1. I have created a mobile page, I copied the contents to look like the same as the desktop version. See the screenshot from Pages:https://prnt.sc/vego43
But, I can not set a separate menu for the Mobile version. I have added a separate menu, but it is displaying the same desktop menu. I also have added a logo for mobile, it is not displaying also. I have not added a logo for desktop, only text logo is set for desktop. If I set a logo for desktop then it is displaying on the mobile.
The two templates(desktop/mobile) are not customizable separately.
2. I want the single post view for mobile as the desktop. I did the same for a single template.
If I try to edit the mobile version by clicking on Single Template – mobile Edit with TD Composer it is displaying the same as the desktop.
But it is displaying some other version for mobiles in the front.
So I created a sub domain and cloned my site so that I could redesign it. The mobile theme works fine on my “regular” site. But after updating to a new theme on the cloned version, my images aren’t showing on the mobile theme.
The cloned URL is new.Goingfor2.com
The regular site is: Goingfor2.com
Please my issue is that after installing the theme on my new website the mobile menu is not working. Nothing happens when I click on the mobile menu icon.
Hi,
As I have read in some posts here in the forum, most of the settings of the Theme Panel are not active for e.g. Magazine Pro. Does this also apply to the Mobile Theme? https://prnt.sc/vec1gv
What about the AMP site? Do Magazine Pro ads have to be inserted manually? Are there some examples?

Hi there,
I would like to have some conditional ads on mobile theme.
Basically, I want to show ads from Mobile theme -> Mobile ads -> Header only on homepage.
I was going through a code where I can put check is_home() && is_front_page() before outputting the code from that box but I cant figure out where is that located. Can you point me what file too look for?
I uploaded the main theme into WordPress, but wanted to personalize the mobile side more so I found this article (https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/) which told me to download this plugin. However, I got this error and can’t activate it
Fatal error: Cannot declare class Mobile_Detect, because the name is already in use in /home/customer/www/thejerseytour.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/Mobile_Detect.php on line 23
Hi,
I’m having problems with your mobile theme feature. When I’m trying to create a mobile page for my original page, I copy all the content from the original page. But for some reason the text I had in the icon boxes doesn’t show up. Instead, the editor just replaces it with [].
Could you help me out?
Hi
Thank you for the CSS fix for the page layout that works.
I’ve looked at the mobile display ‘Garden’ issue – it is not the plugins – it was caused by the settings in the Cloud Template for the menu area. I have managed to change them to make it work.
Thanks
Hello !
Please add this css for the desktop version: .tdm_block .tdm-row {
margin-top:90px;
}
The code must be inserted here: https://www.screencast.com/t/JyWXe6Cr2DMr
For the mobile logo view, ou will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !

Hi,
“The tagDiv Mobile Theme now works best with the AMP plugin to provide a complete solution for your content on mobiles. You can find out more here.”
This is just a massage for users to know that you can use the mobile theme with amp plugin for better results.
Also after you make some changings to your website you need to clear all cache and purge the cdn, also is possible that google to have a version indexed when the mobile version was a mass, for this you’ll need to ask google to re-index your website.
-> https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/28969781?hl=en
Also make sure that you do not have any plugins that can interfere with the theme and reset the settings.
Hope this will help you!
Hi
I applied the Garden PRO header template which works for normal pages such as this https://chacr.org.uk/about/ but on this page with a different header area the top row is jammed right up to the top. https://chacr.org.uk/global-analysis-programme/
The TAG DV Composer only lets me change the padding-top/margin-top for one viewport, so if I add 100px, the mobile view is ruined.
How can this be fixed across all devices?
Also, I applied the Garden PRO template header, which is related to the above, but on mobile there is no logo showing, even though the theme options have it set, and in the TAG div composer when I preview the mobile viewport I can see an image of a garden leaf – how can I fix the background to be black and the correct logo be added back to the website.
Thanks
Hi,
As I can see now you do not have the amp on homepage, but in rest is ok, also the mobile page is displaying ok.
For me having these settings -> https://imgur.com/gWPWpZr -> https://i.imgur.com/4EuQfad.png -> https://imgur.com/BTZ7Xta I have the desktop layout -> https://i.imgur.com/GTk8tnU.png, the mobile layout -> https://i.imgur.com/Heu0ar1.png and amp layout -> https://i.imgur.com/vz5SuTB.png for homepage too.
If there is still a problem, please me know!
Thank you!
Hi periodical.apartments, indeed if you have set a custom mobile page, then you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer and adjust it after your needs -> https://i.imgur.com/rfL0Xhx.png select the manager -> import a footer template and make it as you want -> https://i.imgur.com/jMQI1gv.png (soon will add in tagDiv Cloud Library premade templates for mobile page)
Thank you for your understating!
Thanks!
Admin area on mobile them shows above the related article part, just above the footer https://imgur.com/nIc4ALJ
Thanks

Hello !
It looks more like a caching issue, as you can see here this is how mobile viewport looks on AMP: https://www.screencast.com/t/B5mrjvoyBPg
Please try and check from other devices too.
Cache may be from host if they offer this option or you will neet to use a plugin to keep it clear. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Let us know the result.
Thank you !
Font was missing before update. But still worked on mobile.
I updated worpdress and newpaper theme and plugins.
Custom font is still uploaded correctly, and theme is still calling for it.
However it is not showing up on desktop.
Am I missing anything?

this message is in my plugin space. will it be necessary to disable AMP? Does tagDiv Mobile Theme guarantee me a good result? can I leave only the mobile theme? is this the problem of incompatibility?
I set the AMP settings accordingly, and I’ve tried it with both the mobile theme plugin disabled and with the plugin enabled and set for only AMP. With the mobile theme plugin active, I got the correct mobile page to load once on a mobile device, but now it’s just loading the regular page. I don’t know if there’s a cache setting or something else that could be causing this?

I’m really confused, what kind of theme this is. For the last three days, I’ve been trying to figure it out.

Now, AMP is deactivated and I have activated WP rocket with Mobile cache on like this https://prnt.sc/vdh7uu, so that at least my traffic doesnt get hurt, but desktop site not working, showing mobile version only. Screenshot: https://prnt.sc/vdh03l
And the current website speed:
On mobile:https://prnt.sc/vdh03l – just 34, my old, free theme was getting around 79.
On desktop: https://prnt.sc/vdh2i1 – just 79, earlier i was getting 92.
Appreciate your immediate support on the same.

Hi!
We have recently updated to Newspaper V 10.3.6 and are quite happy with it.
There is a problem however;
The password reset emails generated from ajax requests (the login screen or the mobile menu) are in English, but our WordPress site language is Dutch. The emails from the wp-login.php screen are in Dutch, thus correct.
We are using PHP 7.0.33 (update is pending) on WordPress 5.5.2.
Is this a known bug?
Hi! Thank you!
This works for post pages, but does not work for the home page…
On the home page, the footer is not updated.
I have a custom mobile home page:
