Hi,

You can customize the sticky version of the header, for both desktop and mobile. It can contain the elements you want. Just activate the sticky mode and remove/modify/add elements in the sticky version of the header – http://prntscr.com/o0aw09

In case you remove all the elements from the sticky mode of a cloud header, there will be no sticky version.

Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi,

When the mobile theme plugin is enabled, you will have to create 2 versions for each page. One for desktop with the composer or in any way possible, and one for mobile with the simple mobile editor (can’t be built with the composer)
https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
So in this case edit the contact page and enter the text in the mobile editor, should be at the bottom of the edit page screen – http://prntscr.com/o0abx0

Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi,

Please set for mobile theme the logo that you have set in footer and set this custom css in Theme panel>Mobile theme> Custom code> Css
.td-search-icon {
top: 10px;
}
.td-main-menu-logo .td-amp-site-logo {
max-height: 70px;
}
.td-header-wrap {
height: 80px;
}

Then the amp will look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Ecbim615Q

Hi,

For this you need to go in wp-content>themes>Newspaper>mobile>front-page.php and change the condition for featured -> https://prnt.sc/mic696

Hello,

The mobile menu shows only top level elements. All 2nd level menu elements are invisible.
Is there any way for mobile menu to show the same elements as in usual menu?
Here are two screenshots:
1. Usual menu, all elements of 2nd level are shown
2. Mobile menu, only 1st level elements are shown

Still happening internally. Externally it will post — like if you go to the site on a phone. But I need to manage the order in which it posts on mobile.

Hello, in a mobile plugin theme i would change a “featured Category” in a homepage with my custom category.
where can I change this setting?

I too am experiencing these issues and have had to disable AMP and Mobile Theme. My thread is here:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-wp_options-transients/#post-300053

The response is disappointing.

You are suggesting i need to install and run a plugin manually every 24hrs to delete the excessive transients being created.

The second article also cannot help as the MqSQL database is in read lock situation.

I have had to export out and import in the tables into a new database and reconfigure wp_config just to get my site operational again.

The core issue here is that with mobile theme and AMP activated wp_options is being flooded with transients. 900mb worth inside 24hrs.

I am on my own searching clear i am not the sole person to have this issue:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/the-amp-gate-is-becoming-a-nightmare/

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/what-this-in-wp-options-table-_transient_timeout_amp_img_/

I need TagDiv to know the problem, investigate and fix it.

Hi,

You need to chose another logo for mobile, in this way the logo on AMP will be the same as the one from mobile.

Hi,

Sometimes if the theme resources like the stylesheet are slow to load the result may be negative. There is a discussion in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-have-two-problems-in-mobile-friendly-test/
Now the same link is mobile friendly – http://prntscr.com/nzwyy7
Only some ads seem to be blocked by the robots file – http://prntscr.com/nzwzfp but that shouldn’t be that much of a problem.

Thanks

Hi,

From what I can see the mobile theme is displayed on desktop as well
http://prntscr.com/nzvnek
This shouldn’t happen. Please make sure the super cache is set as mentioned in the guide
https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also a theme javascript file as well as some plugin resources provide 403 errors, they seem to be blocked by the server – http://prntscr.com/nzvpbrhttp://prntscr.com/nzvrsr
This could happen due to security plugins or security modules on the server. Maybe the hosting provider knows what is causing it.

I would also suggest that you temporarily deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and the cache plugin. Then clear the cache and check if the website is working properly.

Thanks

Hi,

Please note that the mobile theme has a different layout than the desktop layout. For more details about the main functionality of Mobile Theme, please check the plugin documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ As a note, the blocks are not rendered in the mobile mode because the Mobile Theme does not recognize the composer shortcodes, sorry!

Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately you can not delete these files only for a device, also if you are using the mobile theme the desktop css will not be load, so will not be need to remove those files.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hello !

The designs do not match is because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.

We are sorry for the inconvenience !

Thank you !

Hi,

Seems that the footer script code will load only in desktop, and not in mobile. The header script code will load on both. I will add this on the list and maybe it will be modified to load on mobile as well.
You could enter the code manually in the mobile footer file – http://prntscr.com/nzs831 this would work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
