I suggest you reinstall the latest version of the theme via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare, increased system status parameters and check the results. Indeed, there seems to be no page content whatsoever, no footer etc. Only the header is shown in the website at the moment. Basically these are the theme requirements

If these are met the theme and theme plugins should work, there could however be other factors regarding hosting or server configurations that can sometimes be causing issues.

Notice that is not a simple task and if you do not have any experience in this regard you will do not bring good results for the theme. Also, notice that we have a speed optimization tutorial but this is addressed only to advanced users. Best thing you could do is to contact your hosting provider and they should have a look. This might be caused by the server and they would be more qualified to provide advice or even fix this for you.

There are size requirements for most header styles, but header styles 9, 10 and 11 do not have a requirement, you can set any size you want as logo. An example would be this demo that uses header style 10 and a big logo

The latest theme version is optimized over the previous versions, the composer as well was optimized. You could try as a test to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins and check if this has any effect. Check with your hosting provider what exactly is causing the problem.

Let’s try to take things one at a time. Please state the current issues you are having with the theme and we will try to help you. As long as the theme requirements are met there should be no problems, as mentioned above.

It would be recommended to check hosting documentation or better consulting with them, in order to make effective modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide.
If those are not set properly most likely there will be problems with the theme and plugins.

If you cannot use the theme or you are not satisfied with it, you can request a refund and we will approve it.

The first error seems to point to a Sabai plugin from what I can see, the second one could be related. Try deactivating all plugins and check the results.
