Hi, I can’t see featured image captions i post pages, I don’t know from when or if it’s because last theme update, I use Cloud templates, but I can’t see captions with custom post templates neither.

When I try to add a new post or look back at old posts, the template is all messed up. It has the Post Title and the post settings, yoast, amp, are all right under that and I can’t see to actually add blocks or content.

If you are using the default templates for tags and categories then you can change the limit of post from here http://prntscr.com/p52eer
Also you can use a cloud template for tags and categories -> http://prntscr.com/p52ews edit the template and set the limit of posts that you want -> http://prntscr.com/p52f5y
Also you can use the tagDiv Composer to set the ad box element and set in it the ads you want.
Please notice that the inline ad and Article bottom ad will appear only on posts/articles.

When I press the activation button I receive a message that says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
and Registration key . It is not my activation number because I used a free template but now even though I bought the original template when I upload it to WordPress, it fuses like that old one and an activation number is not mine.

I currently have a default footer which is site wide, I have made a second footer page/template for use on certain pages.
I was wondering if it was possible to configure this second footer to appear for certain pages in place of the default footer?

If you are using single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library you need to edit that single post template with tagDiv Composer and set the elements where you want -> http://prntscr.com/p49bnj

I have a problem with changing the header. I have imported the Fashion header,the default header; when I try to upload my logo, the default logo remains in place. On the cloud template page I see the below error. My new logo is seen on the template page but not live on the site.
Errors at columns elements: 3(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

Hello. I have purchased the Newspaper theme yesterday and liked it so much. However, I would like to achieve a few features in the theme.
1. Show Modified date(without any text saying “modified date:” instead of the published date on the default templates provided within the theme.
2. I would like to achieve the above-requested feature without using the cloud library and importing anything from the library.
3. This Updated date should be visible at all places (in the blocks used in the homepage etc) instead of the published date.

Unfortunately our theme do not have any feature that allow to share/send the article automatically on social media, this can be achieve only manually using the share buttons.

Yes, this option is available only in Gutenberg, “The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that is just a notice, isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, usually after you save the page/template in tagDiv Composer this message is not longer display.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page was saved in backed and not in TagDiv Composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

On the default demo template, the homepage have an element news ticker on top of the page, that is like a slider for the breaking news or trending now, I want to know if it’s possible to change this element title, instead of trending now I want to call it Breaking News.
Using TD Composer I’ve not beeing capable to change this title.
Do you guys have any solution that can help me with this?

That is because you are trying to edit a default post template from theme, please notice that the TagDiv Composer is a builder for pages and cloud templates, for example you’ll need to import a single post template from tagiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer and set it on post you want to have that design, or you can set it general in theme panel. -> http://prntscr.com/p3pydk

Demos or any Cloud Library template are fully editable using the tagDiv Composer. If you want to edit your background color on your homepage you can do it by going into Theme Panel – Background and by editing the background color as you can see here, i have clicked on the highlited zone and then edited the background color in CSS tab: https://www.screencast.com/t/jOrkp6gS
Also if your theme panel is not fully functioning, Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Ever since it was created my Cloud Template (Header Style 4) has been rendering less efficiently than the default Header Style 4. It takes a good while for the font to appear and the box will often expand before assuming its correct size. It is also highly sensitive to an optimization function called “also aggregate inline CSS”. The same function causes my Cloud Template – Big Flex Box 5 to experience font problems. Without “also aggregate inline CSS” I get poor scores on gtmetrix.com/ and developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights, with it my header breaks.
