The swipe option is only for mobile, not for desktop.
Thank you!
Hello,
To change this to h2 -> https://i.imgur.com/wlZ8FHa.png you need to edit the php file -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/front-page.php -> https://i.imgur.com/C5JX8KY.png
Thank you!

Hello,
Google won’t index our site on mobile because it seems to not work on mobile. The site does work fine on my phone, but I know google search console uses servers around the world, so the site must not be working in some cases. Here (https://ibb.co/grbYdbF) is a screenshot of a the screenshot google took of the homepage (www.rareparenting.com) on mobile. As you can see, it’s not rendering correctly. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Megan
On Flex Block 2 , I can’t get the next / previous swipe buttons to appear on desktop – they are there on mobile however. Have ticked the Next / Prev swipe under extra and New Prev Ajax etc . Please advise, thank you
Hello,
is there a possability to give the “td-related-title” in the Mobile theme a new headline class? Now it’s h4 and i want it to be h2 as PageSpeed Insights says it’s not chronoligical.
All the best and thanks,
Daniel
Hello Support Team,
I have viewed my homepage rarecoins.news on a PC and Mobile and the page looks fine however when viewed on a tablet the sidebar ads that are on the right side shift over to the left when you scroll up, I have taken a snippet here: https://rarecoins.news/wp-content/uploads/2023/09/1-1.jpg
Thanks.
Gus
Thank you for the reply.
I disabled WP chache plugin, and the problem seems to dissolve. Apparently the plugin does not work well with the Theme.
On more question: how can I edit the mobile view of the page to include a header?
Right now it features a default header of Newspapoer (at logo size).

But here’s what’s interesting
I just checked out your demo template at https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_shop_watches_store/ from a mobile device
The “Add to Cart” buttons on this page from my phone do not work. Exactly the same as on my website.
Hi, Bettina!
I turned off all plugins and it did not give results
We found out that on the two problem page templates: the product category and the store’s main page, if we remove the Woo Menu Cart element from page, the Add to cart button works well
If the Woo Menu Cart element is present on the page, the Add to cart function is disabled
At the same time, it doesn’t matter where the Woo Menu Cart element is located in the header or in the body of the page
On the simple product page, the Add to cart button works perfectly when the Woo Menu Cart element is enabled
The problem occurs only on mobile devices
please check the result 🙁

What is weird, that just 5-10% of subpages (articles) are with error message, doesn´t matter if the article is new or old, I can´t see there any reason. Sometimes on mobile is the same article okay, on desktop wrong, etc.
If I switch down php to 7.3 or below, the problem does not exist…
Hello
Website: https://amarant.restaurant/
WooCommerce version 8.1.1
NewsPaper version 12.6
Ajax mode for add to cart button is enabled
The button works on desktops
In mobile screen emulation mode, the button works
The button does not work from a mobile device, we checked from different devices. The button itself is visually responsive, and if you refresh the page, the product appears in the cart.
Disabling the caching plugin did not help
Example: https://amarant.restaurant/dostavka
It seems to us (but we are not sure) that the problem started after updating the Woocommece plugin
Please provide assistance
I am unable to fix this CLS issue. I tried setting height attribuite in page builder but no luck. How should i fix it and how to properly allocate height attribute on mobile.

Hello @Manikant !
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Unfortunately, AMP is not working with the cloud templates because the AMP’s layout is not fully customized.
The AMP version works best with default templates and not cloud templates. That’s why we integrated it with the Mobile theme plugin.
The feedback from our clients about AMP was negative and it is not used anymore, that’s why we didn’t add more customization options.
Thank you so much for understanding!
Hi,
For mobile theme please use this code
.single .td-post-content a{
text-decoration: underline!important;
}
Set the code in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom code.
Thank you!
Hi,
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hello!
You have the possibility to order the inner columns in this case: https://prnt.sc/HQXqP90oy3vJ
If you can’t re-order, then please check if you have this option enabled: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-re-order-the-post-page-on-mobile/
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme is limited. Please provide some screenshots of what you mean by adding the author byline.
Thank you!
Hello @zoldfulu !
I can see the mobile theme displaying on the desktop and mobile versions too. This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
Thank you!
Hi razihaider, the Newsmag theme has only boxed version, if you try to change the width the elements will no longer look ok.
Also I checked the website and now looks to be mobile friendly – https://i.imgur.com/XdvP7GJ.png – https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly/result?id=ggVj8Vtd6OC_OIXfnGtDbg
Thank you!
Hello!
No. I just specified above that the mobile theme overwrites the first two mobile versions presented there.
Thank you!
Hello,
I have two questions:
In accordance with your recommendation, I downloaded the latest version of Newspaper, updated and updated plugins, but my antivirus still warns me about JS/Agent.RAN. I was recommended by ESET NORT 32 to look for the “iz.fromCharCode” string that is associated with a malicious JS script, but I honestly don’t know how to do that, so please help.
Furthermore, you recommended me to use only one builder because of plugin conflicts. WP BAKEY VISUAL COMPOSER is much more friendly to me, but if I turn off TAG DIV COMPOSER, I get a message that it is needed for TAGDIV MOBILE THEME and TAGDIV STANDARD PACK, and my page “falls apart”, becomes unreadable.
Thank you in advance for your help, Dubravko
Hi,
For some reason one particular article is not working on safari (mobile and desktop) and firefox. It seems to be working in chrome. All other posts (all using the same template), are working fine. This is the post in question:
https://rareparenting.com/vegan-superfoods-for-brain-health/
Please let me know how to fix this?
Thanks!
