Hi,
i have issue with feature image in my website , when i disable AMP plugin feature image is showing in PC and mobile, but when i enable AMP plugin then feature image is not showing in PC and mobile as well. kindly help us, my domain is Rapidkhabar.com
OK, I have figured out something..
I wanted to change the container width so I make the changes style.css file. here what I did –
.td-container {
width: 1200px;
background-color: white;
}
so as soon I make it 1200px; my site design get ruined. and even after changing the it back to its original number wasnt helping as well. so i copy and paste the code in the additional CSS and thats why the same width is showing on mobile.
Hi,
I have installed the theme and setup for PC but when I saw for mobile it wast mobile friendly so I installed the prebuilt in theme mobile plugin but still the site seems broken on mobile.
Does adding the custom code to style the hyperlinks apply to the mobile theme as well?
If not, how to change the format of the hyperlinks in mobile?
Thanks for the info. I figured out that the CSS analyzer only works on pages. Any plans to have it available for posts?
I optimized my home page and mobile pages on thisoldcampsite.com using the tool and I definitely gained some speed.
Went to do it on my other site rvtravellife.com, which is a clone of the other site, and couldn’t get the css analyzer to be available on those same pages.
Any ideas?
Hello, I am currently working on the design configuration of my WordPress site. My question is, when designing the site in cloud templates, is it possible to disconnect the PC version from the mobile version? For example, if I set the design to flex box 1 in the PC version, it will automatically be set to flex box 1 on mobile as well. I want the design to be set to flex box 1 on the pc version, but I want a different design on mobile. I was wondering if there is a solution to this.
Table of contents does not show at the beginning of the article on mobile because it is basically a sidebar widget.
Is there no way this could be fixed with a PHP or HTML shortcode which can be used to insert this shortcode inside the article instead of sidebar that forces it to appear at the footer.
Also, because this is at the sidebar, SEO plugin does it not recognize it as a table of content and SERPs does not recognize it too.
How can this be fixed
Hello,
The hamburger menu is not working for my website on mobile devices, and if I click on it nothing happens.
Please help me get out of this, Website Link
Hi I have added the author byline to tagdiv composer and it appears fine in desktop, but it isn’t visible in the mobile theme. Is there any way I can add this with custom code on the mobile theme? Also there is no option to add additional text after the name (for instance, the author’s company position).
The problems started specifically after the update (12.6).
All the plugins seemed to be turned on.
The problem is, it seems like it is a mobile version but without the header logo.
https://photos.app.goo.gl/vzawRP7Cke9Mh9zg9
Yesterday it seemed to work again, but now it does not.
We Updated PHP to 8.1 at site ground, than updated Tag Div to 12.6 – worked for 3 days, then crashed all my mobile and desktop headers. that update is crap, let’s just call it what it is.
reverted back to the 12.5.1 update and now everything is working fine. you really need to patch the 12.6 update and re-release it after significant testing.
thanks
Kevin
The cloud templates are not taking to the corresponding category pages on desktop or mobile, and only two of the latest blog post pages are showing the correct template. In the editor, it shows that the Category Template is applied to the page, but it still shows up incorrect in the browser, but when I go to edit the template in the Cloud Template tab, everything looks correct. It seems as if there’s a disconnect between the page and the template.

Removing AMP and Mobile templates without reinstallation solved the issue!
Are there any issues reported by fellow users about this?
Hi,
That one looks like post style default, that on is on this path – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/loop-single.php
The button is not visible on mobile because the background color is not set, if you set the background color on element will be display – https://i.imgur.com/HzHcBx5.png

Hi @bettina,
If I change the logo on any mobile page that time changes whole the mobile page.
How can I edit the mobile header globally? See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/1vCpbYJVWKRV
Hi Bettina,
Perhaps I dont understand, but the issue is not the mobile functionallity.
And all plugins are updated to the correct versions (see the picture in my previous responses).
As I wrote, the typical edit page that we get editing a post, has been disappeared and instead I get the standard editor page, on which the Via and Source information is missing (with the group option etc). Therefore this information is missing as well on the final results page.
All pages that have been edited with the functionallity are showing the Source and Via buttons with referrals.
Hope you understand, sorry for the confusion.
@ https://cloudzeeland.nl I created with CSS a Source alike link under every page myself.
thanks.
How can I get to the file manager to edit?

Another question, why doesn’t the button I used appear on the mobile model appear on the desktop model?

Hello @mathuk !
You can choose for every mobile page the header you need by accessing the Website Manager.
Unfortunately, there is no option for the mobile theme plugin. Please re-check my last reply.
Thank you!
This is not about page speed. This is about tagdiv standpack and tagdiv composer plugin. If you check my site, I have not used many blocks. But still there is a rendering delay and if I use mobile theme there is no delay. In desktop also no issue. It means that some problem in theme for mobile devices.
Hi,
I just checked the website and I see that the hamburger menu is ok on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/f2zoXkk.png – https://i.imgur.com/amJn36z.png
Maybe you are referring the arrows for dropdown menus are not displayed, for this please try this css
.td-mobile-content .td-icon-menu-right {
display: inline-block;
}
This code can be set in the theme panel > custom code> advance css> mobile section.
I hope it will help you!
I have an error on my website with the Newspaper theme, when accessing it in the mobile version the website is blocked and does not allow scrolling, I have updated everything and it keeps happening, I need to know what it could be.
Hello!
You can go to Newspaper -> Plugins and there you can upgrade, install and activate that plugin if you need it.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Edit every article and add their own source at the bottom of the page in Gutenberg: https://prnt.sc/luIJRVlP8V5X
After that, click view and you need to edit the single template with the TagDiv Composer. You need to add this element in order to display the source:https://prnt.sc/97eVV4BPsqtK and this one: https://prnt.sc/OsPqRrnQUL8K for via name. Save an view the results.
Thank you!
Hi @Bettina,
The above solution is not for the global header.
I need a global header for every mobile page. Not for the individual page.
See the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Pbs2xOZCbxBS
how do I create a global header for the mobile version pages?
3. Mobile theme plugin
Ans: If I a install mobile theme plugin then affect my existing website design?
Any possibility to create a global reusable section in tagDiv?
Hi gstraton, I just checked your website and I see that you have now the Newspaper v12.5.1 but the problem is still persisting, the search is not working, I tried it on both mobile and desktop.
Now if the problem appears only when you are not logged in, then it is a problem caused by a cache plugin or optimize plugin that is interfering with the theme JavaScript.
Thank you!
Hi there,
When using the Hamburger menu, it cuts off some menu links on mobile. Would anyone be able to help? See here: https://LiveFitMagazine.com
