Thanks for your assistance. All plugins are tested and have been working with no compatibility issue.
Strangely, the sidebar setting is not accessible on pages wich do not dispay the sidebar, such as here :https://www.screencast.com/t/rxjrPkbWHi (from http://stock-newswire.com/acheter-ou-louer/).
It says : While using Visual Composer sidebar settings are not available. To add a sidebar on page use the widgetised sidebar block.
However the sidebar setting is accessible on pages wich dispay the sidebar, such as here https://www.screencast.com/t/q0zp1WSLrrbM (from http://stock-newswire.com/calcul-rendement-locatif/).
Obviously there are different settings between these 2 pages, but I can’t see wich ones as I see visual composer in action in both.

My pages are all set on the template “Pagebuilder + page tittle”, wich displays a sidebar. But strangely, this style doesn’t not apply on all page.
For example :
– this page displays according to the template : http://stock-newswire.com/calcul-rendement-locatif/
– this page displays according to the template : http://stock-newswire.com/5-conseils-investir-loi-pinel/
– this page displays according to the template : http://stock-newswire.com/test-style/ (I created it 2 min ago as a test page)
– this page does not display according to the template : http://stock-newswire.com/taux-immobiliers/
– this page does not display according to the template : http://stock-newswire.com/le-guide/.
However, these page are all set on the template “Pagebuilder + page tittle”. They should all display according to the template.
I have tried to unset the template and to reset it back, but still the sidebar would not show up in certain pages. Could you point me the road to follow to solve this ?

Hi Jessie it was off… It is strange as none of the other page has Post page beside it (others have draft and homepage etc) i am sure its a rogue button press somewhere

I have issue with mobile theme. On the post page list of categories over post title is strange. It lists just 2 categories while on the desktop version it lists all applicable categories.
Check following page:

I have checked your website on the mobile device and I notice that your header will not disappear from mobile. It is strange because the mobile version will hide it. Do you have added some code which forces this header to be in this section and for mobile devices? Try to revert the theme to the default state, disable all the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and check the results.

You most likely have the thumbs disabled and your site loads the full image.s We see this happen lots of times. Suddenly I have strange (japanese) icons for my social netwerk links. De links work correct but the icon changed to a weird japanese letter. The same thing happend to the icon displaying the total views and total comments for a page.
I realy have no clue how this happened.

The problem seems to be generated by CDN. You can find a solution here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/ Also, if the problem will not be solved with this advice, please try to find other online solutions in this regard because the origin of this issue can be more complex and depends on a lot of things and it is not theme related.

Strange thing with the breking news ticker: we are unsing it (or not) for really breaking news – e.g. public warnings. so the ticker has to display usually only one post. this causes the ticker to disappear after the text was shown once.
after that, the tiker is invisible. it is still possible to click the bessage, but it remains invisibele.
this can be easily reproduced with any browser on windows.
could you pls repair that ๐
In my case the sidebar was moved from the Visual Composer page of the front page to the front page widget area. Strange, but working ๐

When I went to add the important tag I noticed that I couldn’t find the CSS code I originally put in to make my post titles turn red on hover, which was strange. It was strange because all my post titles still turn red on hover even without the code in the custom CSS section.. So anyway I tried putting in the code with and without the important and nothing seems to be happening when adding either of them. So to conclude all of my post titles are turning red on hover except for the four top ones on my homepage, even when adding that CSS code

And by the way, I also noticed another unwanted issue…. when scrolling down a page the main menu disappear (as it should). But when scrolling back up again the main menu appears with the full width logo image beside the menu items… This makes the menu look strange. Only the menu should be seen at this point… Any suggestions for this also?

there are some reeeally strange things happening on my site ๐ …
Some customers wrote us, that our mobile menu sometimes shows chinese symbols, although our site is completely in german. I have checked this: an they are telling the truth!
After some pageviews the mobile menu shows up in chinese (or asian or whatever symbols). This only seems to affect the mobile part of the site…
I don’t know what happened! ๐

I always use WPML that is a great plugin and it’s very strange that this theme do not support this.
Also i do not think to be the first user that ask a good solution for translate the site ๐
I ask also: if i use WPML confirm that i do not have to user “translation” in theme panel?

This is a strange issue as the sidebar will show up even when empty. Please use this guide to create a new sidebar: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/ and after you create it, the new sidebar will show up in the widgetized sidebar element: http://screencast.com/t/JEgMLbRopXO
There could be a delay if you have a strong cache active. Please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache and then clear all caching from your end.
