When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test.
If the problem persist, let me know the settings you’ve made for WP Super Cache and the plugins you are using.

Hello, document me on (Responsive Web Design) Comparing topic 9 with 10, the style.css there is a difference in Media Queries
In the 9 are the @media parameters (max-width: 320px) and in v.10 they are not, in my opinion I think it is the problem that the issue does not adapt to mobile devices, attached video of the failure in different browsers, it is not because the cache is not cleaned etc. Please review the style.css of the V.10 newspaper

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

1. For category it is normal what you are seeing. Please complete your template import. Follow our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
2. For a popup option you will have to use a 3rd party plugin. Unfortunately we have not tested any so we cannot recommend one.
3. After changing each viewport we recommend refreshing your page because browsers are not able to find the mobile versions all the time. Also please make sure you have cleared your cache.

If you have only the sharing like whatsapp that is because whatsapp is a mobile app only and will not work on desktop.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Our website https://www.citoyens.news/ was setup few days ago but we noticed that at times the website turned to mobile version when accessing through desktop and hence the layout looked messed up. Screenshot below:
Note: The plugin WP Super Cache is already installed.
I cleared the cache too but the problem occurred again.

is it possibile to set minimun height for slide widget mobile?
In desktop mode images are 308×385 and they are good.
In mobile mode height is set to 200px but images become too low.

The image size 530×360 is specific to retina devices.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins and tested plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/luYdiRS.png, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
