what do i need to do to get custom page templates i have made appear on the mobile version of my site?
For example, I have one set up on this page (https://mindfullivingnetwork.com/daily-dose-of-inspiration/) and also the main page (https://mindfullivingnetwork.com). They appear fine on a desktop, but the mobile version shows nothing – it’s like it doesn’t know my template file exists… I copied the page.php in the mobile directory, /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/, and named it the exact same name as the file in the non-mobile directory, /public_html/wp-content/plugins/themes/Newspaper, and the desktop works fine. I made sure the new page in the mobile directory also has the template name (<?php /* Template Name:InspirePageTemp */ ?>) as the first line.
Please help. I am also using custom category pages for a few categories (i know these are different than templates) but when I copied the single.php from the mobile folder, renamed it accordingly and edited it, the mobile site shows those category pages, but the template pages are not working… please advise.
i have made 4 images, 2 for each pagem the mobile and not, so yu can see what I mean… The links are:

thanks…
Also, if you look at the New page (after the Cloud template was applied), the homepage has changed. Instead of showing a list of all articles, it just goes to a random article. Honestly, you need to have better step-by-step guide on how this transition from using wordpress templates to cloud templates can be achieved. Please advise.

Hi,
I disabled the “Standard Pack Plugin” and imported “Header Template 13” from the Cloud Library as that seemed the closest to my current header. Please look at the current and new headers here. Notice how the colour for the horizontal line at the bottom of main menu items and in the search box has changed from brown to blue. Also the current header has the logo fixed at 80px height I think but I can’t find any way to fix this in the tagDiv Composer. Please help. Once I’ve fixed the header, I will proceed with other templates. Also can you tell me what is the advantage of doing all this. Is the template going to load lesser resources than it is loading now and make the website faster? I don’t want to go through this exercise and not get any significant benefits.
Current

I have installed the LA MODE template and I don’t know how to change the photo of the Magazine page as well as put the covers of the magazines as it is in the example
i created more categories when i click that its shows me 404 error when already posts are labelled that category but “uncategories” is working /created already in template/
Under template settings and categories, i can pick where what template will be displayed, but how i can pick what template will be displayed in the main domain? (threw /wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_panel)
Hi,
1. Did you try the theme panel settings ?
Because there is no css for header.
2. Did you try to stretch the row with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/6a63GpG.jpg
3. That plugin is not bought is provide by the Newspaper team, the WPBakery ( old Visual Composer ) is a bundled one -> https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins if you download the latest version of Newspaper theme from your themeforest account then you’ll find the plugin inside the packages, this will have the old name js-composer.
4. Now the theme builder is tagDiv Composer, using the tagDIv Composer and visual composer on standard pack should work normal, only if you activate the tagDiv Cloud Library and use cloud templates, this theme extension was build for tagDiv Composer and is not compatible with visual composer, also we do not recommend to use on the same page more then one builder.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. This can be achieve only if you are using the responsive version of theme, also you’ll need to use flex blocks not blocks and big grid flex only these can be edited on each layout -> https://i.imgur.com/XmWekNj.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/NgvryiN.png
2. The featured image size can be change only if you are using the single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on image and choose a size -> https://i.imgur.com/QJKip9c.png
3. Or theme have only one gallery you can achieve other galleries thus using some plugins or maybe with custom post type -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-post-type-support/
Thank you!
That is what I did and when the new window opens(for editing), you can’t see top or bottom of the editing window… Nor can you move or resize it, therefore you can’t even close it either.
https://example.com/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=13&td_action=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Fexample.com%2F#
The window opens to BIG and you can not see the top or the bottom, nor can you move it to close it.
I’ve tried it in firefox and chrome
Hi,
So lets start again, you can use the layout you have not without making any changes only let the standard pack activate ( the blocks from tagDiv Composer were moved in this plugin) however if you want to use a PRO version make first a full backup to your website and databases after that install a pro demo, also we have a pro demo default -> https://i.imgur.com/vkgVLr4.png this will set the cloud templates on categories and posts that have set the style from theme panel, after that all you still need to change is the elements from pages ( the homepage should be replace with the one from default pro but the rest of them will remain the same) in these you should replace the blocks with flex blocks and the Big Grids with Big Grids Flex, these are the the elements that you can use without the standard pack -> https://i.imgur.com/vyf9SdW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/5vP3n0L.png -> https://i.imgur.com/IAfMAAk.png -> https://i.imgur.com/j7JVwsV.png so as long you have only these elements on your pages when you’ll deactivate the standard pack this will look normal if you have some standard elements will be display a shortcode.
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Will I lose my block layout after deleting the template? Will I have to create the template homepage from demo again?

