Colin, thank you for your help. I’ve deactivated the mobile plugin, but it still displays incorrectly on phones 🙁 Do you maybe have an idea what I’m doing wrong, or what might have happened that the TagDiv preview version is being displayed?
Hi,
Do you use a mobile page for your mobile version?
If so, please check on both desktop versions https://i.imgur.com/iM7MT5w.png and the mobile page template on each viewport in part – https://i.imgur.com/7OaC7QK.png https://i.imgur.com/trGgEC2.png
We disabled tagDiv Mobile Theme and AMP plugins. It is loading on the mobile phone.
When the Blockchain Demo loads on the Mobile View first time, there is a gap between the header bar and the below text: “Invest in crypto the smart way! Making Blockchain & Crypto accessible and usable for everyone”
This happens only First Time it loads and if we refresh after that, it goes back to normal position. Could you please help us to fix this?
Also, the Blockchain Logo does not appear on the Mobile View. Could you please let us know how to fix it?
The other issue is with the Menu on the Mobile View: when we click on the 3 lines for menu on top on the mobile view it does not show the Menu, instead it is showing “Click here – to use the wp menu builder”. Could you please let us know how we can make the Menu visible on the mobile view?
Thanks,
Thank you so much Calin,
Regarding your below answer about changing the image on the home page of Blockchain Demo:
(“3. You should replace the image with an image that has the same height if you want to look the same https://prnt.sc/ki3r43B-oi4e or at least the height to be bigger than the width for that image”), whatever size we replace it goes to the bottom of the home page blue banner.
I was wondering whether you can let us know the size of the image you used in the above answer? We tried with different sizes, but all of them go to the bottom part of the blue area.
Also, could you please let us know how we can hide the image on Mobile View – the image on the right hand side of the blue home page banner of Blockchain Demo?
Thanks
Hi,
The results are not better on mobile; the performance is now 77 before was 66, but there are some suggestions you didn’t make. You didn’t replace the element Big Grid Flex with the Big Grid element (same layout) to see the results.
Hello tagDiv Support Team,
I’m having an issue with the Newspaper theme where a logo appears when I resize my browser to tablet size (around 768px-1024px), but I cannot find where to remove it.
What I’ve already tried:
Removed the logo from Theme Panel > Header > Logo & Favicon
Removed the logo from Theme Panel > Header > Mobile Header
Edited the Header template in tagDiv Composer and removed all logo elements from desktop view
Edited the Mobile Menu in Website Manager and removed the logo
Checked the “Main menu sticky” zone in Website Manager – no logo element is there
The problem:
Desktop: No logo ✓ (correct)
Actual mobile devices: No logo ✓ (correct)
BUT when I resize my browser to tablet size: Logo appears ✗ (see attached screenshot)
The logo “CHAINED” keeps appearing at the tablet responsive breakpoint when resizing the browser, even though I’ve removed it everywhere I can find.
My website: elsalvadoroculto.com
Where is this tablet breakpoint logo located? How can I permanently remove it?
Thank you for your help!
I have compressed and converted the image to WebP as you requested, but the detection has not improved much。
The mobile LCP time is still 5.6 seconds.

Unfortunately, the script creates big display problems via tablet or mobile phone…
Responsive doesn’t work anymore..
The script should be for desktop display only
I have deleted the additional script for the moment…
problem is:
script: the same in viaggarie.net…. problem for mobile.
#td-outer-wrap {
width: 1260px;
margin: 0 auto;
}
Hi,
The issue you’re experiencing on mobile seems to be caused by the custom code provided for the background plugin. This code should only be applied to the desktop version.
Please go to Theme → Custom Code → Custom CSS, and move the code under Advanced CSS → Desktop.
Thank you!
After the update, the display on the phone is a shy and everything is unpayed… I didn’t use the mobile menu before and everything worked in a responsive way.
Now it looks disgusting:

