Hi,
Unfortunately, please note that our theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! If you want to display some videos on your website, you will need to use the Playlist element from our TD Composer and also, if you want to create a gallery, you will need to use the tagDiv Gallery functionality, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/video-playlist-2/
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
My start page has many errors after update 9.7. No only but also at the bottom I see the residual code [/tdc_zone]. When I go into TDComposer there is yellow error that I cannot because it is immediately pushed over by a red error message that says:
Error at rows: 7(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Please not that this comes before I did any edits, so there is no CTRL+Z.
I think the yell error may say that this page was not created in TDC.
When I look into the HTML, [/tdc_zone] does not seem to residual there. It seems part of the proper closing:
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][tdc_zone type="tdc_content"]
[/tdc_zone][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Hi,
I have an issue with the header. I use the TD Composer (in WordPress), change the header using Import option but afterwards neither at the front end or Theme Panel any changes that are done (logo, background colour, etc.) are not visible. How can I make them appear? Which step I am missing?
Saved too quickly. That’s a screenshot of the malfing TD Composer editor.

https://store.amazingstories.com/store-home/ – a blank page I’ve created to try to edit too with no luck.

I’m trying to replace an existing page with a TD Composer page but I’m discovering when I try to edit, old or new page, that it jumps into the back end editor then brings up TD Composer, but I never get the full Composer interface – just the left sidebar to the right of the admin sidebar and I don’t see the page elements.
I’ve completed all your suggested fixes on ‘mkdv.meta-morphos.es’ but found no solution.
The screenshots are below.
The common factor, whether the store page was setup with TD Composer or WP Bakery, is that the WooCommerce products DO display when that shop page is NOT selected as the ‘Shop’ page in WooComm settings, and DO NOT display when that page is selected as go to Shop page in WooComm settings.
I deactivated all non-Newspaper plugins at one time, and then deactivated plugins one-by-one. The results were the same.
I also activated/deactivated WP Bakery plugin in the test.
No child theme is in use.
*** FYI On the blank display page the Chrome Console shows following error in red:
“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
/storetc/mode-less.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”
Newspaper appears to have code obstructions to allowing WooCommerce to function in it’s normal way. Will your programmers correct this in the near future?

Hi,
So if i understand correctly you want that the title of post from the category page to have a different accent color, if is so then you can achieve this in two ways:
1. Using custom css -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ if you need help with this, Please provide me a link to your category page and I will gladly provide a custom css for you.
This is an example code
.category .td_module_wrap:hover .td-module-title a{
color: red;
}
2. You can use a category template from tagDiv Cloud Library and customize it using the tagDiv Composer .
Thank you!
Hi,
A tagDiv gallery such as this one can be added in a page
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/
Please try as suggested in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/migration-visual-composer-to-tagdiv-composer-2/
Or you can add multiple inline single image elements, these have the modal option
– http://prntscr.com/oh568b
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
We’ve tried to keep our documentation up to date for the child theme and for the rest of the theme functionality.
Since Newspaper v9.7 the theme functionality was moved in ta-composer and the child theme was working only with style.css and functions.php; but now in the last version ( Newspaper v9.7.4 ) the child theme is working again like before and the files from td-composer plugin can be set in the child theme -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
We recommend to set the child theme via FTP, also if you are using the envato api, there can be a little delay until you’ll receive the available update.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
So you are using header style 1. That is the one the live theme demo uses
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
There are some margins there, without those it wouldn’t look good
– http://prntscr.com/oh4qju
But I could reduce the margins top and bottom to half – http://prntscr.com/oh4rl8
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-recs {
margin: 14px 0 9px;
}
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-logo {
margin: 14px 28px 9px;
}
The code can be entered in the theme panel custom CSS section. Please let me know if you have more questions.
Or you could build your own header with the header builder and the cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
There are cloud headers built by us that you can import and modify if needed
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
These headers can be created/modified in the composer. If you want to build one from scratch, use the blank header template.
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Why is it no possible to insert shortcodes in posts, like inside Composer (which is not user friendly)? I want a template like this: https://spurt.no/tdb_templates/gratis-treningsprogram/
To do that, I have to create a whole new template, and that take to long with Composer. Is it another easier way to do this?
right now we only use td composer
so if we didn’t install wpbakery,
we didn’t need to install plugin js composer
is it right?

Hello,
I’ve found a few past posts related to my problems with WooCommerce, but none of the proposed solutions are working for me.
I had a WooCommerce shop page on my site when using a previous Newspaper version and the WPBakery Page Builder. It displayed fine using the WooComm blocks.
Since updating to latest v 9 newspaper version the Shop page hasn’t displayed so I’ve tried various solutions. I’ve built new shop pages using both TD Composer and WPBakery Page Builder. When the new page is NOT selected in WooCommerce Products settings, the WPBakery displays products fine and the TD Composer page only displays the shortcode for WC Products. When either page is selected as the go to Products page in WC settings, the page displays blank.??
Could you suggest a solution?
I don’t see a way to attach screenshots.
When WooComm ‘Product’ settings are selected for a shop page it displays as blank.
When not selected the TDComposer page only displays shortcode, and the WPBakery displays products but with odd mega vertical spacing that must be corrected with CSS.
The site is a development clone site for Marketwisetrader.com,
address is //mkdv.meta-morphos.es
Thanks, Lon

Hi,
I am looking for a way to implement contact form 7 with the TD Composer. So far i am unable to put in the code for this in a text block.
hi, I receive that on mobile:
” fatal error: require_once():failed opening required
/home/farefapi/public_html/wpcontent/Newspaper/includes/tagdiv-congig.php”
(include_path=”../usr/local/php71/pear”)
in /home/farefapi/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/functions.php on line 10
This link to cloud template will not show in mobile version, caused of technical problems:
https://spurt.no/tdb_templates/gratis-treningsprogram/
it displays on desktop version. Whats wrong?

