Hello,
Please notice that the speed of your website depends on how well your site is optimized.
Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. So, if you follow the steps which are presented in this tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ you can increase the page speed loading and if you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because the speed optimization services are not covered by our support policy, as you can read here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/ Check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ regarding on dedicated server to fit our requirements.
Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to minify the style.css file and we cannot recommend any plugins with this functionality because is not tested with our theme. For minifying this file, we are using CloudFlare for our demo and works fine. If you want to read other views from our users, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tip-how-to-easily-minify-your-css-without-breaking-your-site/
Also, check all of your Ad Spots and if you have entered any suspicious code through them, remove all of them and check the results without them.
One of our top members here on the forum wrote his own optimization tutorial here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/ and here -> https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
Basically, these are the theme requirements

Hi Catalin,
Thank you for your reply. I have check all the requirements and all are matching. I also have checked “system status” over template menu. You can find the result here:
https://www.screencast.com/t/aRdvKzEm
Unfortunately i also can not login from /wp-admin link but i am typing /wp-login.php then i can reach the login screen. After entering my username and password and hitting Enter than again a blank screen appears. So i am again changing the link manually to /wp-admin and hitting enter. Then i can able to use admin dashboard.
I also having trouble with editing, creating a new post.
Besides all of these i tried to deactivate some plugins but when i click on deactivate then again a blank screen appears. When i delete the rest of the link after /wp-admin in adressbar of my browser and hit enter then admin dashboard opens and i again follow the same steps to reach plugin menu and deactivate the others one by one with again the same proses.

Hello,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, check the system status requirements to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
As indicated earlier, I already meet all those requirements you are asking. So, those don’t apply to me. Could you also kindly answer the first question?
I have tried installing a few demos, but i get no content
everything is ok regarding requirements
Hi,
@Frédéric Bénot Maybe one of your plugins is causing the problem. Enable them one at a time and keep checking if the problem returns.
Also check the WP-memory parameter, when multiple plugins are active it may be insufficient
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
For most users a value of 256M is enough, we recommend that value if possible. Maybe it is not a plugin conflict, but insufficient memory.
Thanks

Hi,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, all the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
In most cases the issue is caused by one of the cases below.
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks

Hi,
So once you set a menu for the mobile theme in the theme panel mobile settings, it gets reset/removed? Does it happen after a period of time, or specific actions on your part?
I will make some tests on my side to see if it happens for me as well. You could check if there are enough resources, as mentioned in this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks
Hi,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, disable all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Did you increase the wp_memory? some time is need to be more then we suggest in requirements, also did you add this in .htaccess https://www.screencast.com/t/cctQtcNjxff ?
Please provide some screenshots with the error that TagDiv Composer give you.
Thank you.
Hi,
For composer problems there are a few things to check. First would be the requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources most likely will cause problems using the theme and theme plugins.
If there is no need for modifications in that matter, in some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages or pages not loading, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Ultimately we could take a look. We will require admin login and also cPanel or FTP if possible.
Send this information by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will investigate. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hello! We verified, however all status is green, and also the memory results as already increased and in green too. All minimal requirements you set in your guide are satisfied, we have WP Super Cache as suggested by you and also – we didn’t have any issue before the upgrade. So alas no result by now and we still need your support.
392 MB/request
Hi,
That could be caused by limited or insufficient resources, the theme has these requirements
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In some cases 500 errors were solved by increasing the WP memory, for most users 256M would be enough.
Install via WordPress -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Install via FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thank you.
Hello,
First of all, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, all the theme’s plugins are activated and updated, remove all of the untested plugins, ensure that your system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Clear all the caches and check the results. Hi,
Most important, please be sure to check the updated theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Increase all the parameters if it’s the case.
In similar cases with HTTP 500 errors the issue was caused by insufficient memory(WP_MEMORY_LIMIT). Try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible. Contact the hosting provider to do it for you if needed.
Thank you .
Hello,
Usually it is a memory allocation issue. Please read this guide carefully and make the proper adjustments to your website:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Another possible cause would be the file permissions: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/
Thank you!
