Hello @sanjeevkk!
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

The page is loading slowly and it is saying there is unneccesary CSS. Can you please guide me to resolve this issue 🙂
Hi,
The pagespeed do not depends only by the theme, there are a lot of elements, like page elements, external resources, ads, extra plugins…
As I see on your website, there are no theme problems, but maybe you can optimize better the pagespeed for your website:

Disabled it but, fonts (https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Muli%3A400%2C600%2C800&ver=11.4) still loading on the pagespeed insight.
Hello @sbibek!
That black line is a row from the TagDiv Composer. Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and delete it, make sure you select the row of the element when you drag and drop it: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxuOzYIIpcG
This issue is caused because you have so many elements in page. In order to fix this please check this guide too: https://www.corewebvitals.io/pagespeed/fix-avoid-excessive-dom-size-lighthouse

Hi,
I just changed to the Publication Pro templates. All of the site went from having a GTmetrix grade A to grade E.
I did not change anything on the site other than the theme templates. What seems to be the issue?
Site: https://bit.ly/3FMdDLe
I had AdSense on the previous theme and it was running perfectly.

Hello @alessandrogini1!
A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contain less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update(11.4).
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

Hello @Bettina,
I am not using Lazy Load. My Website speed is just 38 on PageSpeed Insights. Please Resolve my website issue.
Thank You!
Hello HRHQ!
What I can suggest for your ads is to set an auto size for them and not a fixed height and width in order to display in place in the div(box). If you have many ads, then the score can not be 100% because this will decrease your page speed. For slow images, as a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation from the theme panel.

Hi jamesportis, indeed when the search is not working most of the time is related to some extra plugins that are in conflict with that theme element.
The mega menu can be set by adding the category on menu elements, so removing those categories from menu elements will remove the mega menu .
Also, if you want you can check our pagespeed guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Hi limitlessv,
We tested only the WP Super Cache plugin. Now we can not say that this is the beset and you can not use other cache plugin, but for this one we can provide the settings that need to be done to work properly.
Also, for pagespeed you can use our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!

Maybe you can try the steps from those guide:

I hope this helps you!
Hi,
There are some suggestion for how to make the theme fonts to no longer take that long time to be loaded -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/low-scores-on-mobile-theme-amp-and-desktop-pagespeed-and-gt-metrics-optimize/ also if you want you can simple disable the default theme fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/Ntkht65.png and use only fonts from google or custom fonts.
I hope this will help you!
Hi
After visiting pagespeed, and the site getting a dismal score of 38 …
I installed WP Super Cache, set according to your docs, then installed JetPack according to WP Super Cache recommendations.
AMP is no longer showing as an option to the left.
How can I get acceptable performance, not lose AMP?
Is there a guide on how to get things so that a 38 isn’t returned?
Hello,
In PageSpeed Insights I get suggestion to reduce unused CSS pointing to
/wp-content/litespeed/css/1477485aef4a5e073566397a054122f7.css?ver=f3ef9
In Litespeed I have enabled “Cache Mobile”
Can you suggest how to deal with unsued CSS in mobile theme?
In cloud template it is possible to use CSS analyzer.
Thank you
Hello,
The page speed is not related only to the theme that you are using, this is affected by plugins/content/ads/ external resources, etc.
Your website needs an optimal speed that’s why you need to make some settings also to help for the improvement.
Also, to increase the page speed you can check these similar topics for more solutions:
– https://www.xtechkr.com/optimize-newspaper-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/optimize-script-to-improve-site-speed/

– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view.
Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.
To be able to optimize and to remove CLS please check these guide => https://developers.google.com/web/tools/lighthouse/ -> https://www.sqlpac.com/en/documents/google-pagespeeds-lighthouse-6-new-features-lcp-cls.html -> https://web.dev/lighthouse-whats-new-6.0/ -> https://web.dev/lcp/ -> https://web.dev/cls/
