I believe the size of the autoloaded options is supposed to be below 1MB. Sometimes plugins that you use and then remove still leave a lot of data in the database. That data should be removed, but please be careful to not remove essential options.
The largest data table the theme keeps in the database is the theme panel and the backups for it. From what I remember these are called td_010 and td_010_settings. What you could do is to adjust the number of backups, by default there are 5 of them. You could set it to 1 backup here -> https://prnt.sc/qZBjZo2p3bVu Other than this, it will require manually cleaning the rest of the autoloaded options. Start with the biggest, search for them online to know to what plugin they belong to, and if you are not using that plugin anymore, remove them.
Are you checking with this plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ That is great for finding the autoloaded options and sorting them by size, also removing them. But as I said, please be careful what you remove. Make a backup of the website or the database, just in case.

After extensive 6h testing, I was able to identify the root cause of the issue: The Critical CSS files in Autoptimize apparently generated faulty rules, which led to conflicts with the cache. After deleting the Critical CSS rules in Autoptimize Plugin, caching started working properly again on all pages.
I wanted to share this with you so that you can potentially help other users with a similar problem more quickly. If there is a way to ensure that Critical CSS rules regenerate automatically or to improve error detection in Autoptimize, that would certainly be beneficial.

If you have more settings and a big website then is possible that the database to grow, there are set data for posts and pages, categories, authors. You can change the limit of backups from here https://imgur.com/Riz0x9H
You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/aaa-option-optimizer/ to sort and delete the autoloaded options. I see that the limit for the autoloaded options size is 800 KB. Some found a way to increase that limit so the message goes away – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/autoloaded-options-issue-in-site-health/ But it would be best to actually check and maybe reduce the autloaded options. I recommend checking if you use standard templates from the theme panel, blocks from 1 to 25, and big grid blocks. Replace them with cloud templates and Flex block and big grid flex blocks, and disable the tagdiv Standard pack plugin. The prebuilt website doesn’t affect your page speed and how the website loads, but maybe on the other website, you have other extra plugins, and you optimized the website using the cache plugin, a plugin for images, and the OMGF plugin for Fonts. This depends on how your website is optimized and what plugins you use. You can provide the link to your website to check it.

My website metrics have improved significantly, and I want to thank you for your help. However, I’m currently facing two issues:
Desktop Shows Mobile Layout
When I open the site in a desktop browser, it displays the mobile version/layout instead of the desktop version.
Images Loading Very Slowly
The images on my site take a very long time to load, or sometimes do not load at all.

I am still using the theme developer’s suggested configurations.
WP-Super Cache is installed and configured as recommended.
Plugins and Additional Adjustments
I have the Google Kit plugin installed for AdSense application.
“Spinet” is enabled for news registration.
I installed the AMP plugin because it was recommended by the theme. Previously, it was set to “mobile + AMP,” but following your advice, I switched it to “AMP only.”
I installed the EWWW Image Optimizer plugin to optimize images.
I have temporarily disabled Google Auto Ads.
Ongoing Issues
I haven’t seen any significant improvements in overall site speed or metrics such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP).
The site loading speed is still slow, especially on mobile, which negatively impacts the user experience.
Occasionally, some devices continue to display the mobile version of the site instead of the desktop version.
Do you have any additional recommendations or further settings I should check? Any guidance on potential conflicts between AMP, WP-Super Cache, and other plugins would be greatly appreciated.

When I first installed this theme I had loading times of 3-4 seconds. Now it has become an absolute turtle. And I dont know why.

I have many times been in contact with my provider and optimized a lot of different settings to make it faster. That has helped a bit, but now it has gone completely the other way, and I will lose readers if I can’t fix it.
