Can you please provide a link to your website? If you do not want to share it on forum, you can do it via email at contact@tagdiv.com I want to check to see what is loading on your website, the template structure and other things that maybe can be optimized.
Thank you!
Hi,
The first step to investigate this situation is to make sure if you do not have a plugin conflict. For this please make a test, disable non theme plugins one by one and check the results.
Now if the problem is only when you are not logged, then most probably, the problem is related to a cache plugin or optimize plugin.
Thank you!
Hello Everybody,
I am setting up the Newspaper theme on Siteground, however I have a few warning on the System update and although I have made the corresponding changes, the system status keeps showing a warning.
The settings for which I am getting the warning are:
1) mod_substitute. For this I have followed the corresponding guide and updated the .htaccess with:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
However, the indicator on System status is still yellow.
2) Caching plugin – For this I am not using the proposed WP Super Cache, but rather SG Optimizer plugin from Siteground. Here I would be expecting the theme to be compatible with SiteGround’s plugin. Is this not the case?
For the SG Optimizer plugin I have both Dynamic Caching and Memcached enabled.
Any advice on how to resolve these two issues would be much appreciate as I don’t want to encounter any surprises afterwards.
Thanks,
Coinavalon
Dedicated! I am using RDS by Amazon and a high CPU optimized instance. I spent over $1,000 per month just to stay alive by using full page caching and Cloudfront.
This is a serious problem. Please take more time to investigate and provide a proper solution.
Thanks
Hi,
I solved the problem. I reinstalled the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, with the recommended settings in the guide. Thank you!
Do you have any idea when there will be a new update on Newsmag?
It looks that it is coming from a plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/Yuqwyiz.png that is resizing the images.
What you need is to disable all plugins using for image or optimize and find the one that is resizing the images.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see, I think that there were some settings made in EWWW Image Optimizer plugin, for my seems to work without problems, but I let only the settings that are coming with the theme -> https://i.imgur.com/6gmuvxN.png -> https://i.imgur.com/DdRl7Ry.jpg
Also, for images this is the plugin that is recommended in our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem was with the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin. I disabled it and deleted it. Can you recommend me an image optimization and compression method?
Thank you!
Hi,
So the problem is only for the mobile, there is the low score, for this you can try the mobile theme plugin or if you want to have the same layout like on desktop, then you can use the mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ this can be use for pages and cloud templates. -> https://i.imgur.com/o31zeIb.jpg -> https://prnt.sc/26cu0mc
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
Thank you!
I have optimized the whole website but still, I am not getting the 100/100-page speed on mobile.
I am using WP super cache and Autoptimize and my page speed is 60 on mobile and 95 on desktop.
I am getting these errors on google page speed insights https://prnt.sc/26cbmqt
Please let me know how i can solve these and get 100 page speed on mobile

Hi,
There are some suggestion for how to make the theme fonts to no longer take that long time to be loaded -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/low-scores-on-mobile-theme-amp-and-desktop-pagespeed-and-gt-metrics-optimize/ also if you want you can simple disable the default theme fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Ntkht65.png and use only fonts from google or custom fonts.
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
Your website needs an optimal speed that’s why you need to make some settings also to help for the improvement.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:

Hello,
Did you use a plugin to compress/optimize the images? if so please disable that plugin and after regenerated the thumbs https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/
Thank you!
Hi DamianSiecz,
The pagespeed do not depends only by the theme, there are a lot of elements, like page elements, external resources…
As I see on your website, there are no theme problems, but maybe you can optimize better the pagespeed for your website:

I hope this will help you
Hi Calin, maybe it is a coincidence.
I have placed the code back and I will monitor for a few days to determine.
All is good now.
Do we have more code snippets to optimize the mobile plugin?

Hello,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-optimize-for-core-web-vitals/
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme plugin is used for the mobile version, but the amp is a little different:
AMP is an open source HTML framework developed by the AMP Open Source Project. It was originally created by Google as a competitor to Facebook Instant Articles and Apple News. AMP is optimized for mobile web browsing and intended to help webpages load faster from google results.
So the amp is used when you search from mobile on google and you find some results. If those have an amp version, this will be stored on google and it will delivered faster.
The mobile theme plugin is referring on hot it looks your mobile version and it make the mobile version faster then responsive -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Now we offer the possibility to use them together, what that means? it means that the amp layout will be the same with the mobile theme layout. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Therefore, you can use both of them or only the mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
What plugin will clear them? We tested several, and none did it: WP Optimize for example and Advanced Database Cleaner.
I would like to have my website optimized better for mobile. My site is super slow on mobile compared to desktop and trying to see if one of these plug ins would help? Do I need to install both or just 1? Also looking for the simplest option as I can’t add HTML codes, etc..
Thank you!
Hi,

What I recommend is to make a full backup to your website and install a pre pre-build website, after that disable tagDiv Standard pack, in this way you load some les resources and increase the some speed.
Also, please check our guide from page speed -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
1. This issue can be caused by a plugin conflict, or, did you use any plugins to optimize your images?
Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
2. You can change the background color for mobile header from Theme Panel -> Theme Colors -> Mobile Menu => https://i.imgur.com/mbGT1D5.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems your images are encoded https://i.imgur.com/XBhgvxp.png please let me know if the images are showing when you are logged.
Also, did you use any plugins to optimize your images?
Thank you!
Hello,
After upgrading to 11.4 most text items are centered not left justified (exceptions are Post titles, Headers, photo captions and descriptions in grid blocks).
How do I get text Left Justified again??

We are run on WordPress 5.8.2 using Gutenberg and Kadence Blocks, and have installed and activated AMP, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Mobile Theme, tagDiv Social Counter and tagDiv Standard Pack.
Caching is done with SiteGround Optimizer and Cloudflare.
Kind regards,
