I’ve tried to access your website to check this strange issue, but it seems that your website can not be reached. Please make sure the issue it’s not from a cache issue or a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again in an incognito file.

Hi to all, i’m having a strange error in the last 7 days: when i upload an image, the thumb is not showned correctly. It is an error born as i said about 7 days ago but i did not do anything on the site.
As you can see, the image (in the second block, “block 2” on newspaper theme builder) is bigger but should be as the first one… why? i attach also the error on the plugin of thumb!

Hello,
So I’ve purchased and installed a theme to build a blog and the category filters are not working properly for the theme I’m using. I’ve installed the Gossip theme (the red one not purple).
When I hit the filter tab for an element on either flex blocks, or slides it won’t show me the filtered category, it will just show “No Posts”.
The strange part is that some categories work where as others don’t work at all. Also lets say I hit ” all categories, for the filters on a certain element, it can show posts from a category, but if i try to filter by that category specifically it won’t show anything.
Please help, running on a deadline for creation.

Hello,
We need to insert some text on each page of the site somewhere in the top section before or after the main menu. Unfortunately when I copy the header.php or page.php templates into the child theme and paste the code in the file, nothing appears.
Also, very strange issue is when I simply copy the page.php file in the child theme without modifying anything the layout of the site breaks.
Please advise how exactly we should correct the template in order to be able to show the text.

No plugin conflict I can find
One strange thing is that the custom work from Tagdiv adds the ‘live category tag’ options to all flex blocks – this new label should appear near to that menu item that I have on my theme – but doesn’t
The Big Grids do not have the ‘live category tag’ option from TD custom work, but the new label option DOES appear on FlexGrids
As I said though the custom work was a few updates ago and all has been fine until this improvement

Well, today I noticed something strange. In Theme Panel, in the “Welcome” section, now appears “Prebuilt Website Installed: News Magazine”, but it was always the “Newspaper Pro” theme (https://prnt.sc/26utpqm).
I also noticed something, “Newspaper Theme” always appears on the site https://www.wpthemedetector.com/, and now it just says “It was not possible to detect the WordPress theme in https://gay.blog.br, although WordPress was detected on that website.”
And looking further, I found this link of yours (https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-vs-newsmag-how-to-choose-the-perfect-wordpress-theme-for-your-project/) that says: “tagDiv Cloud Library is a gallery of pre-made design templates that are entirely customizable. This option is available only with the Newspaper theme.”
Is it possible that my theme got misconfigured from “Newspapper” to “Newsmag” with the last update? If yes, how to fix this?

Also, you can use the import/export option to bring back theme panel settings.

I have a strange problem as the title said. I have a hidden Raw Html Block inside the homepage and I cannot find it anymore with TagDiv Composer. I tried to delete every block from the homepage, but is still there. The hidden code is still there, I can find it into view source.

Hello. The mobile version is not showing anything similar with the one created for mobile in your theme, using Tagdiv Composer. It doesn’t show our menus and categories, it shows something way different. Tried multiple times to assign the mobile theme (i even created 3 different ones), still not showing up on mobile devices, even tho if you check the mobile version on a desktop, it appears what we created. Very strange and we need some help with that.

Hi jeffreytszchung, this is quite strange the situation that you have. On desktop everything seems to be normal, but on mobile the text is not display and there are some errors in console -> https://i.imgur.com/b8j7jre.png most of them are related to images that were not loaded.
What I suggest is to make a test using only the tagdiv plugins and check if the problem persist, if the problem is solved, then is a plugin conflict, to find the plugin that causing the problem enable the plugins one by one and check the results.
If the problem persists only with tagDiv plugins, then please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com provide, wp-admin and cPanel access. Also include the link of this topic to identify you.

Whenever I am writing few words break and go to next line even it has space for few more words.
I don’t want to use classic editor.

Make sure it’s not a simbol or a strange character in the shortcodes if you use tagdiv Composer and deactivate all the non tagdiv plugins and cache plugins.

Now the thumb size that are used are those https://i.imgur.com/xb3F3hG.png and it can be selected using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/nT6grSa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/5o90wSX.png
The flex blocks can be adjusted and you can choose the thumb size, just to make sure that you have enable that thumb in the theme panel and to regenerate the thumbs.

For some strange reason, on the blog category page after the pagination, the same content shows again in a loop.
So for example, if we show 10 blogs, after pagination the same 10 blogs show, instead of the next 10.
It breaks when we change it to “Load more” or “infinite load”.
