I have checked your website and I saw that error. It seems to be a strange issue! Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins and check the results.

It is true that the post is linked to the thumbnail that represents it in blocks. In blocks only thumbnails are displayed

That is not the full image resized, it is an actual thumbnail of the image created by the theme automatically. Inspect an image in a block on your website, they should be thumbnails.
If they are not, then please regenerate the thumbnails

The full image will not be displayed in block modules.

Just for the zoom when you put your mouse on the image, on Chrome nothing happens and on Edge it shows the photo in little.

Strange but now the zoom effect work on Edge but not in Chrome.
Another thing on the same URL, the first photo on the page (portrait of John GUASTAFERRO) is clikable.
But it open the image.
How coulf I achieve to do the same things with a pop in like in the post pages?

I followed the instructions by updating the .htaccess code but now have stuffed up the entire website and it’s showing me error 500:Internal Error
I did backup of the orifinal .htaccess file. So i tried to re-upload it, but nothing changed.

That is unusual, the theme will create thumbnails from the featured images, not load and serve scaled original images.
From what I can see the thumbnails are not created properly in your website. When using the theme with existent content it is recommended to regenerate the thumbnails

GD library has to be available, check that before regenerating in the theme system status.
The regeneration process will create all the necessary thumbnails that appear in blocks/modules.

something strange is happening to my site. I installed the new wordpress 4 times since yesterday. Everything works until the installation of heaven spa demo. After the installation works a few minutes and I even managed to change the background and a few details, but after a while the page disappears completely! The domain does not find a page, and I can only see what’s in the picture at the technical address. I did not modify any files or the htacces file. It just disappears!

I already figured it out. I enabled the debug mode of WordPress and the problem was in the functions.php of the child theme. There was some strange code in there. The code doesn’t even exist in your functions.php of the child theme. After i removed the code, everything was functioning fine.

Installed bbpress correctly, created forums and topic but in front end I have strange behaviour: On the forum “bar” it reports the correct number of topics and replies near the icons, but once I click on the forum link to see discussions I have message who informs me that no topics exist.
– In the backend it seems all correct.
– If I change theme to a wordpress default one forum show correctly also in the frontend.

I would like to see this option added, I have a conflict with the WPforo plugin. I don’t want to disable the mobile theme plugin while it working great and fast. But on the forum pages I have some issues in styling some wired <br> are added on some places witch gives a strange look!
yes it always starts with item 5 on desktop, however on the mobile site it starts from item 1. Very strange

Indeed it does not seem to detect the screen size properly. once he screen is resized by even 1 pixel, the gallery will work fine again. it is a strange issue But i suspect other elements on that page breaking the layout. there are a lot of complex elements preset on the page that could influence the gallery. Please test the gallery on a brand new page and see if the result is the same. If it is, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can investigate this.

Dear, whenever I tried to change the name of the Shop Page even in capital or small letters, then this issue happens. For instance, when I tried to rename the page SHOP from Shop, then this thing happens. In the recent case, I have changed the main logo of the website and that’s all and this problem appears again. This is what I have experience so far.
As far as the theme update is concerned; I was using the theme 8.5 and when I switched over to 8.7, then then this issue resolved temporarily, but re-appears after some time for strange reasons. Previously, I have tried to re-upload the theme files to cover this issue and the issue solved temporarily only. That’s why I am asking you to please look into the matter that what thing actually is causing this problem.

That message is a prompt that mentiones that the thumbnail necessary for that module is not enabled in the theme panel block settings, so it will not be created.
Enable it and regenerate the thumbnails

The images you use should be bigger, the theme will crop them center-top and create the thumbnails that are enabled in the theme panel, these will appear in the grids and modules/blocks you use

1) My logo on the AMP pages is not displayed even though I saved it in the mobile logos. Moreover and it is strange when I move the mouse pointer to the place where should be the Amp Logo I can see that the URL of my site is displayed at the bottom left as shown in this image :
2) I tried to put a background Theme and the same thing in mobile version but it only appears on my browser where I am connected with my wordpress admin account. Indeed when I use another browser or a visitor goes to my site, the background theme is not displayed.
3) My last problem is that all my images are suddenly automatically left aligned and this even old images. I specify that this only affects my browser where I am logged in with my wordpress admin account and that just like concern number 2, visitors are not affected.
