Hi,

We use a custom cloud template for certain categories. Posts in this category should show other custom ads than the standard categories. I can use custom ad placement for this but this only gives me the option to add a custom ad above or below the article text. Is it possible to use an inline ad for this alternative ad block so that it shown in the middle of the article text?

I am experiencing a significant performance issue on my WordPress site, which uses the Newspaper/Newsmag theme and the TagDiv Composer plugin.

After noticing very high page load times on several pages on the site, I used the Code Profiler diagnostic tool to identify the cause. The results from the profiler indicated that the WP Offload Media plugin (formerly known as Leopard Offload Media), which I use to offload my media files to Amazon S3, is consuming an excessive amount of execution time (approximately 4 seconds) during page loads.

To diagnose the cause of this excessive consumption by WP Offload Media, I ran plugin isolation tests. I temporarily disabled other plugins to see which of them, when disabled, caused the execution time of WP Offload Media to decrease.

The tests clearly revealed that the high time consumption by WP Offload Media occurs only when the TagDiv Composer plugin is active.

I have attached the following screenshots from Code Profiler to illustrate this point:

Screenshot 1 (With TagDiv Composer active): Shows the execution time of plugins with TagDiv Composer active. WP Offload Media appears at the top of the list with approximately 4 seconds of execution time.

Screenshot 2 (With TagDiv Composer disabled): Shows the execution time of plugins with TagDiv Composer disabled. The execution time of WP Offload Media drops dramatically to approximately 0.06-0.15 seconds, indicating normal behavior.

While disabling TagDiv Composer solves the performance issue with WP Offload Media, it is not a viable solution, since the layout of my pages (built with Composer) depends on it and breaks when disabled.

Based on these results, it seems that there is either a direct performance conflict or an inefficient interaction between TagDiv Composer and WP Offload Media that causes this excessive CPU consumption during page load when both are enabled.

I would like to know if you have any knowledge of this compatibility issue with media offload plugins for S3 (such as WP Offload Media) or if there is any specific setting within the Newspaper theme or TagDiv Composer that should be adjusted to mitigate this conflict and allow both plugins to work optimally together.

I would greatly appreciate your attention and any guidance or solution you can offer to resolve this crucial performance issue.

I’ve seen other threads about this, but we’re stuck using The Events Calendar plugin for most of our media company clients. Has anyone had good results with being able to format various pages for The Events Calendar within cloud templates? I know that Elementor has a lot of blocks that work great with TEC, but those blocks don’t exist on TagDiv.

Pages we’d like to be able to better format:
– Events home page
– Single events
– Event category pages
– Venue pages
– Organizer pages

Thoughts, anyone?

I have tried disabling all chrome extensions, cleared cache and cookies, but I am still unable to edit the single post template with the tag div composer, neither from the top menu on page or by going into the cloud templates, all attempts result in a spinning page, I left for a break and came back to it still trying to load.

Other than tag div plugins/theme etc I am only using Maintenance Mode & Classic Editor plugin, I have also disabled both and still only spins with nothing. See attached image of console errors.

I have a problem with ADS ads. This concerns vignette ads – google_vignette among others on the website https://www.twojostrow.pl

Unfortunately, every now and then a gray page is displayed and you have to refresh the page to go to the next article. I read somewhere that it may be the template’s fault, but I can’t find this answer anymore.

Can the problem really lie with your template, because I have purchased several of them for several sites, and the problem occurs on each one? I will add that the sites are currently on different hostings and the problem still occurs.

Hello , by the way this is a great theme. The problem that I am having is that on the home page of the theme NFT PRO News – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_nft_pro/. I noticed that when I scroll down to the bottom of the page under More NFT News and click to see a more post the page URL changes but all of the same content from the home page load also. I went to test this same option on 1 of your other theme designs the Default NEWSPAPERPRO and when you click on a page number to see more post the page loads with only the post. Is there a setting I can change in the NFT design to stop all of the home page content from loading on these pages or is this feature tied to thei particular design ?

Hi, I am trying to resize the homepage of my website through the theme panel in the page template section, but it doesn’t work. When I set it to 1200px or 1600px, it doesn’t make any difference , it remain at 1100px ,the background only contains another plugin, which shouldn’t be a problem .

Seeing quite a few threads relating to Composer errors lately. I’ve now got one.

Recently moved my (perfectly operating) site from SiteGround to Cloudways and changed nothing, other than adding their caching plugin. But the site has been plagued by problems with the WP admin hanging, sometimes for minutes at at time.

A tech staff reviewed the error logs and found repeated instances this:

I’m having an issue where the <h1> tag around the logo isn’t being removed, even after enabling “Disable H1 on logo” in both the frontend (tagDiv Composer) and backend (Theme Panel). I’m running Newspaper version 12, updated from version 8, and working in a test environment to redesign my site. My goal is to fix a “Multiple H1” issue flagged by Screaming Frog, where the logo has an empty <h1> alongside the page title’s <h1>.
Here’s what I’ve tried:
In tagDiv Composer (Frontend):
I imported a new header from Cloud Library.

Edited the “Header Logo” block, found “Disable H1 on logo” (a checkbox), checked it (enabled it), and saved the template.

Assigned the new header to the homepage in Theme Panel > Header > Main Menu.

In Theme Panel (Backend):
Went to Theme Panel > Header > Logo.

Found “Disable H1 on logo” (another checkbox), checked it (enabled it), and saved settings.

Cache Clearing:
Cleared W3 Total Cache (“Empty All Caches”).

Cleared Chrome browser cache and tested in incognito mode.

Despite these steps, the <h1> tag remains in the source code. Here’s an example of what I see when inspecting the page in Chrome:

This empty <h1> causes a “Multiple H1” issue, as my page titles (e.g., from “Single Post Title”) also use <h1>.
What could be overriding the “Disable H1 on logo” setting? Is this a known issue after updating from version 8 to 12? Could old templates or settings from version 8 be interfering? Any help would be appreciated!

I noticed that the review stars no longer appear on my site https://www.nuvoledibellezza.com/ .

I see them correctly in the single post (for example here: https://www.nuvoledibellezza.com/bjork-berries-body-serum/), but in the category or home page, as well as in the menu they are not visible.

In this category the posts should have stars, yet there aren’t any: https://www.nuvoledibellezza.com/recensioni/

Yet I set them to be visible and with yellow color … I also tried to insert other flex blocks but the stars never appear can you help me?