Hi,
1. Unfortunately in our theme there is no option to change the author name from url, maybe this can be achieve with some plugins or custom work.
2. From what I can see the footer page is ok, the only think that I see is that you have the logos to closer -> https://i.imgur.com/GtlHZuN.png you can edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/IqO6vzE.png
3. You’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer -> https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/ edit the header template -> https://i.imgur.com/SxHCTDj.png -> https://i.imgur.com/h0BNyrz.png -> https://i.imgur.com/043Ofl9.png -> https://i.imgur.com/N6RsbcE.png for the background image check the background image from css tab from the row -> https://i.imgur.com/fxBlEJv.png
Thank you!
Editing Newsmag “food” template, you can’t edit text on homepage. The text over image on homepage “Good food and a warm kitchen are what makes a house a home.” you can’t edit. Using tagDiv Composer/ edit content/ the window is to big to see submit button/s, top or bottom. Therefore you can’t edit it. I’ve tried firefox and chrome and still don’t work.
NEED help…
where is the td_config.php file that is talked about on this page: https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-modules-introduction/
So i can make my own custom category template files? I found ONE td_config file, but it doens’t appear to be the right one…
Hello,
I have migrated to 10 and have the “tagdiv standard pack” activated. When I deactivate I get changes to my homepage that don’t look good. So I reactivated it. I can’t understand from the articles what exactly needs to be done to remove “dependencies”.
I’m sorry I’m not very tech savvy. I liked your theme because it made it easy to import the demo and replace images and link posts. Now I need to remove dependences and still have no information on how to do that…what files require to have dependencies removed…is it just the home page or is it every single page and post I have which is a lot of files. I’m sorry for the ignorance however I chose your theme so I didn’t have to do all that tech savvy stuff now I need to do a lot of work and really don’t have a roadmap to do it. What needs to be replaced with what?
I also find it kinda stupid that you don’t have a complete “default demo homepage pro” with all the elements in your cloud templates. I mean it is your default demo theme right. Can you provide me with all the pieces to the Default Pro Demo Puzzle. I know about the footer since that is the only thing named.
I hope to get a little more detailed help to understand what I need to do because the articles don’t really provide much information for me on what files I need to remove “dependencies” from so I can stop using the “tagdiv standard pack” and get the blazing fast speed I have read so much about.
Thank you

Hi,
Please notice that only the pages and cloud templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer, the standard post style/templates -> https://i.imgur.com/kheE1nz.png can’t be editable with the theme builder, you can edit the post using the edit post like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fitEVMJ.png or from WordPress -> https://i.imgur.com/NyAYkbR.png .
Thank you!
Hi,
1. I think that you are using header style 6 or multipurpose style 3.
Now the css code that you have in Theme panel is not for the menu background, this is set from theme panel> theme colors -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FPN29npU also now you can use cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud library and you can edit them using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer.
2. So in order to have the grid stretch on full width you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer, edit the page and set a Big Grid Full -> https://i.imgur.com/1wvFEnc.jpg
Big Grid Flex Settings -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/
Block settings tutorial -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
3. The Visual composer that you are using is an old version, now the update version is WPBakery, but we recommend to use it with our theme only if you do not use cloud templates ( using cloud templates with WPBakery can create conflicts).
Also you can check more in our documentation from here(new documentation) -> https://tagdiv.com/category/documentation/ and from here( old documentation ) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
So these -> https://gyazo.com/45b7a144c20af268e4af529af79085ddare header template, these can be set on standard style using the theme panel settings -> https://i.imgur.com/uP3wHpk.png also on pages and cloud templates you can edit them with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xYMxoqr.png
Thank you!
Hello !
1. Whenever you open a new page everything will refresh.
2. I recommend you to use the Image box element as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/kjPzymmvnLa This element can be found in the tagDiv Composer.
Also for the footer you will have to use a Cloud template which will be fully editable using the tagDiv Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Thank you !
Hi,
I think that you want to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library in your posts, if you want you can edit this single post template using tagDiv Composer, you can set the cloud template on post as individual -> https://i.imgur.com/9miSPZ2.pngor global in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/yglEk7g.png
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect these problems.
Thank you!
Hello !
Infinite scroll is available only with Cloud Library Post Template which can be added in post as you can see it here: https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/
For homepage this option is not available and we have not tested any plugins so we cannot recommend any in this matter.
Thank you for your understanding !
I am getting a weird issue. My installation works fine except for a single page/post template. when I tried to edit a single post article with the tag-div composer it says below.
“Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.”
In the theme panel, I have selected the necessary template and even when I override this in the post itself, the same error comes.
Please advise asap. Thanks.
Hi,
You can use a cloud template for tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer also the text for noresults can be adjusted using a custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/jAf3TMp.png
.search .no-results{
padding-left: 24px;
}
The code need to be set in theme panel> custom code> custom css
Thank you!
I’m not overly tech savy so I kinda need the step by step instructions to removing the dependencies.
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/
I used the standard white default demo and as I read the article with very little documentation it eludes to the fact I need to rebuild all pages. I don’t see in the cloud library the HOME PAGE Default Pro…only see as a footer.
Also, do I have to recreate the
Single Post template
Category Template
ETC.
Sorry for the confusion and I appreciate the assistance

Hi,
we have the latest WordPress multisite using Newspaper version 10.1.
So the problem is that on sites which have a domain name associated with the site, the TD Composer does not load, it just shows a white screen (with the loading circle) and the side bar does not respond.
TD Composer works perfectly on sites without a domain name.
The errors we get on the console below:
Load denied by X-Frame-Options: “SAMEORIGIN” from “https://alppila.net/?td_action=tdc_edit&post_id=1243&tdbTemplateType=page”, site does not permit cross-origin framing from “https://kaupunginosat.fi/alppila/wp-admin/post.php?post_id=1…ction=tdc&tdbTemplateType=page&prev_url=%2F%2Falppila.net%2F”.
SecurityError: Permission denied to access property "document" on cross-origin object
Please help, this is very urgent. We have few sites that cannot be edited because of this problem.
Kind regards,
Kotikatu team