Hi there!
before I begin, the problem fixed itself (I don’t know how)
When I updated to the last version of the Newspaper theme (9.7.4), there was an “ajax error” in the td-composer plugin. After many attempts that were from uploading the file via wp plugin uploader, until manually uploading it via SFTP, it kept giving me the same error. In all attempts I deactivated all the plugins that were in my site.
The only way I could “succesfully” upload the plugin was via SFTP, but when I tried tu activate it in the theme panel it gave me the same error “ajax error”. but when I tried to activate it in the wp plugin panel it worked!… after more than an hour it just worked, it fixed itself. And I dont know how or why.
And that’s what I wanna know, why? what was the reason I was having the “ajax error” on the theme panel, or the 503 bad gateway on the wp plugin panel when I tried to upload it.
By the way my site runs incredible slow (and I don’t why either), but thats another topic I think.
for the record, my site is https://www.fuelcarmagazine.com

Hello !
Please make sure that you are uploading your logo at full size in the media as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/wMItdaYR This should do the trick.
Yes, you can have another logo on your footer only if you have a cloud library footer or cloud library header or both. Those can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and you can add one logo into the footer and another logo into the header.
Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Are all of the Cloud Library Templates TD Composer ready?
Hi everyone,
Not sure if this helps (and it’s certainly not the easy solution we’re all after), but here’s one way to delete those annoying empty columns that hang around in the TagDiv Composer.
Apologies in advance to all those out there who are far more advanced than me; I’m sure you probably already have this nailed and my explanation might not earn any marks for ‘technical writing’, but here goes…
The first thing to mention is that the words ‘Empty Column’ are slightly misleading, as a Column sits inside a Row – and so it’s usually the Row you want to target and not just the Empty Column inside of it. As clear as mud, eh?
Anyway, basically it’s a case of getting out of the TagDiv Composer, jumping into the old school Page Edit screen, and identifying in all that code where the empty rows / columns are and then deleting them from there.
So, if you’re using the TagDiv Composer and you put a new Row into your page, set it to stretch the the content, add a Text Column to it, put some text in (a sentence of Lorem ipsum in this case), hit save, it’ll look something like this when you look at the code on the Page Edit screen:
[vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”][vc_column][vc_column_text] Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
And here’s the same thing but without the Text Column and actual text – the kind of thing that appears as an undeletable Empty Column in the TagDic Editor:
[vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”][vc_column][/vc_column][/vc_row]
Apologies again to the hardcore users out there but I’m going to break that down in my own simple way so we all know what we’re looking at:
[vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”] – (This opens the Row and stretches the content)
[vc_column] – (This opens the Column that sits inside the Row)
[vc_column_text] – (This opens the Text Column that sits inside the Column that sits inside the Row)
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. – (This is your text)
[/vc_column_text] – (This closes the Text Column that sits inside the Column that sits inside the Row)
[/vc_column] – (This closes the Column that sits inside the Row)
[/vc_row] – (This closes the Row)
And in the second example (the one without any Text or Text Column):
[vc_row full_width=”stretch_row_content td-stretch-content”] – (This opens the Row and stretches the content)
[vc_column] – (This opens the Column that sits inside the Row)
– (There’s nothing to see here, please move along…)
[/vc_column] – (This closes the Column that sits inside the Row)
[/vc_row] – (This closes the Row)
So, if you wanted to delete both of these so they no longer show up in the TagDiv Composer you’d have to delete all of the above.
At its most basic, if you spot [vc_row] [vc_column] [/vc_column] [/vc_row] in your code then that’s an empty Column / Row and (if you wish) you can delete it.
Needless to say, go careful with this. Because if you accidentally highlight a stray open or closed bracket and hit the delete button then you could be in all sorts of trouble. Probably best to add a Column that you know you don’t want and then have a go deleting that.
I’ve found that adding a text box and some text to an Empty Column actually makes it easier to distinguish in the code, so that’s not a bad idea.
Well, I hope that helps. As I said before, a big ‘Delete Empty Column’ button in the TagDiv Composer would be the best thing by far, it looks like it used to exist but I’ve only been using this theme for a couple of weeks so I guess I missed out – so until that comes back I’m sticking with this.
Even though it’s a total pain the arse.
Cheers,
Rich
PS: And if you feel in any way uncomfortable about doing this, then (as mentioned before by a few people) you can use the CSS tab on the Empty element to set the visibilty to ‘hidden’. It won’t remove it from the code but it will hide it from the Composer.
some addidtional question.
– is it possible to get the boxed menue for starting page too? (in this way without background image)
– is it possible to set a background image only for starting page?
and last question: i have/had some problems with memory_limit on the page. at first the limit was 10mb, then i set the limit to 64mb but today i got this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 36864 bytes) in /usr/www/users/bbesgc/sgsk-handball-klon/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1665
i set up the memory_limit to 96mb now. is this normal?
thanks in advance.
Hi,
1. In order to make the author’s image round, you can try this custom css
.td_block_authors img, .author-box-wrap img{
border-radius: 50%;
}
Set it in the Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
Also here are some elements that can be edit using the tagDiv Composer, one of theme is the author box -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JIWgxcYB2y
2. This can be achieve using the Header manager, using this part of tagDiv Composer builder you can build your own header, or change the ones from the tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you!
