Automattic plugin with Yoast Glue, Yoast SEO and there is also Custom (AMP) Accelerated Mobile Pages plugin by lamvt – this adds ‘related posts'(although at random dates) and it adds your mobile menu -they all work great with the theme – I don’t use any of my ads at all – why? because the AMP pages show up in search results (currently only news carousel though this will change soon) – and therefore they’re probably new visitors who will view the main site at some point, page views increase anyway, brand awareness increases, and the big regional competition aren’t using AMP yet because they’re scared – so I actually look better then many regional brands – the theme works perfectly with this set up for me.

We only replaced the faulty pack with the correct one.

Hi,
Unfortunately opera mini has too many limitations for us to be able to fix anything for it. It is a stripped down version of a browser that is useful if you have slow internet connections or expensive mobile data packages. We understand the frustration caused by this but it is very hard to fix these issues. We would have to create a new theme for opera mini alone and remove any elements that are not supported by the browser. Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not recommend the use of our theme with opera mini as well as opera classic or internet explorer 8 or lower. Our theme has many complex elements and these browsers do not have the needed features to support them.

Unfortunately you cannot as the mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to provide the best loading times. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want to have blocks on your mobile version you can simply disable the mobile theme plugin and use the standard responsive version of the theme.

The errors seem to be related to the mobile theme files. Please make sure the file structure is intact. Please remove your current theme install and use one of these 2 methods to install the new version of the theme. Download the theme again from envato and use that package to install the theme:

Please also make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer. clear cache and reset cdn files as plugin conflicts can also affect the theme elements.

By default loop ads are working on mobile and it is working fine….after 5th posts we want to show the ads again after 9th Post…keeping the maximum 3 ads policy in our mind.
How we can do that…??
