Hello,
The options from theme panel are not applied to the cloud templates. You need to edit the template with tagdiv Composer and in the tab layout you can hide the category -> https://i.imgur.com/cKtGgZ8.png
Also, for each category, on the flex block there is a special filter for the current category, which dynamically displays the posts from that category within each category -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category) https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
Thank you!
Hello,
Are you referring to having the post view on the posts? What is not working? To have the post views count on the posts, you need to edit the single post template and add the single post view -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Ajax post views count is a feature of the Newspaper theme that allows you to keep counting post views with cache plugins. Enabling this feature will update the post views, on single post pages, using Ajax.
Thank you!
Hello Team,
We are facing issue with the home page mobile version. Its getting another previous version page. We cleared the cache from server side also. If we deactivated the theme then the issue is not coming.
Can you please check what is the issue?

Hi, I have finished preparing the template on a duplicated development site: dev.foobar.com.
Now, I am looking to import everything ( theme/page/template) to http://www.foobar.com.
I have tried the following steps:
Using the import/export feature from the theme control panel.
Using WordPress import/export on “Cloud Templates”.
Using WordPress import/export on Pages (selecting a specific date to only include the latest changes).
It’s not working. The issue seems to come from WPML because:
The links between translated homepage and mobile homepage are missing.
Some modules are also affected.
Additionally, I need to manually reassign some header templates to make them “global” again.
I also tried exporting the SQL database by extracting all wp_posts and wp_postmeta related to [“page”, “tdb_templates”]. I also considered the IDs generated in wp_icl_translations.
However, this made things even worse!
I need to deploy to production before the end of the year, and this is the first time I am struggling so much with this theme. This is not my first time dealing with WPML either.
Can you help me?
Hello,
You can edit the page with tagdiv Composer. Unfortunately, using the theme panel, you can not change them. We have long been recommending the use of cloud templates and flex blocks because the templates and blocks from the standard pack are outdated, just like the tagDiv standard pack plugin.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please edit the cloud template and select the page title https://i.imgur.com/l45YrYS.png
and check that Additional text.
Thank you!
Hello,
I think that you have made some changes in the header template and this caused the issue.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Also, you can contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the wp-admin access. Include the link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.

Still cant edit any other pages or templets either.

Hello,
I’m not entirely sure how to explain this because it’s very strange. Suddenly, the TD Composer stopped working, and the header on my website disappeared. I can’t access the Composer as it just keeps loading. Initially, all templates were loading “post” regardless of whether it was a template for a page, and now it’s not loading anything at all. However, the URL in the Composer indicates that it’s trying to load a post.
Before the issue occurred, I hadn’t installed or updated anything. The problem appeared out of nowhere. I’ve now updated plugins and everything else, but there’s no change.
Theme version is 6.2 – should i update? (running child-theme).
Hello,
This page is a template for our theme. The template is Woo Shop Base Template, and you can not disable the mobile theme on the templates.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/suppression-page-cloud-templates/

Hi, is there a way to change all the fonts of the pages all at once? I have several pages I need to change the font/text and I can’t find a way to do them all at once. I want to change titles, subtitles, H tags, etc, etc, etc. I have the Current demo installed: Art Blog PRO but, I’m only using it for the Single Templates. Everything else I’ve created an independent page for it. Thanks in advance.
I would like to inquire about how to customize the WooCommerce Shop page.
> tagDiv Mobile Theme: ACTIVE
> Cloud Woo shop base templates mobile theme: ACTIVE
> On the SHOP page, Enable/Disable Mobile Theme: DISABLE
> On the SHOP page, Enable/Disable Mobile Theme Page Grid: ENABLE
On other pages, when “Enable/Disable Mobile Theme: DISABLE” is set, the theme I configured loads correctly. However, this does not work for the SHOP page. What can I do to customize the SHOP page for mobile as well? Thanks
I followed the documentation to the letter, however this doesn’t appear to be working.
First of all, there is no option on the Cloud Templates page to add a translation version, like the screenshots here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-theme-translations-together-wpml/ (3rd screenshot is not what I see).
I managed to create different versions of Cloud Templates in different languages by duplicating them, and then moving them to their respective langugage.
For example, I have a “Romanian Header” and an “English Header”. Nevertheless, I cannot set the English Header to be global when the site is in english. If I set the Engligh Header to be global, then the Romanian version will have the Enlish header and vice versa.
Hello!
You should import a blank cloud template from the Cloud Library and rebuild the design using the tagdiv Composer shortcodes. You can customize only cloud templates with the help of the tagdiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Errors on many pages when editing with the tagdiv. It gives an error as soon as you open the pages and gives more errors when I try to edit the buttons.

I suggest you use cloud templates to choose the shortcodes on each page.

Hello!
Please edit the homepage with the tagdiv Composer and choose a header template from the Website Manager or go to the Dashboard -> Cloud Templates and set a header template as global. Check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/
Clear all caches and check the results on your front end.

hi,
i’m getting this showing up in google search:
Single Post Template……..
Translate this page
Pharetra ac malesuada in, sagittis ac nibh. Praesent mattis ullamcorper metus, imperdiet convallis eros bibendum nec. Praesent justo quam, sodales eu dui vel, …
is there anything i can do?
thanks
Anamaria
I rebuilt the homepage from the default template and it seems to have fixed the issue.
Thanks for you help.
Using SCF, I created a custom post type named “Listings” along with its own taxonomies “Locations” and “Regions”. Also, this CPT shares the same “services” taxonomy as the default directories post type. See this screenshot
The issue is this:
When I make/edit a template on one Directories and make it global (for directories), it automatically makes the Listing page as global for the same template. See this screenshot. If I try to change the template or edit the Listing or Directories, it applies the same change to both of them.
How can I separate the two so that each post type will have its own design/template. I want to make them independent from each other? Thanks
Hello!
This issue has been discussed already here, please check: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/suppression-page-cloud-templates/

Hello,
I am using the NewsWeek Pro template by TagDiv, and I have encountered an issue where posts assigned to a specific category are not displaying on the corresponding category page.
Here are the details:
The category is correctly set up, and the posts are published and assigned to this category.
The category page URL is: https://new.alternativakz.com/category/initiatives/.
The posts are visible in the WordPress admin under the category, but the category page itself says “No posts found.”
I have tried the following steps to resolve the issue:
Re-saving the permalinks.
Clearing all caches (browser and website cache).
Verifying that the posts are published, not drafts or scheduled.
Checking that the category slug matches the URL.
Despite these steps, the issue persists. Could you please assist me in resolving this problem?
Thank you in advance!
Hello!
No. The structure of the CPTs is in that demo’s plugin. So, in our demo, the jobs and the companies are 2 CPTs. When you post a job, you will choose the company as well: https://app.screencast.com/pIS1kRZMOJ9ZV
The page is a normal WordPress page and should be found in the Dashboard -> Pages. You can also create a new page, edit it with the tagdiv Composer, and add the page ID in the shortcode of the company template.
No worries. I’m here to help you!
Thank you!
