So, is the “Slick Header” template used by building the entire pages with the template?
I do not want to make any changes to the website, nor do I want to build any more pages, or rebuild old pages. All I want to do is get a background header to show up full width on mobile device.
Is this possible?

I do not want to redesign my desktop header. Only the mobile header.

It is showing a desktop version that I DO NOT want to use. If you reduce
screen size you will see what I created.
Now, how do I get this header to show up on mobile device?
I DO NOT want to have to rebuild the entire page. My goal is just to have the background image display in mobile header fullwidth.
Is it possible to get directions a 5 year old could follow? Sorry, I just find this very confusing.
I see how to create custom templates and use the existing ones for the different template pages with the cloud. I am trying to customize the block headers. I can do so per section, but wondering if I can do so and save it to my cloud library. I see how to select my different block header options, but don’t see how to create or select a custom one.

Hi,
I have been trying to save my custom Header template, however it just loads and does not have. I have a message that shows up every time I open my template page “The current content hasn’t been created by tagDiv Composer!”, however, I have created the template using tagDiv.

Hello, guys i purchased this theme but there is no provision for activation and yet when i go to cloud templates i find that my envato key is either missing or invalid and then “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
Given that you are not replying am wondering did you just just take my money and provide me with a basic theme

Since i’m using template for my headers (i’m only using template for all my header’s page) , when i want to save something on the page builder, the save button is loading and it never stops.
It’s working because when i check the page, changes are apllied , but if i want to modify again i need to close the builder and doing modification, save ( loading …) and close the builder, etc…
I don’t know why, when i use a global template, save buttong load and i got the green notification.
Thanks for this, I’ve managed to implement it on the home page and when I go to individual posts I can apply the new header by going in via TagDiv composer and choosing the mobile view. Is there any way to apply this setting across all posts? I’ve tried to go from theme panel – header – cloud library template and tried to apply this header to all but it doesn’t seem to work? Please let me know, would be much easier to apply to all as opposed to one by one. Thank you.
Hello, no when I clicked on any of my blog categories in the menu they were empty. My dummy post wasn’t showing anywhere except when I clicked on my homepage logo. Then it would populate the blog post. I couldn’t figure out how to fix it to I restarted everything and just went with a blog template instead of trying to make one from scratch. hello i bought the newspaper theme today. uploadded it. tried using cloud templates. was told is need to activate the theme. tried to activate and all i got is,”you are not allowed to use this page”. Help me here

The option to edit the footer template will be removed in coming updates. The correct way to edit the footer template is to set it for example in the theme panel, in general

Unfortunately at the moment there is a problem with this. Please edit the footer from the homepage. Starting with 10.3 you have the possibility to edit the header / content and footer from the homepage directly not needing to open multiple templates to be edited.

1. When clicking on the elements in the page or template, the left sidebar should display the options for it. If that is not happening, then there is a problem. Does it work correctly in a new page? Was the page built entirely with the composer?
2. Did you make any modifications to the code of the page in the backend? This may happen if the page is broken, or there were modifications to its code – https://prnt.sc/r3iyfp
If these issues are happening only in a specific page, then you could try and restore an older revision, before the problems happened – https://prnt.sc/r3iz6h
If it’s happening for all the pages, even new ones, we could take a closer look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login.

I have fixed this problem, but now i want to ask about something else. How can i change the size of the font on my posts. I have tried to change it from theme panel but nothing happened. I have tried to change it from “edit template”on my post page, but that didn’t work either. Do you have a suggestion?

I just purchased the theme and currently testing on the staging site. I tried installing the “Gadgets Pro” demo. While the homepage looks fine, clicking on any article on the homepage leads to the following error

Do you mean that when you’re on a post and click on the header logo that will not redirect you to the homepage ?
That can be achieved by using a Header Template as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ And on the Header Logo element you will be able to set it as you can see here:https://www.screencast.com/t/SMkkesH4g

I’m using GadgetsPro demo as the base of the website. I tried to create a couple of more pages with tagdiv composer and i’m having zero luck.
When i create a new page with composer it affects the rest of the pages too since it seems to create the new elements as part of the footer. Hence it ends up on all the pages.
What do i do? I’ve tried default template (with and without content title) as well as page builder with title. Same problem.
Also, there is a problem with the footer template. I only see the ‘edit option’ not ‘edit template’ as with the rest of the cloud templates imported. This is the only thing i can think of at this point.
I continue with the same problem, I followed the instructions to the letter, I deactivated all the plugins, I made the changes in the settings according to the requirements but being on my website and trying to click on “Edit with TD Composer” the browser shows me the error that this page does not work ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE remaining in the following URL: http://clasificacionarancelaria.com.bo/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=41&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Fclasificacionarancelaria.com.bo%2F

I tried to, but every time I do, I see this message… “Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.”
How do I “select a tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel”?
I know you can edit the page with the tagdiv composer, but as far as I know, it’s not possible to disable/enable the smart sidebar from the composer, is that correct? which means if I’m using any cloud template I can’t customize that function?
I don’t believe you can toggle the Author name/box either, so I’d have to delete it with the composer and if I wanted to add it back in later for a different post, with the same style that matches the demo, I would have to re-apply the cloud template, which would overwrite any customization I would have done?

Using the Architecture template for my homepage. Everything is editable except for the Instagram section at the bottom right above the footer. It’s not selectable in the TD composer to edit or delete. Any help is appreciated.

I’m using a template for my header on my website , everything is working well but i would like to customize something, especially with the color of my menu / title.
On my home page, i would keep the menu / title black , but on my blog post page i would make it white . But when i turn the color on my blog post page to white, it changes also on my home page. How to keep a different color for a special page ?
