Hello,
Please let me know what php, WordPress and theme versions you have.
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Thank you for your support, though, I found a way to optimise my site.
However, I have an issue. I can’t edit my homepage with the TD Composer, each time I click on it, it shows the following error: https://paste.pics/S2GD1
Every other Cloud Template pages are loading at the backend unless the homepage. Now, I can’t make any changes to the homepage.
Please, I need your help. Thank you.

Hello,
You can remove the block with the related posts section from Single Post Template, edit with tagDiv Composer the single post template => https://www.screencast.com/t/4VoyAOlzgd6, select the block and with right-click you can delete or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
The same steps for all elements.
You need to drag and drop the elements to move them where you want. Also, do you use a Single Post template or a standard template? Please provide a video.
You can find more details here:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hello,
You can translate them from Theme Panel -> Translations -> Translations -> https://i.imgur.com/ezhjmLq.png and the title of the blocks or other elements you need to edit the pages/templates with tagDiv Composer to change the translation.
Thank you!
Hi Wriper,
There is no need to activate the tagDiv Standard Pack because this one will work the same.
Also, form the bigging the numbered pagination was only for post loop elements. Form what i know there was a conversation about this option to be add this option on flex blocks and I hope it will be add soon. 😀
The infinite loading is using ajax and the blocks are loading in the same page so will not add the link as numbered pagination (this element has an auto filter that is automatically filter the posts based on the template where it is used and on pages will display articles based on latest).
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
For each category, on the flex block there is a special filter for the current category, which dynamically displays the posts from that category within each category.
The Posts Loop automatically filters the posts depending on the cloud template you set (for example, on the category page, there will be posted posts from that category) https://forum.tagdiv.com/posts-loop/
If there is an offset set, please check the block with “No posts” and delete it. Leave it empty with no space or value: https://app.screencast.com/Gh9jDf6t0XtLS
You can find the documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/offset-feature/
Thank you!
Hi,

Thanks. First thing, I am not getting alerts when you guys respond to my queries even though I subscribe for alerts.
You can not use flex blocks without the plugin or theme
I dont understand this, I already have installed Newspaper theme and it has installed the required plugins.
The elements from the tagdiv Composer can not be used in the default templates.
Ok, I got this.
Check the settings of the flex blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
There are special filters as well and the block knows to filter by the current category for example. You can also copy-paste the block or save it as element and use it in another cloud page
I need more clarity on this, I have used tagdiv composer and used few blocks and created pages. Are you saying I can create a my own elements to be used on Tagdiv composer by using a block, change the settings and save as my own element template for further using on pages?
So you are confirming that there is no provision provided by Newspaper theme/plugins to embed the blocks or posts of specific category or filters on Posts by embedding short codes?
I saw reference to embedding blocks @ https://forum.tagdiv.com/set-block-inside-post-content/ ?

Hello, i own 3 copies of your template but i am getting really upset how this theme is moving forward.
I wanted to create our new website with tagdiv composer but when i choose flex blocks i dont have numbers on pagination. Not even infinite scroll is count pages like /page3/ /page/4/ which is good practice for SEO.
When I choose post loop which has available option for numbered pagination on homepage i cant filter specific categories and it shows ALL homepage articles.
So here we go again and i have to activate standard pack plugin with latest articles and template option where i can filter? Which is not updated and according to your words slower? But how can i recreate website with good practices if your blocks have different functions. One dont have numbers on pagination and causing duplication for crawlers another cant filter.
I am really frustrated with this
I’m using the Gourmet Pro header template that uses Flex Block 1 as a sticky menu showing recent posts (desktop). The sticky menu’s height varies by post title length, and long post titles make the menu oddly tall. I have successfully limited the number of posts to 8 per row, but nothing I have tried seems to affect the title length. I have tried these settings:
General > Content length > Title length > 25
General > Content length > Excerpt length > 25
I have also tried changing Theme Panel > Excerpts > Excerpts type from On Words to On Letters. It shortened the titles on the mega menu, but it didn’t affect the sticky menu.
CSS > Height 77px
You can see it on my site when you scroll down a bit on any page: https://www.hungrypinner.com/. Am I missing a setting, or does this need to be controlled with custom CSS?
After editing verbiage on the template, out of nowhere all verbiage on every page has disappeared. I can only see it if I hover over and click on the element. The copy only shows on the content editing menu on the left side after I click on the elements. Otherwise they’re all blank pages.

