Hi,
I am using Big grid slide on my homepage. The big slide shows stars of reviews, what is awesome. I would like to put some text in front of these stars and position them on the top of the big slide. Is this possible? Where can I adjust this? It seems to be in class “td-meta-align”.

Please notice that for Block 1, the smallest images do not have excerpts as you can see in our demo preview, here -> http://screencast.com/t/dWaldRk9r34 This is the default behaviour of the theme and if you want to change this functionality for this type of Block, you have to do some additional customizations through code which involve custom work. If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

I uploaded the Newspaper6 theme update and a box with information from my user profile start showing at the bottom of the site in preview. How do I switch this off, I already have the same information on my footer settings and it better there.
Also how do I disconnect the Share and Enjoy social media button, from the attached image you can see that I’m using a different plugin for the social media, I will also like to edit the follow us social media buttons

Please provide the specific link where you have a background image so I can inspect it closer.

I have gone back to wp-engine about my cdn affecting my plugin and they said :
I’ve looked over the link you provided and those setting look to be specific to Cloudflare. I see the domain name is using the WP Engine CDN; I reviewed the link fully but I didn’t see any comparable settings I could adjust on our CDN for you.
For caching issues, we can set a cache exclusion on our end. This will prevent our server from caching the page and deliver an up to date version. We would need to know the specific URL this issue occurs on in order to set the exclusion. If the issue is specific to the theme, the theme developer may already know which paths this needs to be done for.
If you can let us know what paths to exclude, we’ll be happy to do so. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

You would need to work with the theme developer to see if there’s a particular cookie or argument that can be excluded from caching that perhaps controls the random menu. If so, we can certainly exclude that, but we cannot exclude the entire homepage.

Please notice that do not exist a special place where the title site will be displayed in your homepage. I suppose that you are referring to the logo and if you want to appear the title of your site you have to use this to do that. As I can see on your website, you do not have set it a logo and because of this, you have nothing appears to your header. Please check our demo preview and see how you have to look a homepage. I have checked your screenshots but on the real theme are not some differences about the size of pages. As you can see in our documentation, the original width is 1068px. The theme has been designed to be used on this layout, for better results. Unfortunately, we do not recommend to increase or decrease this width because the layout of the theme will be broke. Also, please notice that if you set the background image or background color from Theme panel, the layout of the theme will be boxed. Actually, all the time, you have to take as a reference our demo preview, like this -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ because there you can see the original dimension of the page.

I have checked your website and I have noticed that you have not the featured video set it from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wDrk14VdzE Please ensure that you have set it your desired video as Featured video and also make sure that your theme is not influenced by some untested plugins which can cause some errors in the theme. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. I know how to create a button once I’m in the post, but I’m wanting the button to appear in module (the article or post preview)… before the reader gets to the post. The area the reader would normally click on to get to the post. I hope that makes sense.

First of all, I recommend you to import our demo with the content for making an idea about how it was built and then you have to read all our documentation and understand each element of the theme of how it works. After these steps, you should try to implement yourself this in your website. Do you try to import our demo travel with content? I recommend this way because it more useful (for beginning) to edit existing instead of making something from scratch. Please notice that Travel demo is a custom template and requires more customization performed against the default. Please make sure that you do not have JavaScript errors which can be caused by untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. As you can see in our demo preview, all works fine and does not appear differences between fonts on any browsers.

I have applied this code and my top menu appears on mobile. When the device is vertical – on the home page and posts, the menu is aligned left. On regular pages, it is aligned center which is preferable. On categories, it shows only the social.
Any way to apply CSS that would make the home page and posts have the centered menu? And also for categories to show the menu items instead of social?

Hey guys, seems I found a bug in the Theme. If adblocker is enabled in the browser, in my case Google Chrome, a Theme Element disappears. The site is http://www.Enterverse.de and the element is below the big Grid, called “letzte Reviews”.

Unfortunately, we cannot make your website, sorry! You have to implement it yourself. We only can point you in the right direction. You can try any demo you want and the layout of the site will be as you can see in our demo preview. Also, please notice that Travel demo is a custom layout built on our theme and if you want to have the same stylish style you have to build from scratch. If you have another content in your database and then you switch to another demo, can appears incompatibilities and you have to adjust them for good results.

The review system is for writing articles, such as reviewing a book or movie. Not people reviewing the article about the review of a book or movie. Lots of easy to use plugins available. 🙂
