1. For this you need to edit the td_config.php from \wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newsmag\includes\td_config.php you’ll need to search for “show_child_cat” -> https://i.imgur.com/vscSfJw.png
2.Indeed, the problem with tagDiv Composer could be due to this error in the console.
Most of the time that error is caused by a plugin, so you’ll need to make some tests only the theme plugins and see if the error persist and if the tagDiv Composer is working. If indeed is working, then you’ll need to find the plugin that is interfering with the theme builder.

Hi, on our site The Good News Hub, we are seeing an error on google page speed test that “Leverage the font-display CSS feature to ensure text is user-visible while webfonts are loading.” I understand that to fix this font swap usually needs to be turned on. On looking at further details it is reporting it for the following plugins

Thank you for your response, unfortunately what you tell us does not solve our error, we had already seen and reviewed it before opening the support ticket.

Hello, This issue still seems to be occurring. We have turned off all of our firewalls and even basically all of out plugins at certain points to try and fix this with no luck.
Do you happen to have any recommendation for hosting an Siteground, while using Cloudflare as we can not control the setting you are speaking of in your last message? The SG Optimizer has been disabled and tested, but that has not helped the issue.

We altered the code of the td_block_mega_menu.php, located wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_mega_menu.php, so that it only showed the parent category and not all the children.
The alteration happens on line 140:
However, with the update to wordpress 6 and the new altered plugins, this is no longer working after altering this.
Any advise on where I can fix this again ?

I have previously set some element as hidden in all viewport sizes. I want to completely delete that now from the page. I can see that it is being loaded in the source code of the page, but then applied the display:none; css property. I need a way to select it in the TD Composer and then delete it. How do I do that?

If you want to use the most popular, then you need only hide it ->
If you have a Single Template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can try to hide the Single Post Views from the tab called “CSS” -> https://i.imgur.com/IyOYDHq.png for post template from Theme Panel, you need to use a custom code CSS to hide it .td-post-views

If you have Single Post Template, to remove you need to edit with tagDiv Composer, select the element and with a right-click, you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/6WnNGq6NFx or select the element with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
If you have a standard post template, you need to go in Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/TftzSAfTWtC and disable the option comment count.

I have newspaper 9. When I go to install some themes and with contents and I click on “Edit with Tag div composer”, it doens’t load the preview I have a white sheet on the right and the menu on the left but I can’t do anything. I have this problem for example with the theme Lifestyle blog and wine aroma, for example. I don’t have this problem if I install the theme “Default demo”.

I have been having issues with td composer. When website wouldn’t load when I activate td composer, but I upgraded my php version and it loads fine. Now pictures are not displaying on the site again, only showing image placeholder.

we are experiencing massive difficulties since the theme got updated, caused especially by the td composer and/or cloud plugins.
Our website enola.be is falling flat on it’s back day after day, and the culprit seems to be this:
Over 50.000 requests are made to the database by the wordpress core.
Furthermore, the delay that it takes for the site to load, is caused by the td composer
I have lookind in the sql database, and a healthy wp_options table is about 1 MB big, ours is over 10 MB.
When looking for the largest, the td_011 and td_011_settings pop up.
We would like to know what we can do to help solve this issue ?
I have encountered this from time to time and wonder how best to solve it. When moving or arranging an element I sometimes found the element loses all focus and ability to edit. I was working with the Header Live Search and now I can’t select it, I can see it, but no matter where I click on can’t get access, it will not give focus. I added an extra one just to see if the would “reset” something and I can edit it, but the original is still sitting there and I don’t really see it in Inspector either. Maybe there is a CSS trick to make it editable in Composer again?

Our theme has 3 header files, on in theme, one in tagDiv Composer (wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php) and one in tagDiv Standard Pack (wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php), now if the standard pack is enable and you do not use a cloud template then you’ll use the file from standard pack, if this plugin is disable or you use a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library then it will be used the file from composer, if both of these are disable will be display the one from theme (wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php).
I think this is the file that I think you need to edit wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php
You will also need to use a child theme to avoid making these edits after each update -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Using cloud templates, don’t use the mobile theme plugins so all mobile pages are created per Mobile Templates created with tagDiv composer. Recently I changed themes and updated footer, header, homepage, author and various other pages. The category page was updated with the same theme, each was imported, didn’t not “switch themes” and went to create a mobile template, selected “copy content” saved, edited and for some reason the Category Mobile is the only one that won’t load, it loads the Page Templates Mobile Responsive Page, not the separate mobile page that I created, verified in cloud templates that the Page Template is set and the Mobile Template I created is set. I proceeded to disable all plugins, no change, I deactivate the td cloud library plugins and enabled them, no change. I rename the mobile, deleted the mobile and recreated still no change. I checked the Newspaper themes settings to make sure no category was set, all of them set to inherit. It is like somehow the Category Template is hard-coded to load its own mobile page, not the mobile page that was created from it. The last thing I am thinking of doing is importing the Category Template page again and selected it as the default and testing. Any thoughts on what could be going on? Clear cache and all that jazz.

The only warning is related to missing field “aggregateRating”, but this is optional and practically this was the cause of this issue (votes number instead of the author).