Hello!
Check out this video about how to create a website from scratch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hello!
You should identify the template you are using on your posts.
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Please note that you need to use cloud templates to edit them with the tagDiv Composer.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello, the link is formatted that way. It is showing correctly when I edit the page but the published version is not.
The captions and links have been displaying correctly using the correct version for over a year until I did updated the template and now it is not working.

Hi, I cannot import any section from the cloud when trying to design a page using tagdiv composer. The pop-up to confirm seems to appear behind the preview window. Or the preview popup does not disappear. Has this happened to anyone? I can import templates using the ‘cloud templates’ tab on the main menu, but like I said, when I try and create a page where I would like to import different sections from templates using the tagdiv composer, it does not allow me. Please see image

Hello..
I have a problem with the mobile version.
the home page and categories are displayed correctly.
But when I enter a post on mobile, some other template is displayed .
Additionally, on the phone the footer is also displayed from a different template.
What can I do to fix this?
Hi, Anamaria,
I do have those plugins activated. I have tried with and without cloud templates to no avail (same problem). In fact using templates I do see a logo but I cannot change it (I can but it is not reflected). Whenever I see the resulting page code, it just shows the css class for text logo, never image.
Any hints what can be left behind in the database (just the uploaded files folder was restored after migration)? How can I remove everything from the database that could be causing problems?
Thanks in advance,
Jose
The issue we are facing is that many of these images are quite large, which leads to slower page loading times. Additionally, many of the optimization tools we use only work on images loaded through the tag, but they don’t work on background images. We would like to know if there is a template that loads the post’s image using an
tag instead.
Hallo,
We are curently use the “Multicategories” template for displaying categories and tag pages. However, we are experiencing an issue where the article images are loaded as background images. This prevents the use of the image optimization tools we have in place, which leads to slower page loading, especially on mobile devices.
After searching through your Cloud Library, we couldn’t find a template that loads article images without using background images. Could you let us know if there’s a template available that addresses this issue, or suggest any other solutions to improve the image loading performance?
Hi,
Those tables are part of the Newspaper theme; the theme panel settings and other settings from the theme are stored in those tables.
In td_011, all the data from the theme is stored. The settings, cloud templates, backup for the theme panel, pages and so on are stored. -> https://imgur.com/k7nkIRg
If you have more settings and a big website, then it is possible for the database to grow; there are set data for posts and pages, categories, and authors. There is a limit that you can set to revert back the settings https://i.imgur.com/Riz0x9H.png
If you want, you can check this article: 7 Tips To Reduce WordPress Database Size -> https://eu.siteground.com/kb/reduce-database-size-wordpress/ But before taking any action, please make a full backup of your website and database and only then make changes in the database.
Thank you!
Hi I have created a demo header within my website and only used for one category. But to my surprise that same header is showing for 1 particular article, I have set style templates to default then also it is taking demo header for that particular article.
Hello,
You have a single post template, so you need to edit the tagdiv Composer and add elements and edit -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Unfortunately, the like button is deprecated due to privacy policy.
You can try to add the code provided from this guide in the Theme Panel -> Analictycs/ Js Codes -> head https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/wordpress/how-to-add-facebook-like-button-to-wordpress
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/third-party-cookies-firefox-tracking-protection
https://www.the-parallax.com/apple-safari-intelligent-tracking-prevention-facebook-share-like
You need to change the logo for the sticky menu and mobile menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/
Also, the post content needs to be done with Gutenberg or a classic editor. You can create the post template for posts, categories, pages and so on.
Please check this video about how can create a prebuilt website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that you have the tagdiv Composer and tagdiv Cloud Library activated. I recommend using cloud templates for headers, footers, categories, posts, and so on.
