1. You can drag and drop the whole row at the bottom of the page. Check out this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG.
It seems that the page content has been added in the Gutenberg editor; that’s why you cannot edit it in the tagdiv composer. You should add the content in the tagdiv composer by using the element “text with title” or “column text.”.
2. The page templates can’t be global on each page, and it is not working as a single template, for example. This is because maybe you want to have different elements on the pages of your site. If you need the same design, then you can copy-paste the element on the other open page with the TagDiv Composer. Right-click on the element, then copy and paste it after another element from another page. Right-click on the element, then paste after or before it.
This issue seems to be the same as at point 1: content should be added with the help of the tagdiv Composer elements, deleted from Gutenberg, and also deleted from the row as I described above.
You can have different headers and footers for your pages by selecting the header and footer you want from the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/.
Do not edit the header because it will change on every page of your website.
A row can be added with a drag-and-drop after another row, and it should display a green color.
Please note that you can’t customize the other elements other than the ones added with the TagDiv Composer.

I have a Custom Post Type with a custom template which works fine.
I added a second template and change it to “Mobile”, also selected the option “Copy content”.
So now I have two templates for my CPT, the original one and the mobile version with a few mods.
I would expect to see the mobile template when using my phone, by I still see the original template (desktop).
What am I missing?

I sent you some screenshots yesterday showing you what’s happening when I try to edit my homepage. The same happens for a couple of pages but not others and also when I try to edit my “category page”. Other pages and single post pages seems to be absolutely fine. Is it something to do with the images?

My website was running fine but suddenly all the posts stopped loading. The front page still gets up but I get this error when I click on any post:

Upon accessing a post, I navigate to the TagDiv Composer, where I modify the single post template by incorporating a menu element. While this adjustment reflects in the post, it inadvertently manifests on the homepage as well, resulting in the display of two menus. Consequently, I find it necessary to eliminate the menu from the single post template. I seek guidance on a viable solution to address this issue.

i know i can duplicate the templates for each post, but the problem is that over time i will have thousands of posts, and so id literally have thousands of duplicated templates in the backend which would be a total mess!
is there no better way to do this?

I can see that you use the mobile theme plugin.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I have some confusion about some of the pages on our website admin.
I have 3 different login pages.
https://www.commandeleven.com/log-in/ – which is completely blank
https://www.commandeleven.com/login/ – which seems to be connected to a AR member plugin, based on the shortcode on the page. We don’t have AR member installed in our plugins.
https://www.commandeleven.com/tds-login-register/ – which I think is the TagDiv login page for the site.
In addition:
https://www.commandeleven.com/change_password/ – is completely blank, so I don’t know if this part of the TagDiv pages or not
If it is supposed to have content, please help me understand what shortcode or content should appear here, because there are no sections in the cloud template library for a change password page.
https://www.commandeleven.com/my-account/ – gives a 404 error, so I don’t know if this is linked to another plugin and wasn’t deleted when the plugin was deleted. But in the admin section, it’s listed as My Account.

hi,
basically i am trying to design my posts page and its being a bit of a nightmare.
i need my posts to include a title, a picture, some descriptive text, and a button, so i designed a nice template using tagdiv and set it as a global template for posts.
the issue i found then is that all my posts are identical and if i change one bit on any of them, using tagdiv (eg replace the text with relevant text), it updates all posts using that template to be identical.
so i tried just designing the sidebars using tagdiv, and then tried using a different page builder for the content of the post as i thought this then wouldnt be global, and only the sidebars would be global.
unfortunately i have tried using divi builder by elegant themes, and even though it says it’s active on a particular post, it doesnt seem to work and the visual page builder doesnt show up when editing.
so then i tried elementor, and this is giving an error of:
“sorry the content area was not found in your page. you must call ‘the_content’ function in the current template, in order for elementor to work on this page’
it’s really frustrating because the theme is generally very good but it feels like there are some really difficult things about it.
surely it cannot be so difficult to use a page builder on a posts page? what i want is very simple and yet i just cannot figure out the issue. each of my posts should follow the same layout, however replace the images to relevant images, replace the links to the relevant links, and replace the texts to relevant text… for each individual post.
i’ve followed instructions in the guide, i know how to use tagdiv, and yet nothing works. tagdiv only seems appropriate for creating site-wide functions, or pages rather than posts.

I have been working with the newspaper theme in WordPress for some time now.
I have a footer and would like to display an image in it. So far this works quite well.
Now I would like to address the container directly with the corresponding class. This also works on the homepage. However, the content is generated so dynamically that the ID of the container changes on every subpage.
The consecutive container numbers are as follows:
tdi_139
….
tdi_143 etc..
I have already tried to assign a fixed ID to the container to which I add the background image in the TagDiv Editor. However, within this container, further containers with consecutive IDs are created, which in turn are different on each subpage.
My question:
Is there a way to define a background image for a container and assign a corresponding class directly for the image to prevent the classes from being stubbornly consecutive?

The guide provided, “use-tabbed-content-shortcode”, is related to my original concern of not wanting to create a whole page for tabbed content.
Previous versions of Newspaper allowed the content to easily be tabbed on the same PAGE without having to create a whole other page to then import it.
Even though not the designed I was hoping for, I was open to your original suggestion of “sections” (https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/single/page/Sections/2496) but I don’t want to import a template and have it override my page layout.
Is there a way to have it similar to an old version of Newspaper where it was a simple tab and the content was entered within the composer? or if it requires some line of code I can do that as well.
I would like to avoid the built-in option of having to create multiple pages when the main event page should be enough.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