Hi,
To enable the responsive version of the website, please disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and the AMP plugin. Once these are disabled, the responsive version of the website will be displayed on mobile devices.
Thank you.
Hi,
The theme will use the responsive version by default; just make sure that you do not have any extra plugins that change the template for mobile. For example, ensure that you are not using the tagDiv Mobile Theme and/or AMP plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to use the responsive version from tagDiv Composer, you should not use a mobile theme plugin. Alternatively, you can use it only for the AMP version, making sure that AMP does not redirect users automatically to the AMP pages. In this case, AMP should be used only for mobile users and to obtain some results in Google.
Hi,
Unfortunately, this option is only supported on desktop. It doesn’t work on tablets or mobile devices.
Hi,
We are planning to use BlockChain Demo (Blue and Pink gradient banner):
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_blockchain_pro/
We like to know how we can publish the same home page for the Mobile View as well?
If you are sharing screenshots could you please use any other tool other than https://i.imgur.com .
We cannot open screenshots in the UK on https://i.imgur.com .
Thanks
Good morning! I would like to ask for help in resolving a problem with the mobile version. For many years everything worked correctly. Currently, just before the update, the mobile site broke (as shown in the attachment). It does not look like it does in the TagDiv preview. In Composer, I installed the Newspaper updates, reinstalled the Mobile plugin, and it still doesn’t work. In Newspaper → Theme Panel → Mobile Theme, I have Mobile + AMP set. In the TagDiv Composer preview everything looks fine (as in the attachment), but it does not load correctly in reality.https://autoelectromoto.pl/zrzut-ekranu-2026-01-12-o-20-31-58_11zon and https://autoelectromoto.pl/img_2598_11zon/
I’ve used Autoptimize, WP Super Cache, and Cloudflare, but not image compression! However, I’m still seeing JS and CSS issues on mobile devices, so this isn’t related to image compression! The main problem seems to be resolving the JS and CSS issues!
Hi,
1. For this https://screenrec.com/share/bT6VK3cGCy that is the menu from the mobile, so you need to be sure that you have set a menu in the Appearance > Menus – https://i.imgur.com/CqoSItY.png if is not working, what can be done is to add with tagDiv Composer the menu element somewere in the single post template and select a menu in it, after taht save the changes and see if the menu appers when you click to let a review, after appers the menu element normaly could be removed.
2. Ok, right now you have edited the template and you have set fixed content, you need to use elements that will bring the dynamic content, for example, the one from here – https://i.imgur.com/7LrPM60.png can be displayed with the single post content element – https://i.imgur.com/XjrRYBS.png. Just check in tagDiv Compose the single post elements which will bring the dynamic content on your template – https://i.imgur.com/JFv6Kpe.png
Hi,
Reducing the CSS is quite important but since you are using tagDiv Standard Pack and quite many blocks and options from it, removing this plugin is not an option in your case, but this will reduce the css by half from the size it has now.
Now related to the “fetchpriority=high should be applied”, please replace the element Big Grid Flex with the Big Grid element (same layout).
Use a plugin that can convert the images to WebP, for example, ewww image optimizer- https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/
There is a banner image set that does not have a height and width – https://i.imgur.com/XCHOeoC.png. It can be resolved using tagDiv Composer, select that banner ad, and in the image tab, set the width and height for the mobile version of that banner.
Other suggestions are to use an optimization for css and js (Autoptimize) and a Cloudflare.
Thank you for your reply, please let me be clearer.
I downloaded the 12.7.1 version of the theme a few months ago, unarchived it, got the mobile plugin from that archive.
The desktop version is resolved, but the mobile version remains unresolved! The report is as follows:https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-yigeni-com/5640swrbf5?form_factor=mobile

As you recommended, I have installed Autoptimize and WP Super Cache, but I am still experiencing an LCP issue! The report is as follows:https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-www-yigeni-com/g3jt6j0sie?form_factor=mobile
Can you help me?
Thank you.
