Hey tom. How in the world do I change the name in the mobile menu to go to the ‘account’ page and not the ‘author page’. When someone is signed in, it takes them to the author page instead of the account page.
Hi,
with no reason today the mobile version of https://artigiani.lecco.it lost completely all the settings from the theme and shows only post.
Can you help me to understand what happened?
Thanks
Antonio
We have a concern regarding the desktop content be displayed on a Mobile device. When we view the site on a Samsung Galaxy S21 +5g, Model # SM-G996U. The web pages loads fine in Portrait with the Mobile Menu, when we rotate the device to Landscape it display the desktop menu and content. Please advise how we can correct this globally.
See link showing the site on landscape. https://www.screencast.com/t/Scwts9Ber20
Hi Team,
Could you please advise me which script (from the below) is responsible for proper work of the hamburger menu on mobile devices?
I use WP Rocket and need to exclude it. When I use this plugin the hamburger menu does not work.
Hi I have managed to get the login box to appear in a modal popup by enabling show Sign in/join in theme panel / Header.
The problem is I now get a login box showing in my top bar.
Is there anyway I can leave the Sign in/Join option ticked in Theme Panel (to keep mobile modal login working) but hide the top bar login section on desktop views.
Thanks.
Hi Calin,
I’ve followed the process in your link but it doesn’t work well.
I have a Row with 2 columns, col1 is set to Layout->Width=40% and col2 is set to Layout->Width=60%.
I then have an inner row of 2 columns inside col1, and an inner row of 3 columns inside col2.
This is per your suggestion above if I have understood correctly.
There are two problem with this:
1. The only way to get even sized columns is to sel column gap to 0 everywhere and use padding inside the columns to create space. Not too big a problem.
2. When viewing on mobile, the outer columns keep enforcing their 40% and 60% widths so the columns don’t use the full width and don’t stack nicely.
Can you suggest and alternative approach to get 5 cols working please?
Hello!
I have recently updated the settings for the mobile theme, but now the mobile theme also loads on desktop and tablets. What to do?
Of course I want the mobile theme on mobile telephones, but not on desktops and tablets. How to correct this?
Hi,
From the day one, we are trying to setup our website https://firstnews.pk the way it is shown in the demo, we’ve always failed. Plus the fact that we want to show multiple ads on our website which includes videos ads, banners, in article ads, bottoms and lot others. We dont know how to do that. The next step which confuses us is Mobile Version or AMP? How many thumbnail (featured image) sizes we need to active. Also that, how to improve the website speed? What are the standard image sizes that we need to use? Do we need to compress all the images before we put into an article or should we use a plugin to compress images. How to create sitemap for Google News? These are all the issues which are very challenging for us. We would request you to kindly fix all of these issues for us and we are willing to pay a small amount that you may wish to charge. Please help us as our business is at risk. You may reply us at business@informationprocess.com or faysalyaqoob@gmail.com, we will appreciate your response back.
Thank you and best regards,
Faisal Yaqoob
Hello,
1. You can disable the infinite loading, please check this article https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
2. You can set the social icons for mobile theme+AMP in Theme Panel -> Social Networks -> Social Networks => https://i.imgur.com/vwGACHw.png
Thank you!
Wow thank you so much.
I have 2 more issues.
1. If I open a post on mobile. Like I opened :- https://nowtoapps.com/osulogin/
When I scroll next post starts. I don’t want to start another post. How can I disable it?
2. How can I provide links for social profiles on mobile + AMP theme? When I click social profile it end up with domain.com/#
Thank you so much for reply.
Hi,
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
For the page speed, I can recommend you our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hi,
That is the path/place where you need to access if you want to edit the theme files used for the mobile menu. Unfortunately, I do not know How can I provide a more precis location.
For example in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header there is a file td-login-modal.php -> https://i.imgur.com/czkOkl9.png
I hope that this will help!
Hi I have a problem with the login modal window in mobile views.
I am using
{Login }`to show the login modal window, it is working fine on any desktop views but on mobile it just triggers a blank page with a slide in transition but the normal mobile menu appears fine.
I’m having trouble with the footer of posts on mobile. For some reason, some of them display the ads and proper footer like I want and others show no ads and have a randoom “about us” on the bottom. I can’t seem to find a way to change it.

Hello,
Please make sure that you have activated the proper thumbs for the mobile theme. The mobile theme requires the “265×198” and the “741×486” thumbnail sizes in order to show the featured images properly.
This can be found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/N18dR3qZrh -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Also, please try to regenerate your thumbs => https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/ and clear your cache on the website/server.
Thank you!
Hello!
On our website positivenewsfoundation.org, I have 2 problems related to images:
1. on mobile: not any featured image is loading
2. on desktop while reading a post: the slide in related posts do not display thumb nail image.
How can I fix this?
Warm regards, G
Hi Stanford Nix,
The folder is header and the path to it is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header there is a file td-login-modal.php where is the code for sign in / join.
The code for menu is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/login.php – logged.php
Now if you are using the mobile theme plugin the files are on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately, I don’t understand exactly what you mean, could you provide more details?
if you referring to having the mobile page friendly, then I made a test and seems to be -> https://i.imgur.com/AZSW60X.png
Also, you can check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/text-too-small-to-read-clickable-elements-too-close-together/ about a similar problem.
Thank you!
Hi Harpal, like I said above, if you are using the mobile theme plugin the “more article box” will not be display.
This can be display only for the responsive version.
SO if you want to use it, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use the mobile theme plugin only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/7plgoEe.png
Thank you for your understanding!
Mobile theme and amp version both are active https://india24x7.news

Hi Newspaper Theme team,
I’m having an issue with the mobile version of my blog. The subscriber form appears in the tag div edit screen, but I’m unable to delete it or edit it or move it or do anything with it. Also, looking at the blog on a mobile phone, this subscriber form only appears about 50% of the time a person loads the page.
Likewise, this same subscriber form (Mailpoet form) seems to be appearing on all my other pages on the desktop version of the blog. I can’t find how to get rid of it.
Can you help me fix this? Thank you

Hi,
So the problem is only for the mobile, there is the low score, for this you can try the mobile theme plugin or if you want to have the same layout like on desktop, then you can use the mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ this can be use for pages and cloud templates. -> https://i.imgur.com/o31zeIb.jpg -> https://prnt.sc/26cu0mc
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
