First, please make the implementation required in this file: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If it does not fix the problems, please test without plugins.
Also, you are not using the latest version. The latest version is 8.7.2
Also please also make sure you update the theme plugins as well because they will not update automatically. Please deactivate and delete the theme plugins and then install them again from the 8.7.2 theme folder.

We still use version 8.0 (we shall update to 8.7 some time…) and we removed the weather widget since it wasn’t showing the right temprature, at least for our country.
Is it possible to update the weather widget only so we can add it again to our home page and sidebar?
Will we face any problems or conflicts because of the older theme version?

Notice that the default system cropping of our theme is from center to top. So, if you want to change this functionality you should edit the following function from API according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_thumbupdate/

Hi thanks for your reply i updated the Instagram widget code now the Instagram widget is working fine.But i updated the social counter code and changed Instagram User name into eoindia (https://www.instagram.com/eoindia/) then followers count is showing 0 its not correct. How i solve that issue .

There is a Pinterest widget for my new Pinterest board, but it does not update. I’ve waited a few days already. How long is it supposed to take? More likely it’s not slow, there’s just something wrong.
Also, if you look at the widget, there’s something odd. the link to my page name works fine, but the board name link below has an extra slash in it (so it doesn’t work). It should say: https://www.pinterest.com/worldviewartist/integral-universalism/ but it actually says https://www.pinterest.com//worldviewartist/integral-universalism/. This extra slash is not something I have entered.

Please check the Widgets section and the settings from Theme panel because your custom sidebars should have to be there and works as expected. The update should not have any bad influence in this case and for this functionality. Remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results.

Hi, I would like to know if in the new updates there is the possibility of deactivating the phone version of the theme. I want the web to look the same in the phone as in the computer. I know that this penalizes in google and everything else … but Ads are placed at the bottom of the web and this is wrong.

Please notice that the problem with Facebook does not come from our theme but only from the Facebook stuff, sorry! Try to generate another Facebook App Key, clear all the caches and check the results.

Plugins are the number 1 reason for errors after an update so please test without any plugins to see if the issue is not plugin related.

Notice that change should have to be done in functions.php file which can be changed in our future updates and it will be overwritten. You can try using the child theme according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ if you want to make some changes to your core files.
